As I open the piece of paper, I don't see anything. Nothing is written on a piece of paper. What do I need to do about this? What was that? I opened my eyes when the noise was ongoing and walked to the part of my rooftop. Is that my imagination? Is something walking up part of my roof? So, I ignore it. I was slowly walking to my room to open my door. When I heard the movement of the feet again, "Okay, this is not an imagination anymore, this is real." "I need to go to my grandparents' room." I said it in a lower voice. I took the long box and carried it to my grandparents' room. 

Before I turned the doorknob, I looked out the window beside my bed. There was something strange in the shadow I could see from the tree up to the rooftop. I removed my grip on the doorknob and slowly walked to the window. When I saw the shadow up close, I suddenly touched my mouth and widened my eyes. The shadow is strange; there is a horn and a tail, but no body.

I hid in the curtain when I saw that the shadow I had seen had disappeared. "I need to go to my grandparents' room now." I ran to my door and turned the doorknob. I knew the thing was walking still on the rooftop. When I saw my grandparents' room, I immediately turned the doorknob and walked into the room, but I didn't see them. "Where are they?" I immediately ran across the kitchen, and there I saw them talking seriously.

"Grandpa/Grandma, there is an intruder on the rooftop." I said this while I caught my breath because of my running earlier. I could see in their eyes the shock when I said those things to them. "What?" Grandpa stood up when he said that. But Grandpa, the intruder, was not typically like us. It's odd because the intruder I see in the shadow is the one you two-story me.

Their eyes met when I said those things. Grandpa immediately took his bolo beside the container of the plates. He went across to the window of our sala. The intruder was still there-but I saw one shadow earlier. Grandpa plans to go outside, but I grip his arm. When I said those words, Grandpa was convinced to go outside. The intruder I saw earlier was only one, but the shadow I see now is two. When I said those words, Grandpa was convinced to go outside. I know he knows what I want to say. Those invading intruders are making noise. I hear one of them laughing.

We plan to wait a little longer until they are gone. A few hours after those invading creatures disappeared, we no longer heard any noise outside. Grandpa tried to peek out the window, but I grabbed his arm again. Something was wrong. I was nervous that I would not understand. I sighed and tried to be brave. I can do it. I opened the long box and took the sword out of it. "G-grandpa, I will go outside. I know it's dangerous, but if I do not go outside, they will bother us even more."

"B-But grandso-" I touched his hand and also grandma's hand. After I said those words, I smiled at them before I turned around and walked thru the door. I held the doorknob tightly before I opened the door. I was reluctant to do this, but I needed it because I was curious too. 

It feels like my body was retreating from what I wanted to do, but I need to do this. When I slowly stepped onto my right foot, even before I could cross, I saw a shadow that was strange. I immediately took what was inside the box that my grandparents gave me, and I suddenly realized when I took it out of the box that I couldn't lift it. The shadow I saw behind me jumped, and I immediately avoided it.
