"White Diamond, get up." Maria prodded the gemstone with a finger. He stirred, glaring at her sleepy red eyes. "The King's requested my help, and you are to accompany me." She could feel White's eyes, staring at the back of her head as she walked over to the window.
"I don't want to." He replied flatly, pushing his long white bangs out of his face. "Why don't you take Red or Black?" Maria sighed.
"Stop being so disagreeable." She muttered, and White rolled his eyes.228Please respect copyright.PENANA9Qaho2DnP8

White frowned as he walked down the hall of the castle, to the library. He paused, hearing the clicks and whirs of Bloodstone's primitive prosthetics, as he walked, along with the quiet murmuring of Sapphire. 228Please respect copyright.PENANAzQ3WUxXt1t
"Thanks for helping me Saphire," Bloodstone said. "You didn't have to." Sapphire gave that comment a dismissive wave of her hand.
"It's alright Bloodstone." She chirped, walking ahead of Bloodstone. "I don't mind-" She bumped into White, the impact leaving a scratch on her face.
"W-White?!" She stammered, giving the older gem a quick bow. "I-I didn't see you!" She fell silent as Bloodstone and White Diamond stared at each other.
"Hello White Diamond," He inclined his head slightly. "Been a while, hasn't it? Last time I saw you," He frowned. "You were smashing my limbs into dust." White Diamond scoffed, glaring at him balefully, red eyes burning.
"Not like you needed them anyway. You've got replacements." He took a step towards Bloodstone. "And just because you're protected, doesn't mean I can't-" Sapphire stepped between the two, glaring at White.
"Sorry to i-interrupt your little spat," She said, grabbing Bloodstone's arm, and dragging him away from the angry gem. "But we've got to go. C'mon Bloodstone." White watched them leave in silence, listening to the pair's footsteps as they left the hallway. In a fit of fury, he punched the wall, leaving a hole. 228Please respect copyright.PENANAwtIcDf3Sx8
"That's some hole." White whirled to face Obsidian, with a snarl.
"What do you want?!" White hissed, his hands balled into fists. Obsidian raised his hands innocently.
"Calm down, White," He replied, watching the gem shake with unbridled anger. "Maybe you should go to the garden? Take some time to cool off." To his relief, White seemed to be listening. He nodded, turning on his heel.
"Yeah, the garden," White muttered, walking away from Obsidian, his long white tresses swaying with each soundless step. "Sounds nice." Obsidian sighed in relief, watching White leave.
