Charlotte Ashe lives in a world where 30% of the worlds population have begun displaying supernatural abilities. These "Superhumans" first started appearing over a decade ago.
The US goverment has decided that the way to deal with these people is to arrest them and keep them away from society. Thus the "Subdoers" were created. A task force who's job is to capture and control the Superhuman population.

Charlie has been hiding her powers for months and is struggling to balance school life with the constant threat of the Subdoers. But when her fragile world collapses Charlie finds herself in league with a group of superhuman rebels, on a quest to end the Subdoers and everything they stand for. 

The story takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada, 2015.
