It’s a new day. Raquelle and Alexis are at Alicia’s home, sitting in the living room while being madly excited and waiting for the arrival of the policemen, who should help them get ready for the upcoming meeting with Eleanor Woodham, which is scheduled for tonight. They are aware of the fact that the girl is going to meet that woman today, and they got ready for this event very well, reflecting on every single act and not forgetting that anything might happen.
Raquelle does not hide that she is nervous because of the meeting with the woman, who wants to take revenge on her aunt. So much that she was not able to sleep last night because she could not stop thinking of how everything would happen. Alexis tries to stay next to her and helps her relax a little and calm down, being truly worried about her and praying that Alicia comes back home today safe and sound.
What happened to the woman got the girls much closer to each other. Alexis got really attracted to Raquelle and got sympathy for her, even if she had treated her not in the best way first. However, it already stayed in the past. The blonde realized she was wrong and is now trying to do her best for the visitor from America to feel like she is home and to remember that she has at least one good friend here.
Alicia has always been like a second mother to Alexis. The woman has known the girl for many years and often spent time with her when her mother, Valeria, needed to go out and leave her daughter alone. Alicia has always loved spending time with the young girl, got a love for her quickly enough, and started to treat her like her own daughter, who she never had, sadly. Alexis never forgets it and is happy to help the woman with homework and does everything she asks her about, asking nothing for that.
“Gosh, Lexi, I’m so excited,” Raquelle confesses, not stopping walking from one side to another with her arms crossed over her chest. “I can’t stop thinking something bad would happen.”
“I also worry about how everything will be over…” Alexis says with sadness in her eyes, sitting on the sofa with both hands folded in front of herself. “But I think everything wll be okay, and Alicia and you will be back home safe and sound.”
“I think Eleanor is planning to do something terrible. Something much worse than we know about…”
“Anything might happen. But still, let’s believe in the best.”
“Somewhere at the bottom of my heart, I understand I wouldn’t save my aunt and take her home so easily. And I guess that woman might easily hurt me.”
“So, you should be very careful.”
“Anyway, I can’t refuse to go to the meeting,” Raquelle sighs heavily. “Or Eleanor would easily kill Aunt Alicia.”
“Don’t worry, Raquelle, it’s all gonna be over soon,” Alexis smiles slightly. “The police will get Eleanor caught and put her in prison, and Alicia and you will be back home.”
“Do you think everything will really be alright?” Raquelle asks hesitantly, looking at Alexis with her eyes full of a scare.
“At least, I’m quiet because the police will go with you. While they’re near you, nothing will happen.”
“I’m afraid the appearance of the police would get her enraged, and she would destroy us before our eyes.”
“Be sure, those people would cover you and not let that woman hurt you and Alicia.”
“I don’t know, Lexi…”
“Don’t worry, honey. The policemen are experienced people and know what to do. I’m sure they have caught much more dangerous crimes.”
“Now I’m more worried not about me but about Aunt Alicia.”
“It’s gonna be okay,” Alexis says confidently. “Now the important thing is to come to the meeting and give that woman the money she demanded.”
“Oh…” Raquelle exhales sharply. “If she actually needs it…”
Raquelle swallows up nervously.
“I’m starting to doubt she kidnapped Aunt for them,” Raquelle confesses.
“Me too, honestly,” Alexis pronounces thoughtfully. “But I’m quite ‘cause you won’t be alone and will be under the protection of the police.”
“Yeah… Maybe, you did the right thing by making me sure to go to the police and ask for help.”
“You wouldn’t do this alone. That woman would deal with you without moving her eyebrow. And she wouldn’t pay for that. Nobody would prove Eleanor Woodham would kill you and your aunt.”
“Anyway, I shall not refuse to meet and go there. I will save my aunt in any way and bring her home.” Raquelle shakes her head. “Eleanor will do nothing bad to her.”
“No… It won’t happen… I won’t let it happen.”
“She’s gonna be fine,” Alexis says softly. “Alicia will be back home very soon and forget the nightmare she had to take. And Eleanor Woodham will pay for all of her dirty tricks and for hurting that woman.”
“And I promise, I shall do my best for that. Do my best to end this story and let the police deal with that bitch, and do my best for her to get the punishment she deserves.”
“Are you sure you won’t get confused and feel despair and panic during the meeting?” Alexis shows anxiety, frowning slightly.
“It’s gonna be hard, however.”
“I don’t like the fact that your mood is so changing… You lose hope and barely wanna give up, but now you’re absolutely sure about the good end of this story and say you’re ready to tear anyone.” Alexis says nothing for two seconds. “Wouldn’t it be a bad thing for you during the meeting with that woman? Would you keep your fear inside?”
“I dunno, Lexi…” Raquelle sighs heavily, embracing herself with her arms. “On the one hand, I'm really afraid… I would give much not to get through the hell that I should get through now. But on the other hand, I understand very well that I shouldn't let my fears get obsessed with me. I'm doing it for my aunt, Alicia. Because I must help her. I must bring her home.”
“Could you do it?”
“Gonna do my best.” Raquelle slowly comes to the window and starts looking through it with sadness in her eyes. “Aunt Alicia must come back home as soon as possible and start to live a quiet life. And Eleanor can’t stay free forever, keep having the life of my close person in danger and doing many bad tricks, for which she doesn’t even wanna pay.”
“God shall help you, honey…” Alexis replies thoughtfully, folding her hands in front of her.
“I don’t think it's easy for you to know what I feel now.”
“What?” Alexis rounds her eyes. “No, Raquelle, what are you talking about? I completely understand you!”
“My relative got in trouble, not yours…”
“Who cares? I do worry about you and Alicia with all my heart. And I want you to be back home safe and sound.”
“I don’t mean you don’t care,” Raquelle explains quietly. “Just…”
Raquelle bites her lip slightly.
“You just can’t feel what I’m feeling now,” Raquelle adds thoughtfully.
“Please, don't think I don't care about this situation,” Alexis says confidently. “I care about this not less than you do. Moreover…”
Alexis swallows up nervously.
“I’m gonna have to stay here alone and be waiting for your call,” Alexis recalls. “I’m gonna be worried about events… And praying about you and Alicia to stay alive and come back home soon.”
“I don't think you would be sitting here, in front of me, and trying to make me calm down if you didn't care about that,” Raquelle says amicably with a slight smile, turning on Alexis.
“It couldn’t be otherwise,” Alexis smiles slightly.
“Moreover, you said you considered Aunt Alicia your second mother and loved her so much.”
“Right. I’m really attracted to Alicia very much and have known her for many years. Literally since childhood. And she’s always been an amazing and very wise woman, who I love very, very much.”
“I know.”
“My mother quickly got on well with her and became her good friend when your aunt bought an apartment at this building and moved here. If your aunt took care of me when I stayed alone, paying her back and helping that woman is my duty.”
“I think this is how Aunt shows her mother’s love, which she couldn’t give her children. Because she didn’t give birth to a child.”
“And that woman definitely regrets it. Alicia often says she adores children. She gets pleasure from taking care of children of her familiars and friends.”
“I know,” Raquelle smiles slightly. “Maybe, she decided to go to work with students because she wants to be much closer to them.”
“Alicia is a wonderful teacher. Knowing her students adore her. When it’s her birthday, she always comes back home with many flowers and gifts from her colleagues and some students.”
“So sorry she didn’t become a mother. And she would hardly be… Due to her age… And she has no man…”
“You’re right… But if she wants, she can meet a man of the same age as hers and live with him. Not to feel lonely.”
“But she doesn’t definitely think about it.”
“Yeah, right…” Alexis says nothing for two seconds and then moves her eyes to the watch hanging in the living room. “Oh, it’s already three hours o'clock! The moment that we are afraid of is getting closer.”
“I know…” Raquelle pronounces thoughtfully. “I’ve recently talked to Bradford, and he said he would come here very soon.”
“Wonderful!”
“We will talk about the plan again and then go where I’m supposed to be.”
Silence settles in the air for two seconds, during which Raquelle starts to understand she is heavily breathing due to great excitement, shifting her weight from one foot to another, and shaking slightly from fear of what might happen at the meeting with Eleanor.
“Oh, gosh…” Raquelle pronounces with anxiety in a little shaking voice.
“What’s wrong?” Alexis shows anxiety.
“I’m scared, Lexi… Very scared… I think my heart is about to jump out of my chest… It’s beating very fast.”
“Don’t be afraid, sweetie, it’s gonna be okay,” Alexis tries to calm down softly. “You’re not going there alone.”
“I have never been worried and nervous as much as I am now.” Raquelle sits on the sofa next to Alexis. “It seems like I’m about to get executed.”
“Don’t worry, Raquelle, don’t worry,” Alexis pronounces confidently. “I do say you’re under protection. It would be okay if you were worried if you went to the meeting alone. But you are going to the meeting with the police!”
“I know, but I’m scared anyway…” Raquelle glances at her shaking hands. “You see, my hands are even shaking…”
“Raquelle…” Alexis pronounces with pity in her eyes.
“I think I was so nervous only when I went to the runway for the first time and had a shot for my first commercial,” Raquelle says thoughtfully. “When I was, so to say, an ugly girl… When I knew nothing about that work… But decided to try it for interest…”
“I completely get it, but you should brace yourself.” Alexis takes Raquelle’s hands. “If you don’t do this, it will be very hard for you. You might probably do something that would lead to bad consequences.”
“I can’t do it, Lexi…” Raquelle shakes her head. “I can’t calm down.”
Raquelle slowly gets up from the sofa and starts walking in circles in the whole living room.
“I can’t control myself…” Raquelle adds excitedly. “When I think I’ve gotta do that, I get goosebumps on my back.”
Raquelle exhales sharply with closed eyes.
“I’m afraid to imagine what would happen to me if Eleanor wanted to put a pistol against my head,” Raquelle adds.
“It might happen,” Alexis assumes thoughtfully. “But I’m sure she won’t kill you.”
“Why are you so sure?”
“Because you’ve got the protection!”
Alexis also gets up, comes to Raquelle, and softly caresses her shoulders with pity in her eyes in the hope that she will calm the girl a little.
“The police will not let Eleanor do anything bad to you,” Alexis adds confidently. “They will be watching her with a few pairs of eyes and twisting her hands quickly around the back when it’s a good moment.”
“Yeah, but how long I will have to suffer before that!” Raquelle pronounces excitedly.
“It’s gonna be okay. Just trust the policemen and do what they would tell you. Don’t forget about the plan that they got.”
“Well, I don't know,” Raquelle shakes her head. “I can't be sure about anything…”
Raquelle starts nervously shaking her legs, standing in the same place, and feeling stronger anxiety that does not let her relax.
“You do know what Eleanor can do,” Raquelle adds. “I wouldn’t be surprised if she put a pistol to my head after seeing policemen and wanted to kill me before their eyes. I mean, I’m sure it will happen…”
“Oh, Raquelle, I don’t know how to calm you down and make you sure it would be okay…” Alexis sighs quietly.
“Sorry, Lexi, but I can do nothing with it.”
“You’ve gotta brave yourself somehow. At least, for your aunt. For her life and safety. If you don’t tell your fears to go to hell, you’ll hardly save that woman.”
“I know…”
“May she be the motivation that will help you hold on until the end.”
“I am doing this just for her.”
“Don’t forget why you’re doing all of this for. Thinking of Alicia would help you get a little better. You always say you love your aunt very much. I think you could get through a lot thanks to your love for her.”
“I never forget about it…” Raquelle pronounces more confidently. “Always remember why I do it for…”
Raquelle inclines her head slightly, and Alexis amicably hugs her around the shoulders with sadness in her eyes, hoping that she will calm the girl, who is quite excited and a little white from fear down.
“Okay, my darling, calm down,” Alexis says softly, caressing Raquelle’s shoulders. “Brace yourself and turn yourself only for the best.”
“I’m trying,” Raquelle pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“You can do this. Just remember that Alicia needs you right now. And… Maybe, she believes you will rescue her. She’s waiting for your salvation.”
“I know…” Raquelle sniffs quietly. “I know…”
“Come to me…” Alexis takes Raquelle in a tight, amicable hug and caresses the girl’s back softly. “Calm down, breathe deeper. It’s gonna be okay.”
Thanks to the support of Alexis, the breath of Raquelle gets more regular some time later, and the brunette stops shaking so much from fear of what she is going to take. When the blonde understands this, she smiles shyly and holds the niece of Alicia in her arms for a few seconds, thinking that supporting the girl when she needs it so badly is her duty.
At some moment, someone rings the doorbell of the apartment of Alicia, and the girls instantly react to it, sharply stepping back from each other.
“That must be Mr. Bradford!” Alexis assumes confidently.
“Most likely…” Raquelle shrugs.
Alexis quickly goes to open the door, while Raquelle moves her eyes to the window without emotions on her face and keeps looking through it, praying silently that everything is alright. The blonde opens the door and really sees Alexander Bradford and his helpers, Lucas and Aidan, on the doorstep. The three look confident and are definitely ready for the operation of getting Eleanor Woodham arrested.
“Hello, Ms. Milton,” Alexander greets.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Bradford,” Alexis pronounces gently and quickly steps from the doorstep, inviting the policemen to enter the apartment. “Come in, please. We have been waiting for you.”
The three policemen enter the apartment. While Alexis closes the door, Alexander, Lucas, and Aidan go to the living room where Raquelle is now and watch what’s happening behind the window with her eyes full of sadness. But when she understands the policemen came here, the girl steps back from the window and turns slowly to Alexander, who smiles at her gently.
“Good afternoon, Ms. Cameron,” Alexander pronounces confidently, looking very serious and not doubting the case would be over very well, and the police would get Eleanor arrested and charge her for what she did.
“Good afternoon, Mr. Bradford,” Raquelle greets gently with a slight nod.
“How are you feeling? Are you ready for the meeting with Eleanor Woodham?”
“Yes, I am,” Raquelle pretends to be confident. “Ready… Maybe… I am not sure…”
“Great, we are ready as well,” Alexander says confidently. “All the policemen know their business and what they must do and should not do anything they were not asked about.”
“Yeah… I think we can actually go on the way now… I’m ready…”
“Are you nervous?” Alexander frowns slightly.
“I am…” Raquelle swallows up nervously, looking quite white and shaking from fear and anxiety. “Terribly nervous…”
“Don’t worry, Ms. Cameron, it’s going to be alright,” Alexander promises confidently. “Soon, we will help your relative get rescued and get Eleanor Woodham arrested.”
“Just try to understand me,” Raquelle says distantly. “Understand what I feel.”
“I completely understand you and am truly sorry it happened. But you should understand that now you need to brace yourself somehow, go to the meeting with Eleanor Woodham and do everything we told you about you.”
“I know, Inspector Bradford.”
“You are not alone, Ms. The policemen will go with you and not let Eleanor do anything to you and your aunt. We will protect you two and get that woman caught in any way. If we have to, we will shoot her down. And we will surely get the criminal arrested.”
“I do worry not about me but my aunt. I’m getting terrified by thinking Eleanor or her accomplices would hurt her somehow.”
“Everything is going to be fine,” Alexander pronounces confidently. “Count on us. We know what to do. And we will not leave you alone until Eleanor Woodham gets arrested.”
“I know…” Raquelle blunts under her nose, looking into the distance and crossing her arms over the chest from strong indifference. “I trust you… Do what you find right… Just save my aunt… She should not suffer because of that woman…”
“I promise, Ms. Cameron, your aunt will be in safety and be back home soon.”
Raquelle says nothing and just sighs heavily, embracing herself with her arms. Alexander watches the girl with pity in his eyes for a few seconds and then decides to change the subject a little and let her focus on what she should do.
“Alright, so, do you say Eleanor Woodham planned the meeting at her own house?” Alexander specifies.
“Yes, that’s the place where I should meet Eleanor,” Raquelle replies without emotions. “She explained how to go there. And I checked the maps. Eleanor promised that the security would let me in. without problems.”
“And did she demand two thousand pounds?”
“Yeah, in return for my aunt's freedom.” Raquelle fixes her hair. “If I do not give money, it’s going to be a funeral for my aunt… At least Eleanor said it… But sometimes I think she does not need the money… She needs me… And my aunt…”
“So, did you find the necessary amount of money?” Alexander frowns slightly. “You had much less than one day to do it!”
“Yes, yes, do not worry, Inspector, we found the necessary amount of money,” Raquelle replies with a false smile.
“Where is it?”
“The money is in the purse placed on the sofa.”
Raquelle moves her eyes to the black bag placed on the sofa. Alexander moves his eyes to the one and nods in approval.
“Great!” Alexander pronounces confidently.
“I’ve got no problems with money,” Raquelle says quietly.
“Yeah, hadn’t Eleanor Woodham called you before I came?”
“She had done,” Raquelle nods. “She recalled that we would be meeting at five o’clock… Asked about the money… And threatened to kill my aunt if she did not see it…”
“Good…” Alexander moves his eyes to Raquelle, still being absolutely and looking confident. “Then let me quickly tell you what our plan is about.”
“Yes, I’m listening to you…” Raquelle pronounces quietly.
“So, now we go to the place of your meeting, to the neighborhood where the house of Eleanor is. You, Ms. Cameron, will go with me, and my helpers Lucas and Aidan will go with us in another car. When we come to the final destination, the guys and I hide in a secluded place, and you go to meet Eleanor alone.”
“Alone?” Raquelle rounds her eyes.
“Do not worry, not alone. We would be closely watching what’s happening. Yes, you will have to enter the house there alone, but we will surely follow you and show up at the right time.”
“But…”
“We do not want to scare that woman and let her know you came there not alone, as she asked.”
“Yeah, sure… Sorry…”
“So, what! When that woman takes your money, starts to threaten you, and tries to run away somewhere, we surround her from all sides and try to catch her.”
“And what will I do?”
“You will have to do nothing. You just need to give the bag with the money and wait.”
“But what if she starts threatening me with a gun? Before giving or after…”
“Do not worry, Ms. Cameron. Eleanor Woodham will do nothing to you.”
“Are you sure?”
“We will stop her and get her arrested at the right time. Then find your aunt and give her help if she needs it.”
“Alright, I got everything,” Raquelle sighs heavily and swallows up nervously. “I shall try to do everything you want.”
“Good then!”
“But what if she runs away or tries to leave? Something may often go wrong! Besides, there are only three of you…”
“Do not worry, not only my helpers will go with us.” Alexander points at the two policemen, Lucas and Aidan, who are standing next to him. “We got a few more policemen involved in this operation. They will span all roads and will not let Eleanor run away so easily.”
“So, if it helps us somehow…” Raquelle shrugs. “Do what you find right…”
“Just trust us and do what we tell you to,” Alexander advises, looking very confident, being more optimistic than ever, and not doubting that everything would be alright. “And if we are a great team, the criminal will be caught and get the punishment she deserves.”
“I believe you, Mr. Bradford.” Raquelle cracks a slight smile. “I promise I shall obey you and do what you tell me. Trust you and know you better know what to do.”
“I’m glad you trust us,” Alexander smiles slightly.
“It couldn’t be otherwise.”
“And yeah…” Alexander looks closely at Raquelle and the clothes that she is wearing now. “It would be much better if you changed your clothes. And take off your watch and jewelry for some case.”
“What’s wrong with my clothes?” Raquelle wonders.
“You better put on something that will let you run without problems.”
“Run?”
“I cannot exclude that the woman may wish to run away, and you would have to chase her.”
“Ah, yeah, sure…” Raquelle pronounces hesitantly. “I did not think about it…”
“Put on something different quickly, and we will wait for you here.”
“Erm, yeah… Sure… I shall be back now…”
“Do not worry, Ms. We have got time. You may not be in a rush.”
“Alright… I shall be back then. Look at what I have got…”
Raquelle turns and quickly goes away to her room to change her clothes while Alexander starts talking to Alexis, who was silently standing and said nothing, but now she listens to the inspector closely, nods often, and says something to him and the helpers of the policemen, who said nothing the last time but now are participating in their talk actively and explaining something to the young girl, who looks more collected and confident than Alicia’s niece, even if she is also tense and worried.
Meanwhile, Raquelle comes to her room, enters it, and closes the door. After hesitating a little and thinking about something, the girl opens her closet and starts going through her clothes, and looks for something good for this event that she could tear and ruin without any regret.
In the end, after a long search, Raquelle cannot think of anything better than to put on white sneakers, jeans, a simple light t-shirt, and an old shabby jean jacket. She also picks up her hair into a ponytail and takes off all her jewelry, watch, and other things she is wearing, leaving all of them on the dressing table. And she leaves her face slightly powdered and leaves some eyeliners on her eyes, understanding that she does not need to have bright makeup and think about how gorgeous and attractive she is.
Some time later, Raquelle moves her eyes to the reflection in the mirror and makes absolutely sure that she is ready to go to the living room and go to the meeting with Eleanor Woodham, who is definitely dreaming of meeting her as soon as possible.
“My God, I wish everything was good,” Raquelle sighs deeply. “I wish my aunt was back home, and Eleanor paid for all of her tricks.”
Raquelle closes her eyes for two seconds.
“I will do this, Aunt Alicia…” Raquelle promises quietly and confidently. “All of this is for you… Just believe in me and wait for your salvation. It’s getting very close.”
Raquelle swallows up nervously.
“I’m really scared, but I’ve gotta go,” Raquelle confesses. “Still, I am ready… Ready to meet that woman and do my best for her to leave my aunt alone.”
Raquelle exhales deeply with closed eyes and looks at the reflection in the mirror for a few seconds before she confidently leaves her room, closes the door, and goes into the living room.
After coming back to the policemen, Raquelle sees Alexander actively discussing something with his helpers, Lucas and Aidan, and giving some precepts to Alexis, who are listening to him very closely and nodding, trying to memorize the information well and showing their opinion, agreement or disagreement with something. Inspector Bradford is the first one to see the girl, who is just back, and moves his eyes to her, looking at her clothes.
“So, I think it looks better,” Alexander says thoughtfully. “Good.”
“I think so…” Raquelle shrugs.
“I think we can go now.”
“Yeah… I’m ready… Ready to go.”
“Great!” Alexander exclaims and turns to Lucas and Aidan watching him closely as if they are waiting for his orders. “Are you ready, guys?”
“Everything is ready, Inspector Bradford,” Lucas says confidently. “We know what to do and will watch everything. Do not worry.”
“What about the others?”
“The other policemen are on the way,” Aidan says. “I have just talked to them and gotten a confirmation.”
“Very good!” Alexander nods in approval. “Then let’s go right now.”
“Yes, let's go!” Raquelle nods with a slight smile. “I’m ready to go.”
“Alright. Then let’s do something…” Alexander moves his eyes at Lucas and Aidan again and comes closer to them. “Lucas, Aidan… You, guys, follow me in another car, and this girl will go with me.”
“As you wish, Inspector,” Lucas nods.
“And I shall also try to talk to her on the way and calm her down. She looks too excited. But it might lead to some sad consequences.”
“We will do everything we should do,” Aidan adds confidently.
“Yeah, and something else…”
And while Alexander tells Lucas and Aidan something important they should remember, Raquelle slowly comes to Alexis, who looks at her with sadness in her eyes, folding her hands in front of herself.
“Go back home, Alexis,” Raquelle says in a little shaking voice, taking Alexis’s hands. “Go nowhere until everything is over.”
“Okay, Raquelle,” Alexis nods confidently.
“Be on the line. If I know something, I shall call you. When everything is over, I will tell you everything and tell you how the meeting ends.”
“I will be waiting for your call.”
“Better have your mobile phone with you because I may call at any time.”
“I always have it with me.”
“Good,” Raquelle smiles shyly.
“Good luck, honey. Be careful.”
“Thanks a lot.”
“Do your best for Alicia to be free and come back home safe and sound. She must live a quiet life. And Eleanor must pay for all her tricks. It’s time to bring the Woodhams to clean water and let people know they are not as holy as everyone thinks.”
“I will do my best to rescue her. Just believe in me, I can do this.”
“God will help you.”
“Amen!”
Raquelle takes Alexis in an amicable hug with a slight smile, while Alicia’s neighbor accepts it with pleasure. A few seconds later, the girls step away from each other, and the blonde caresses the brunette’s shoulder as if she wants to let her know everything would be alright again.
“Be careful, please,” Alexis says softly. “And always watch out. Don’t let Eleanor do anything to you.”
“I will,” Raquelle pronounces confidently with a slight smile. “I promise.”
“Okay. Then take the bag and go. I shall go home and wait for your call.”
“Many thanks…”
Raquelle slowly steps back from Alexis and takes the black bag with the money placed on the sofa, and places the belt above her shoulder.
After talking about everything, getting ready, and exhaling sharply, the girl leaves the apartment of Alicia as well as Alexander, Lucas, and Aidan, while Alexis closes the door after them. Then they go down to the first floor in an elevator and end up outside after taking some distance down the hall.
Not wasting time, the four people start getting into the cars placed in front of the building. Alexander and Raquelle get into one car together, but Lucas and Aidan, who are talking about something on the way, come to another. When everybody finally gets into the seats, the car, which Inspector Bradford is driving, gives a start, and then the one, in which his helpers are being, does the same.
They went on their way a little earlier than they should have done because they would have to spend a long enough time to reach the place where Eleanor Woodham was going to wait for Raquelle. Besides, the policemen want to get ready for the arrest of the criminal and make sure that everything is well planned. Every one of them knows well what they should do and would not betray anyone at an important moment.
***
It’s been some time since the policemen went on the way. However, Raquelle still keeps being very nervous, looking through the window with a little scare in her eyes and being tense enough. The girl tries to get rid of all the bad thoughts and believe that everything will be alright, but she cannot do this. Vice versa, she gets much more nervous as close as she is coming to the place of the meeting.
Despite the people’s attempts to calm Raquelle down and make her sure everything would be alright and the fact that the girl started to pretend that it would happen, the girl does not almost believe in the good end of this story. She is not sure about her efforts, which might not be enough to fight with such a dangerous woman as Eleanor Woodham, who is determined to destroy Alicia because she killed Gilbert Woodham.
Driving the car, Alexander sometimes looks at Raquelle, feeling truly sorry for her at the bottom of his heart and worrying about her because she does not even think to relax. So, at some moment, the inspector decided to talk to her a little to calm the girl down and try to make her think a little bit more positively.
“Do not worry, Ms. Cameron,” Alexander says confidently. “We will surely set your aunt free and get Eleanor arrested for everything she has done.”
“I’m trying to think about it as less as possible, but I cannot do this…” Raquelle confesses quietly and sighs heavily, tightly locking her fingers. “I cannot distract…”
“I will tell you again that everything is planned well, and we know our business.”
“Yeah, I know.”
“Believe me, we have had much harder cases and attempts to catch very dangerous criminals than this one. Sometimes we spent a lot of time catching only one person or a group of people.”
“I have not had a very good presentiment since the morning…” Raquelle puts her hand on her heart, breathing a little heavily because of the excitement she is obsessed with. “As if something would surely go wrong. As if we would not do what we want.”
“Even if something goes wrong, we will quickly find a way to solve this problem anyway,” Alexander says confidently.
“You can do?”
“Of course, we can. Besides, if you really want, you can get out of even the deepest hole.”
“I don’t know…”
“Remember, whatever happens now, we will not leave. We will get Eleanor Woodham caught in any way. Even if we have to do something hard and shoot at her.”
“You think we’d have to?”
“We will see. But sometimes policemen really have to open fire because a criminal tries to run or threatens someone and refuses to give up.”
“Alright…”
Raquelle sighs heavily and turns to the window for a second. But later, she moves her eyes to Alexander closely watching the road.
“By the way, Mr. Bradford…” Raquelle pronounces hesitantly, pulling a sleeve from her denim jacket with sadness in her eyes. “Thank you so much for helping me… I would not deal with that alone.”
“It’s my job, Ms. Cameron,” Alexander replies amicably with a slight smile. “We are policemen. Helping people is our duty!”
“I know.”
“If the police did not help common people, the justice that everyone wants so badly would hardly glory in the world. So, that’s why there are policemen, who guard and protect law-abiding people.”
“Yeah…”
“Listen, Ms., I think you look very sad.”
“Me?”
“I understand you are worried about your relative and fear a meeting with Eleanor Woodham. But still.”
“The case is not only about it, Inspector. I have got many reasons to worry and be sad.”
“Really?”
“Yes…” Raquelle sighs heavily and throws a look at her hands. “You know… So much has happened lately… When one thing is over, another one happens then…”
“Bad streak?” Alexander frowns slightly.
“Something like that.”
“I get it.”
“It got me so exhausted that I started believing I couldn’t take one more horrible event. I wouldn’t take one more bad event and… Go crazy.”
“Too many bad things have happened to you?”
“Yes… And… It all looks like a curse…” Raquelle shakes her head. “I’m literally a cursed person…”
“Cursed?” Alexander wonders.
“Although I don’t believe in mysticism, magic, curses, or something like that, sometimes I believe it’s true. Someone definitely does this and wants to hurt me.”
“Are you really so unlucky?” Alexander asks, not forgetting to look at the road and talk to Raquelle, to whom he is listening closely.
“Well, actually, yes,” Raquelle confesses hesitantly, biting her lip slightly. “So much has lately rained thick upon me…”
“But why?”
“I don’t know, Inspector…” Raquelle shrugs. “Luck just left me at some moment…”
“Do you think so because of the situation with Eleanor Woodham?”
“Not only because of it.” Raquelle moves her eyes to the window. “If I end the story of Eleanor Woodham now and bring my aunt Alicia home, I shall have only half of the solved problems. And I’ve got one more half…”
“It’s about your relative?”
“Nope, it has to do only with me… It’s… My personal problems…”
“I believe you need to ask for her to solve the second half of your problems.”
“No, I should solve this part of the problems on my own. And when I solve my aunt’s problem, I will start reflecting on how to finish my business.”
“Sometimes we need to ask someone for help to solve something.”
“I’m the only one to be able to solve that problem. Nobody else.”
“So, as you wish…”
Alexander says nothing for two seconds before he finds the courage to ask not a very modest question.
“Erm…” Alexander pronounces hesitantly. “Ms. Cameron, can I ask you something?”
“Sure,” Raquelle says quietly. “About what?”
“Excuse me for my immodest question that does not have to do with the current situation… But are you the model, who got humiliated for everyone by someone?”
“Erm…” Raquelle instantly rounds her eyes and moves her surprised look to Alexander. “Excuse me, what?”
“When I saw you for the first time, your face seemed very familiar to me,” Alexander confesses. “But I didn’t have time to think about how I could know you.” Alexander changes the speed with the gearbox. “But when I had free time, I was reading some articles on the Internet… In which there were photos of a young girl that was amazingly similar to you.”
“Really?” Raquelle pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“It was the famous model Raquelle Cameron. She was blamed for the inappropriate behavior and star-struck.”
“Erm…”
“After viewing those photos better, I realized that girl and you had the same face. And you have the same name…”
“Erm…”
“So…” Alexander slightly bites his lip. “I’m pretty sure you are really Raquelle Cameron…”
Raquelle swallows up nervously and says nothing for a few seconds. The girl does not want to confess who she is but understands there is no meaning in denying it because she would have to tell who she actually is, early or late. So, at some moment, Raquelle exhales sharply, pumps much air into her lungs, and bravely looks at Alexander.
“Yes, that is me…” Raquelle confirms quietly, tightly locking her fingers. “I’m the model, who got blamed for starting a scandal during the shootings…”
“Actually, I got it,” Alexander confesses confidently. “Even if you tried to deny everything, I would be sure I wasn’t wrong.”
“I see no meaning in denying it. Early or late, I would be recognized anyway.”
“I must confess that I’ve been watching the story of the charges against you for a long time.”
“Watching?”
“Yes. I got interested in that case and regularly read the news.”
“Erm…” Raquelle falls into silence for two seconds, biting her lip slightly. “Mr. Bradford… I would like…”
“Call me Alexander,” Alexander says quietly.
“Alexander?”
“Yeah. It’s my name.”
“But I can’t address the policeman by the name.”
“Why cannot you do it? If you are a good friend or familiar, why not.”
“But we don’t know each other.”
“Right. But I am letting you call me by my name.”
“Well…” Raquelle pronounces shyly. “Alright… Alexander…”
“Don’t be shy, Ms. Cameron. Call me by my name.”
“Alright… In this case, you can also call me Raquelle.”
“Alright, Raquelle.”
“Moreover… Honestly…” Raquelle bites her lip slightly. “I’ve always loved when people call me by my name. Without using the phrase ‘Ms. Cameron.’ I… Try to ask people not to use it.”
“I get it,” Alexander pronounces amicably. “In real life, my close people and relatives call me Alex. And I like it much more.”
“That’s how.”
“I want to feel young. Although many people in my surroundings say I’m no longer a boy, a little baby is still living inside me and wants to have fun and owe nobody.”
“What’s your age?”
“Thirty-two.”
“Just like I thought. At first sight, you’re really about thirty or thirty-five.”
“The old generation thinks twenty-year-old people are old, and the new one feels young literally at the age of forty. So, I belong to the second group and think I’m not as old as many people think.”
“C’mon!” Raquelle smiles shyly. “You are not old! Thirty years is a great age. Especially, for a man. An adult persona that knows what they want from life.”
“I already chose my way, and I am following it.”
“Great.”
“I need only to create my family to complete my mission in this world.”
“Aren’t you married?”
“Not married. And I have no children.”
“Alright.”
Silence settles in the air for a second, during which Alexander changes the speed with the gearbox.
“So, as I understand, the story, which was started by the one not to wish to reveal themselves to the world, is an absolute lie…” Alexander says thoughtfully.
“Absolute lie,” Raquelle confirms hesitantly.
“I got it.”
“I was slandered, Alexander… Cruelly slandered… I swear I would never find the courage to do what newspapers and magazines wrote about. I did not even think of disrupting shootings and yelling that other people are nothing to me. Saying literally everyone owes me just because I am a celebrity.”
“Do not excuse yourself, please.”
“Listen, Alexander…”
“I believe you. And I know you did nothing like that.”
“You believe?”
“Yes, I do.” Alexander says nothing for two seconds. “Do you have assumptions about who it could be?”
“I do,” Raquelle nods confidently. “I guess it could be the work of an actor, with whom I worked, but with whom I had a big fight shortly after we met.”
“But why?”
“He didn’t like that I refused to go on a date with him.”
“That’s how!”
“Well, not quite a date… Actually, that man didn’t hide that he wanted to take me to his bed from the beginning. And I clearly let him know I did not sleep with unfamiliar men and would give myself only to my husband.”
“He wasn’t used to getting rejected?”
“Yes, right. I became the first one to reject him. At least, the actor said so. Probably, he had been rejected many times before I did it, but he says nothing about it.”
“So, quite possible.”
“Yeah, but nobody believes me. Everyone, who I say it to, is sure that the actor couldn’t do this. He is allegedly good and does nothing bad to anyone.”
“I guess he’s got good contacts.”
“Most likely, an ability to charm people. That actor is actually nothing, but everyone thinks he is literally God.”
“That’s how…”
“Alright, I can’t say he is ugly because he is actually very handsome. But I can’t surely call him decent and kind.”
“What’s his name?”
“Terrence MacClife.”
“Terrence MacClife?” Alexander frowns slightly.
“Do you know something about him?”
“Well, I heard something… But I haven’t watched movies featuring him… However, he seems very selfish and too confident to me.”
“My God, you’re the first person, who agreed with me!” Raquelle puts her hand on her heart. “The others behave like that penguin charmed them.”
“Yes, he is trying to be nice and sweet to everyone, but sometimes I think it might be just an act.”
“I think so, too! He was very rude to me. And he dared to accost me.”
“I think you should not worry,” Alexander says thoughtfully. “He is probably behaving like this towards everyone. But other people have nothing against it, and you minded.”
“That’s what hurt him, and he decided to take revenge on me. Decided to put an end to my modeling career.” Raquelle says nothing for two seconds. “He showered me with mud and told everyone those false things. I had conflicts with everyone from the beginning of my career, and never loved or respected anyone. But he did it secretly. He is still afraid to honestly confess that he was the one to do it.”
Raquelle glances at the window and swallows up nervously.
“And the media caught the wave with pleasure,” Raquelle adds. “They spread this piece of news everywhere possible. And people blindly believe that liar and think I am really such a mean and thankless bitch, who forgot who I owed. I am literally charged for sleeping with someone to get famous. But it’s actually not the truth. I did everything by myself. Without any sugar daddies.”
“My God…” Alexander pronounces thoughtfully.
“But I will not leave it unnoticed. I will do my best to make him pay for the insolent lie.”
“First, you should better get proof of his fault.”
“I have the anonymous letters Terrence regularly sends to my public email.”
“Anonymous letters?”
“Yes, I began to receive them at the same time as I met that man. And the anonymous clearly let me know that they did spread those rumors.”
“Did he openly confess what he did?”
“Nope, MacClife says nothing. But his hints let me know that he was the one to do it.”
“When would he reveal himself?”
“I don’t know,” Raquelle throws gloomily. “Probably, when he is openly charged for what he did. Or he wouldn't actually do this. He would keep sitting in his hole like a coward and secretly giving interviews, turning everyone I know against me.”
“Anyway, I believe you. I believe that actor could have to do with what happened.”
“Thanks, Alexander,” Raquelle smiles shyly. “I’m glad at least someone is supporting me.”
“By the way, I cannot hide that I’ve always been a fan of you.”
“My fan?”
“Yes. I like everything you are doing. You’re doing this great.”
“Thanks, it’s nice to hear it.”
“You are not like the one that person made you for everyone.” Alexander changes the speed with the gearbox. “I think you’re a very good person. And I don’t want to believe such a sweet and decent girl could behave like that.”
“I’m sorry people don’t understand it…” Raquelle sighs heavily. “Even my own fans got mad at me, even if they had praised me and called me their idol before.”
Raquelle shakes her head.
“It’s amazing how easily you can lose everything you’ve earned for ages at once…” Raquelle says thoughtfully.
“When I read the interview about how someone was showering you with mud, I did not believe everything they published there,” Alexander confesses. “And I saw similar articles in a few more magazines and heard the same words on TV shows.”
“Yeah, right… It’s been much enough time, but the media keeps publishing all the same. I am an egoist… I have a star-struck… I love nobody but me… And something like that…”
“It’s alright, early or late, people will realize they are wrapped around the finger. Maybe, there will be someone to prove that Terrence MacClife had to do with spreading the rumors.”
“Someone would hardly go against him.”
“Who knows… There are always people, who go against the system.”
“I don’t know…” Raquelle sighs heavily. “That man washed everyone’s brains so well.”
“Not quite everyone.” Alexander thinks about something for two seconds. “I guess that actor just wanted to get famous thanks to your name. You are a favorite girl of many people and have many fans. Who is he? He is a little-known actor, who has played just one starring role. A few years ago, when he was a very young guy.”
“But that actor pretends to be great and is sure many generations will remember him,” Raquelle says thoughtfully.
“My God, the media spreads so many rumors about celebrities, but people don’t believe them. But everyone suddenly turned their back on you and believed someone to be afraid to show himself and secretly shower you with mud.”
“Don’t you really believe that man?”
“No, Raquelle, I don’t believe that man and will never do. Because I am not going to trust someone not to be known and not to prove his words somehow. And I, as a decent policeman, am used to the fact that any charge requires real proof and the words of witnesses.”
Alexander’s words make Raquelle feel more confident and make her stop being afraid that he will judge her.
“Really?” Raquelle asks more confidently, looking at Alexander with hope.
“Sure,” Alexander smiles slightly. “And I’m going to say more: many familiars of mine do not also believe you could do this.”
“Come on?”
“They think you’re a very good girl and are sure you’re just a victim of intrigues and journalists and reporters that really love making scandals out of nothing and earning money.”
“Wow…” Raquelle smiles much wider.
“I thought everyone was judging me. I thought nobody wanted to stand by my side.”
“No, Raquelle, it’s not the truth,” Alexander protests. “You dreamed it up.”
“Do you think I still have supporters?”
“Maybe, at first, people really got mad at you and believed the lie. But now they are opening their eyes and understanding they were deceived.”
“I would be so happy if it was the truth.”
“I’m sure if you asked some fans of you whether they believe the rumors about your egoistic behavior, they would give you a negative answer.”
“I don’t know… Maybe, you’re right.”
I believe you disappeared because you were afraid to show yourself and hoped everything would be solved by itself?”
“Right, I hid from everyone and went to London because I was afraid of shame…” Raquelle confesses and slowly moves her eyes to the window of the car. “I was crying when I somehow read the article on the Internet and saw everything they published. I seriously wanted the ground to swallow me up in shame. And I thought I’d never make my life better.”
“And did you even not try to deny the words of Terrence MacClife?” Alexander wonders.
“I was afraid people wouldn’t believe me. So, I decided to hide in my hole, so to say… Besides, some other people advised me to do it… Ride out the storm and then see what’s going on.”
“And when are you going to show up? I think you should know you will not be hiding from everyone forever.”
“I know, Alexander… I think I shall do it after the story of Eleanor Woodham ends, and my aunt is back home safe and sound.”
“Are you ready for this?”
“Yes. Now I am ready to show myself.”
“That’s good,” Alexander pronounces confidently. “Don’t hope everything will be solved by itself. You waited for a while, and that was enough! It’s time to go and speak for yourself.”
“You’re right… Moreover, I can’t live without working and want to start having photoshoots again.” Raquelle sighs heavily. “When I found out someone spread those rumors about me, I thought I would never take it. I thought my life would be over. My work and career are the most important things in my life. I’ve always been focused only on it.”
“So, did you not care about other things?” Alexander frowns slightly.
“I am literally living all of those shootings, interviews, celebrity parties, and everything famous people do. I feel literally bad when I had a long break from shootings…”
“I could say I am such a crazy workaholic,” Raquelle adds shyly. “I always have. And I’m missing that time.”
“I guess you always wanted to work as a model?” Alexander assumes.
“No, I didn’t want to work as a model at the beginning. But when I tried to do it once, I liked it so much that I just couldn’t stop. And I chose my way.”
“I completely understand you, but remember that it’s not the most important thing,” Alexander replies with sadness in his eyes. “There are much more important things than a career… Today you are a highly qualified specialist and earn millions, and tomorrow, you may clean the street, stand in front of a cashier, or carry plates with food.”
“I know.” Raquelle moves her eyes to her hands. “I think I loved my job so much because I wanted to get out of poverty. My grandfather and I lived very poorly, and I was never able to buy something others had. That’s why people often laughed at me… And when I got a real chance to earn money and start to live better, I literally sunk my teeth into it. I honestly worked off the money that I was earning.”
“Have you ever thought about, for example, creating your family?” Alexander wonders.
“I have done. But it’s not the most important wish of mine.”
“That’s how!”
“I haven’t met a decent man that would be able to make me happy.”
“When you meet that man, I think your wish to work like crazy would be moved to a second place. You would get a much stronger wish to take care of your man and make him happy.”
“Maybe…” Raquelle smiles shyly. “But I haven’t met the one, for whom I could easily quit the career that is so important to me.”
“I’m sure you will be lucky.” Alexander changes the speed with a gearbox. “You are a very beautiful, charming, and cute girl. You’re supposed to have a lot of admirers.”
“I’ve got enough,” Raquelle confesses with a slight smile.
“All the men literally fall at your feet for a reason. You’ve got something that definitely drives them crazy.”
“Maybe. But I take it quietly.”
“Do you actually want to be married?”
“No, at the moment.”
“Why?”
“I think I’m too young. I’m not ready to become someone’s wife and change my life so much.”
“What does your family think of it?”
“Oh! My family presses on me so much that I want it less and less every day. They often tell me that it’s my time to get married and have children. All of them got their own families very early. And now they think it’s bad that I don’t want to even think about it at the age of twenty-three.”
“Typical situation,” Alexander smiles shyly.
“Are you made to get married, too?”
“Someone often tries to introduce me to some girls,” Alexander changes the speed with the gearbox. “They’re like, go somewhere with her. Maybe, you’d like her.”
“I feel like they’re going to introduce me to someone, too. Because my relatives are too worried because I am still single.”
“They do this not for your worst. Your family just wants you not to be alone.”
“I know, but it doesn’t mean I’d have to get married to anyone to stand in my way. Just not to stay alone.”
“There was a different time then. Now, people are not what they were. They got married and became parents very early. Besides, they usually had a few children.”
“Exactly! Then! Now you don’t have to immediately look for a wife or a husband and give birth to two or three children.”
“There are those, who you cannot explain it. You would just waste your time and nerves.”
“Right. You wouldn’t change the mind of my grandfather. He has always been for early marriages and the early birth of children, and he will be the one.”
“So, live your life and listen to nobody. When you meet the right person, everything will happen by itself. You will get a wish to get married and have children.”
“I don’t mind marrying and having children. I just want to do it a little later. When I am ready and sure that it’s the man I can completely trust.”
“What do you want to do now?”
“Now I want to do my business… Work… Travel around the world… Discover something new… It's the most important thing to me… I’m not obsessed with a wish to find a husband and father for my children.”
“So, it’s your wish,” Alexander says thoughtfully. “But I think everything will surely be alright in your life. You would meet your future husband and also get your kind name back and keep working as a model.”
“It’s definitely my big dream.”
“It will come true.” Alexander cracks a slight smile at Raquelle. “I shall be very glad if you shine and conquer the world with your beauty again.”
“You make me blush,” Raquelle smiles shyly.
“I think the situation got a little better, and people realized something. And now you have much more supporters than before.”
“Maybe…”
“It’s the truth, Raquelle. Read the latest news about you. And you would understand that they started treating you otherwise.”
“Ah, Alexander…” Raquelle sighs quietly with sadness in her eyes. “Thank you for such nice words, but let’s not say it so confidently.”
“Why not? Not everything is lost yet!”
“Maybe, not. But it’s going to be a hard way.”
“We can get nothing so easily. Maybe, you’d have to spend a lot of time and effort to clean your reputation and become a favorite girl of people again.”
“Anyway, now I understand that I was crying so hard for nothing. Because there are more important things I would like to think about.”
“Do you mean the situation with your aunt?” Alexander specifies.
“Yes…” Raquelle glances at the window with a hard sigh. “And honestly, I’ve actually forgotten about myself and my problems lately. Because I always think of my aunt and the ways I can help her… Help her solve her serious problems.”
“So, if you are worried about your aunt, your career is by far not the most important thing to you,” Alexander says thoughtfully.
“I cannot give a damn about my relatives that raised me.” Raquelle puts her head on the door of the car and sighs heavily, looking at the road with sadness while being in Alexander’s auto. “Watching Aunt Alicia suffer, I cannot stay indifferent.”
“Excuse me, have you never thought meddling in someone’s business was wrong?” Alexander asks carefully.
“Yes, I understand that I’m doing a bad thing by meddling in a case I don’t have to do with. But I’m doing that for her best. I want to know if my aunt is alive and healthy. Knowing the situation, I have reasons to worry.”
“Yes, your relative got in touch with a dangerous woman…”
“I know…” Raquelle bites her lip slightly. “I never thought someone would like to kidnap my aunt for money or a wish to revenge. She could actually make such a terrible mistake… For which Eleanor got hatred for her…”
“I’m really very sorry that it happened,” Alexander says with sadness in his eyes. “But I am assuring you that we will surely help your aunt and rescue her. And Eleanor Woodham will pay for everything she has done. Nobody will care about her famous surname.”
“I would like to believe it… I shall not take it if something happens to Aunt…”
“Anyway, remember that everything will be alright. Maybe, not now, but then everything will come to you a little later. I believe good people would get what they deserve, early or late.”
“Thanks a lot, Alexander,” Raquelle thanks with a slight smile. “You’re giving me great hope for the best.”
“Glad to hear it.”
“My God, life is too hard…” Raquelle leans back in the passenger seat. “Before you lie under the sun and bask in the tender shoots of the sunlight, you should get through much. Everything comes with a price in this life… You’ve gotta fight for everything.”
“It’s true,” Alexander agrees. “But a black streak cannot last forever. Early or late, even the unluckiest person would get lucky.”
“Maybe…”
Silence settles in the air for two seconds, after which Raquelle moves her eyes to Alexander with a slight smile, while he is watching the road and driving the car.
“You know, Alexander, I must confess that it's very nice to talk to you,” Raquelle confesses shyly.
“Me?” Alexander wonders.
“I got much better after talking to you. And I feel much more confident…”
“You know, honestly, I also have the pleasure of talking to you,” Alexander confesses amicably. “You are a very good interlocutor, who I have the pleasure of spending time with.”
“Thanks for the nice words.”
“You do not always meet people that would give you some energy after you talk to them.”
“I don’t know…” Raquelle starts looking at her hands. “Maybe, I just needed to talk to someone about it. Because I barely discussed what was happening to my close people. I was keeping much inside…”
“Maybe. So, here’s my piece of advice for the future: do not keep anything inside you. If you feel you feel bad, say it to someone you completely trust. You would get much better.”
“I know… Thanks for the advice…”
The talk with quite a nice talker makes Raquelle much more confident about the fact that everything will be alright. Alicia would be rescued, and Eleanor would get arrested. Alexander is helping her get a little better and trying to distract the girl by talking, so she is not excited and believes her aunt and she will avoid what’s threatening them and come back home safe and sound.
***
While Raquelle is going to the final destination as well as the policemen and sharing her feelings with Alexander, who does his best to calm her down, Eleanor has been waiting for the girl to come for a long time. While two of her bodyguards of the tall enough height do not leave her alone for a second, Ms. Woodham is walking proudly from one side to another in her spacious office. Alicia is sitting on the chair opposite the writing table, slouching, and looking at her hands folded in front of her with her dead eyes. The woman looks very exhausted after a few days she spent in the house of the daughter of Gilbert Woodham. A sense of starvation always lets her know it because she has never eaten anything tasty and has never had what she wanted. That’s why the woman got much weaker and does not try to resist anymore. She obediently does everything she is told. Her dead, little red eyes look into the distance almost all the time, and her skin looks very white.
Unlike her, Eleanor looks more cheerful, often smiles, and has a wonderful mood, impatiently waiting for the moment when she will finally make her revenge come true and hoping she will deal with Alicia Thompson, her greatest enemy, very soon. When she will take revenge on her for the loss of her close person that she killed accidentally.
“Finally, this day has come!” Eleanor pronounces cheerfully, looking through the window with a wide smile and watching some people cleaning the territory of her house from snow. “A little time before justify finally glories. What I’ve been waiting for sixteen years will happen very soon.”
Eleanor moves her eyes to the watch on her hand.
“Alright, that girl is about to come here soon,” Eleanor says thoughtfully. “And when I am told about her arrival, I shall start making my plan come true.”
Eleanor smiles widely.
“Ah, I can’t wait to do it as soon as possible and start to live a quiet life with the thought that my enemies are destroyed,” Eleanor says confidently. “I’m as close to my goal as never ever before.”
Eleanor laughs quietly and turns on Alicia a few seconds later, while the woman is shaking from coldness, hunger, and weakness, and two men are sitting on the two hands of her and watching her very closely to make sure that she does not even dare to run away from this place.
“So, my dear Alicia, the long-awaited moment has finally come,” Eleanor says confidently. “The moment when you will finally pay me for what you did.”
Eleanor smirks evilly while Alicia moves her dead eyes to her.
“You will live until your niece comes here,” Eleanor adds. “When Raquelle meets me.”
Alicia says nothing and swallows up nervously.
“And before that time, you will be where you have spent these past few days,” Eleanor says. “I told the guys to lock you with a key and watch you closely. So, you don’t see and hear everything that is going to happen here. What is going to happen at the place where you killed my dad shamelessly sixteen years ago. You killed him then, but now you and your beloved niece will be killed.”
Alicia moves her sad eyes down.
“I don’t know if I should invite you here to let you see Raquelle for the last time,” Eleanor says confidently. “Anyway, you will be under the view of my bodyguards and servants until the end of your death. Nobody will surely let you run away from here and do any stupid thing. Everybody has become smarter. Nobody will let you run away from here the way you did it on the day you murdered my dad.”
“So true!” one of the bodyguards exclaims in a very rude, loud, low, and horrible voice.
“We will not let this bitch leave,” the other owner of the same rude and horrible voice adds confidently.
“Very good!” Eleanor smiles shyly. “While Cameron is still on the way to her death, I will do the last things and be waiting for our birdie to get into my cage.”
Eleanor smirks evilly and grabs Alicia tightly by the chin, setting her icy gaze in her wet, dead eyes. While the woman is praying desperately that Eleanor does not do anything bad to Raquelle with her widely open eyes.
“I hope you, brainless chicken, understood everything and would not do stupid things,” Eleanor expresses hope.
“I shall do what you want…” Alicia pronounces faintly, not wishing to speak against Eleanor because she understands that it will change nothing.
“If you try to cheat on my bodyguards and run away from them, you know what’s going to happen to you and your beloved niece.”
“I will not run. Don’t worry.”
“Good. I hope you will do everything I told you.”
“Yes, Eleanor, I understood everything,” Alicia pronounces quietly with a slight nod. “Understood…”
“Wonderful.” Eleanor laughs quietly. “My would-be stepmother.”
Meanwhile, Alicia gets much more horrified by thinking about what might happen some time later when Raquelle comes here, for whom this meeting might be fateful.
“My God, please, protect my niece…” Alicia prays with anxiety in her soul. “I can do nothing to save her from trouble… Please, take her under Your protection not to let her suffer. May something that would save Raquelle happen… She shouldn’t become a victim of this woman. Let me pay for all my sins and do something my girl to be saved. I shall sacrifice my life for her if Eleanor craves revenge so badly… But do not let her kill my niece… Please, God… Begging you… My girl must live. Protect her. Help her. Please… For everything in the world…”
And while Alicia stays in the car and prays to God with closed eyes about Raquelle’s salvation, Eleanor keeping her head proudly raised comes to the two men, who are two times taller than her and literally look into the mouth of the one, whose commands they do immediately.
“Alright, guys, take her with you,” Eleanor orders. “Go where she has been all this time and stay there. Wait for my sign. When I ask someone from the servants to call you, bring this whore to the office.”
“As you wish, madam Woodham,” one of the men nods confidently.
“I am allowing you to use any methods of holding this whore down.”
“We understood it and will do everything we have to.”
“Watch her well. Do not her go anywhere! If she tries to cheat, you can surely give her a strong slap in the face. But please, try not to kill her. Because I want to do it personally. I want to do it at the place where my dad died many years ago.”
“Alright, Ms. Woodham,” the second man adds with his head proudly raised.
“And don’t even think of betraying me, boneheads!” Eleanor threatens her bodyguards with a finger. “If this idiot runs away from you, I shall personally cut off your heads. Got it?”
“Don't worry, madam,” one of the men pronounces with his head proudly raised. “We shall be watching her with four eyes and not moving our eyes off that woman.”
“She will not go anywhere,” the other man adds. “You can count on us. And the others will help us and will not let her run away.”
“Good,” Eleanor throws gloomily and waves her hand sharply. “Do my orders. Take her away from here and wait for my next commands.”
One of the men grabs Alicia tightly under an arm, getting her up easily from the chair.
“Move faster, brainless chicken!” one of the men throws rudely.
“Get up and go with us now!” the other man demands. “Do what the madam told you!”
When Alicia leaves the car, Eleanor’s bodyguards take her quickly to nobody knows where. The woman does not resist, even if her legs are shaking slightly from slight weakness and terrible tiredness. Alicia would definitely fall if these two men did not hold her and pull her after them to the place where she feels terribly uncomfortable.
Eleanor keeps standing where she is and watches them with a sly smile until the three leave the office and close the door.
“Everything is going well so far,” Eleanor says with her head proudly raised. “If only that young whore didn’t betray and take anyone with her… Because my plan will be ruined… But I think she will not do it. She loves her auntie and would not risk her life. Not knowing that she will die with her anyway.”
Eleanor smirks evilly.
“I will destroy Alicia Thompson today,” Eleanor says confidently. “Yes, I will do it… The moment of the revenge is getting closer and closer. Everything is ready to make my revenge come true… I need only to wait for our favorite little star, Ms. Cameron.”
Eleanor thinks about something that makes her smile widely for a few seconds.
“Oh, damn, how long I’ve been dreaming about it!” Eleanor pronounces cheerfully. “How I’ve been dreaming of taking revenge on that snake for the death of my father. For the death of my close person. Somehow that bitch avoided the punishment, but today, she will die and be burning in hell for what she did to my daddy.”
Eleanor raises her head proudly, starting to walk through the whole office slowly.
“Your funeral is getting closer, Alicia…” Eleanor says confidently. “You have a little time to live in this wonderful world. And call the memories about how you, bitch, shamelessly killed my beloved daddy, who dreamed of giving you the whole world because of his stupidity.”
Eleanor gets much gloomier and tenser because of the memories that have to do with her father, which gets obsessed with her and makes her get much madder at Alicia and wish to revenge on her. And she barely holds tears down when calling the memories of the fateful day when she found out about Gilbert’s death from those, who were at her home, and realized her life would never be the same.

May 12th, 1998.
“We have come, Ms. Woodham!”
It’s said by a dark-haired man at the age of about thirty wearing a black suit and dark glasses on his eyes when he stops his back car in a small parking lot in front of a large, gorgeous house where a rich family is definitely living.
In the backseat, a young girl named Eleanor Woodham is sitting and looking at things from many packets placed near her with a wide smile on her face. But when the driver tells her they have come home somewhere, she puts something back and quickly looks around.
“What, already?” Eleanor wonders truly, while the driver puts the car in park. “My gosh, how quickly you’ve driven me home!”
“We’re lucky there are not so many cars on the roads,” the man replies confidently, getting the key out of the switch. “So, we’ve come here for a few minutes.”
“They just knew the daughter of Gilbert Woodham herself was going on the road,” Eleanor says confidently with her head proudly raised, fixing her wavy hair gathered in a ponytail. “So, they let us go.”
“I cannot deny it. There is not a person in our country, who does not know your father. That wonderful man, who is always so nice to those he knows.”
“Agree. I am proud to be the daughter of such a wonderful man.”
“And we are all happy to work with such a generous man, who pays much for the work of every one of us.”
“You’re right.”
Two seconds later, the man leaves the salon of the car with a slight smile and closes the door for the driver. And then he helps Eleanor do the same, opening the back door and giving her his hand, which she takes confidently.
“Thanks, Gaston,” Eleanor thanks with a slight smile. “You’re very nice, as always.”
“Always welcome,” Gaston replies amicably and closes the back door.
Eleanor smiles slightly and then looks around, suddenly noticing a few police cars parked near the gates and multiple people from the police staff, who are talking about something.
“Listen, Gaston, what are the police doing here?” Eleanor frowns slightly, looking at those, who are standing near the gates better.
“The police?” Gaston wonders.
“Have we been robbed? Or someone from our neighbors?”
“Listen, I quickly noticed someone was here when I was coming to the house. But I could not see who.”
“Look, look, those two have entered my house…” Eleanor points at two men wearing the suit of a police staff member, who enter the house after a woman opens the door for them. “It seems like Nina let them in… Without questions…”
“My gosh…” Gaston shakes his head. “What do they need here?”
“I don’t know… Maybe, something happened to Dad? Is that why he called the police!”
“If he has already come back. As far as I know, Mr. Woodham went somewhere this morning. He called Hardin and went somewhere. The guys went with him, as well.”
“Yes, yes, Nina said he had business…” Eleanor nods. “And Dad told me he would go somewhere…”
“I know.”
“Interesting…” Eleanor starts stroking her chin, frowning slightly. “But what could happen? Why are there so many policemen in my house?”
“I don’t know, Ms. Woodham,” Gaston shrugs. “I can say nothing… Maybe, some of the neighbors have really been robbed, and the police are questioning those, who are living here.”
“Alright, I shall go to find out what’s happening. And you carry these packets to my room. Put them on my bed. I shall sort it all out later.”
“As you wish, Ms.”
“But be very careful. There are some frigid things.”
“Do not worry, I shall be careful.”
“Alright, go.”
Eleanor turns and confidently goes to the hell while Gaston takes all the packets with purchases she bought at shops from the backseat. From here, the young girl can hear some loud sounds spreading out of the house but does not understand what could happen here.
Some time later, Eleanor opens the hall door and enters inside, seeing a few policemen, who are talking about something.
“My God, what is going on?” Eleanor wonders, looking around questioningly. “Why are there so many policemen here?”
Eleanor walks slowly into the wide hall for a few seconds and reaches the living room, where she gets noticed by a few women wearing servant uniforms of different ages. They all look terribly anxious and are crying bitterly for the reason that only they could know.
“Ms. Woodham!” one of the young servants pronounces with the eyes, which are wet from tears.
“Eleanor, my girl…” another servant of middle age pronounces.
“Nina?!” Eleanor rounds her eyes.
Two seconds later, Eleanor quickly goes to the servant named Nina, who takes her hands with tears in her eyes.
“Eleanor, honey…” Nina pronounces in a little shaking voice. “How it’s good you’re back…”
“My God, Nina, what happened here?” Eleanor wonders and quickly looks around. “Why are there so many policemen here? Gaston and I saw a few police cars near the house when we came here.”
“Trouble…” Nina shakes her head and sniffs quietly. “Trouble has happened…”
“What kind of trouble?”
“God…” Nina moves her eyes aside for a second. “I can’t believe it… It must be a nightmare…”
“Nina, honey…” Eleanor pronounces softly and hugs Nina around the shoulders, seeing that the woman is crying bitterly for a reason that she does not know.
“Why did it happen to us? Why? For what?”
“What’s wrong? Why are you crying? What happened to you?”
“It’s very hard…” Nina shakes her head and sniffs. “God… Why? Why did it happen?”
“Listen, I understand nothing… What happened here?” Eleanor looks at all the servants crying quietly. “Girls, why are you all crying?”
“It’s very hard to explain, Ms. Woodham…” one of the young servants replies in a strongly shaking voice. “We all here are shocked after what happened.”
“God, what’s happening to all of you?” Eleanor wonders much louder. “And why are the police here? Why did Nina let them in without questions?”
“Police…” another servant pronounces very quietly. “They…”
“Yeah, does my father actually know what’s happening here? Has someone told him?”
“Eleanor, sweetie…” Nina pronounces in a shaking voice, steps back from Eleanor a little, and softly caresses her shoulder. “It’s… It’s very hard to explain…”
“Whatever happens, I should know it.”
“You’re going to be deeply shocked… We… Don’t know how to tell you that.”
“Please, Nina, don’t be silent!” Eleanor begs with pity in her eyes. “Explain what happened here?”
“I… Erm…”
“Something happened to my father? Are you all crying so hard because of him?”
“Your father…” another servant pronounces hesitantly, scarily. “Mr. Woodham… He…”
“What?” Eleanor wonders loudly.
A few seconds are gone before Nina barely finds the courage to say what hurts the hearts of those, who are being at this house, with tears in her eyes:
“Your father is no longer with us, my sunshine…” Nina sniffs quietly, slightly shaking from excitement. “He has died…”
Eleanor opens her eyes widely immediately and sets them on Nina, whose claim gets her deeply shocked.
“W-w-what?” Eleanor pronounces in a shaking voice. “What… What have you said?”
“Nina is telling the truth, Ms. Woodham,” another one of the servants confirms quietly and hesitantly. “To our deepest sadness, Mr. Woodham died some time ago.”
“Are you crazy?” Eleanor resents. “How could you dare to say these things about my father?”
“Listen, madam…” another servant pronounces.
“Do not say these things! I cannot believe you dared even to think about it!”
“Trust us, we are shocked, as well,” the third servant replies excitedly.
“You know what my father would do to you if he knew he was literally buried here!” Eleanor keeps resenting loudly. “You will quickly lose your job!”
“We are not lying to you, Eleanor,” Nina says with pity in her eyes, shaking strongly and looking terribly white. “It’s the absolute truth.”
“He is alive! ALIVE! He will live for a very long time!”
“Mr. Woodham is dead now… Your father died…”
“It’s not the truth! A lie!”
“Don’t you see how many policemen are here? Look around, girl!”
“No…” Eleanor shakes her head. “I don’t even wanna think my dad would die and leave me alone.”
“Sadly, it happened. There are so many policemen here due to his death.”
“What are they doing here?”
“They are examining the whole house and questioning everybody that is working here.”
“It cannot be the truth… It’s a lie!”
“Besides, those people will be questioning you. We have told them that you will be back home soon. So, someone is supposed to come to you now.”
“Please, Nina, don’t hurt me like this,” Eleanor begs with pity in her eyes, taking Nina’s hands. “I shall not take it if something happens to Dad.”
“It has happened, Ms.,” one of the servants says with sadness in her eyes. “Your father has been murdered.”
“What?” Eleanor opens her eye much wider. “Murdered? What do you mean he has been murdered?”
“He got a hit on the head. Nina went to his office and saw Mr. Woodham lying on the floor. Already… Dead…”
“Yes, I saw everything…” Nina confirms in a shaking voice.
“No…” Eleanor closes her mouth with her hand.
“I wanted to ask if he needed something. We were worried because your father did not leave the office for a long time. So… Despite his command not to bother him, I decided to risk.”
“It’s right,” one of the servants nods. “We started to worry.”
“But when Mr. Woodham did not answer me, I decided to enter without permission. And then I saw your father on the floor. Lying in blood… I tried to wake him up…”
“We heard Nina screaming at once. Then Mr. Woodham’s bodyguards came to the office. She told them everything, and they tried to wake him up. But sadly, your father was already dead. We could do nothing.”
“We ran there because of Nina’s shouts and tried to save that woman,” another servant confesses. “But alas… We could not do.”
“Hardin tried to call Gaston to tell him that, but he did not answer calls,” another servant says. “He was probably was driving or could not hear it… We tried to tell you what happened.”
“No…” Eleanor shakes her head with her wet eyes. “You’re lying to me! Lying!”
“We are not, madam. We are not lying to you.”
“Father did not die! Dad is alive! ALIVE!”
“Sadly, it’s the truth, sweetie,” Nina confirms with sadness in her eyes, hugging Eleanor around the shoulders and cutely kissing her on the temple. “It’s madly unpleasant for me to say it, but your father is dead. For all of us, it’s a great tragedy.”
“No… No…”
“Talk to the policeman if you do not believe us,” one of the servants advises. “You have to be questioned.”
“God, I can’t believe… It can’t be the truth… Can’t…”
Eleanor sniffs quietly.
“Daddy…” Eleanor pronounces in a strongly shaking voice. “No… You can’t leave me… You can’t leave me alone… I can’t live without you. I can’t do it. I need you… Daddy… Sweetheart…”
“Oh, the policeman is coming here!” Nina exclaims, pointing at a young man, who is going to come to Eleanor. “Talk to him, honey.”
When the policeman comes, he quickly looks at all the servants and stops his eyes on Eleanor, who is almost crying and refuses to believe in death of her father.
“Hello,” the policeman greets gently. “Are you Eleanor Woodham, a relative of Gilbert Woodham?”
“Hello,” Eleanor greets quietly. “Yes, it’s me. I’m his daughter.”
“Constable Palmer.” The policeman shows his identification card to Eleanor. “I think these women have told you what happened here.”
“My God…” Eleanor shakes her head. “Just do not say it’s the truth. Please, Mr. Policeman… Tell me my father has not died.”
“I am deeply sorry for you, Ms. Woodham, but your father, Gilbert Woodham, died two hours ago,” the policeman says with sadness in his eyes. “To the great sadness, it’s the truth.”
“No…” Eleanor makes a loud sob, closing her mouth with her hand and getting sharply white enough. “It can’t be true… No… I don't want to believe it.”
“The corpse was found by this woman.”
The policeman points at Nina, who is standing near the crying Eleanor, tightly hugging her and pressing herself against the woman as closely as possible.
“There were attempts to bring your father to life, but sadly, all the efforts brought to nothing,” the man adds. “Mr. Woodham was murdered at his own office.”
Eleanor starts crying much stronger and pressing herself to Nina much closer, who softly caresses her head and slightly shakes along with her.
“No…” Eleanor pronounces in a shaking voice, literally choking with tears. “Dad… No… Daddy… It can’t be the truth… You couldn’t leave me… You could not!”
“We have questioned those, who had been at this house when the police came,” the policeman says. “Only you and your driver we were told about should be questioned.”
“My God… Why? Why? I can’t get it… What did my father do to be deprived of life?”
“Calm down, my girl, calm down,” Nina tries to comfort in a quiet, soft voice. “For us, it’s a great tragedy…”
“Dad…” Eleanor sniffs quietly. “No… You couldn’t leave me… You couldn’t leave me alone…”
“Ms. Woodham, I completely understand your feelings and am sorry about your loss,” the policeman says hesitantly with sadness in his eye, holding a piece of paper. “But I must question you and ask you to tell me everything you may know. Any information would help us find the killer of Gilbert Woodham at the nearest time.”
“I can say nothing, Mr. Policeman,” Eleanor makes a quiet sob. “How do I know what could happen?”
“Maybe, your father had some enemies? Maybe, someone threatened him or something like that? Think better, Ms.”
“I can't think… Can’t speak… Because Daddy is dead… I stayed all alone.”
Eleanor starts giving much louder sobs, while Nina is also crying, hugging her tightly, and pressing her to herself in the hope of calming the disconsolate girl down, who suffers because her father is no longer with her.
“Quiet, my sunshine, quiet,” Nina says in a quiet, soft voice. “We all completely understand you.”
“Maybe, you want a glass of water, Ms. Woodham?” one of the servants asks hesitantly, folding her hands in front of her.
“Yes, yes, Lacey, give it, please. Maybe, Eleanor would calm down.”
“I shall be back now.”
The young servant with blonde hair named Lacey goes to the kitchen to take a glass of water while Nina keeps comforting Eleanor crying bitterly, while her mood got immediately worse after the news about her father’s death.
“Eleanor, my girl…” Nina pronounces with pity in her eyes.
“Why did it happen?” Eleanor wonders, steps back from Nina, and gives a couple of quiet sobs, strongly shaking from excitement. “Why, Nina? Who needed that?”
“We didn’t understand how it happened.”
“Everything was fine! Dad and I talked today in the morning!”
“We saw him, too.”
“My God, what kind of misfortune! Why do I have to get through it?”
“Calm down, sweetie,” Nina pronounces softly. “Let’s sit down. Lacey will give you water, and you will calm down a little.”
With these words, Nina brings the crying Eleanor to a sofa, seats her, and sits down next to her while the other servants come all together and look at each other with tears in their eyes. The policeman follows them and sits down next to the disconsolate daughter of the late Gilbert and softly caresses her shoulder.
“Please, Ms. Woodham, try to remember something that would help us find the killer of your father,” the policeman says quietly. “Now we need any information.”
“God, how could I know it?” Eleanor throws a little aggressively. “Do you think I saw someone hurting my father and killing him? I have just come along with my driver and saw what was happening here.”
“Well… Maybe, you know someone, who could do it?”
“Who? My father was the most respected man in England! Nobody would’ve dared to do that, even if someone had a great wish.”
“Alright, maybe, you remember all the people that had been at this house some time before the murder happened? Someone, who hated Mr. Woodham!”
“I don’t know…” Eleanor makes a quiet sob, wiping tears under her eyes. “I didn’t really care about who visited Dad. I always disappeared somewhere alone or with my friends…”
“So, did you never show interest in that?” the policeman wonders.
“Sadly…”
“Erm…” one of the young servants bites her lip slightly, folding her hands in front of her. “Maybe, the visitor, who came here today, did that? The one, who was here…”
“Visitor?” the policeman frowns slightly. “What visitor? Who is that?”
“One woman… At the age of about thirty…”
“Woman?” Eleanor rounds her eyes, staring at the servant surprisingly.
“Mr. Woodham had talked to her some time before his death…”
“I don’t get it. What woman? Who is she, and what was she doing here?”
“She was at this house some time before your father’s death…”
“Wait, wait, Ms., let’s talk about everything in order,” the policeman says quietly. “Who is that woman? Who was she for the late one? How long was she here? Why did she come? What connected her and Gilbert?”
“I… I just barely saw her… When going by the living room… Erm…” The servant glances at Nina. “Oh, Nina knows it! She can confirm it!”
“Do you know something about that woman?” the policeman moves his eyes to Nina.
“Erm…” Nina stutters.
“Hide nothing from us. If you want us to find the killer of Mr. Woodham as soon as possible, tell me everything you know.”
“Actually, Mr. Woodham asked us not to tell about the appearance of that woman at this house. But because he died…”
“My gosh, Nina, what are you talking about?” Eleanor wonders, staring at Nina questioningly. “Who was here? What woman did my father bring here? Did he get a new lover?”
At this moment, Lacey returns to the living room and gives Eleanor a glass of water that she takes with both hands.
“Alicia…” Nina pronounces in a shaking voice. “Alicia was here…”
“What?” Eleanor resents. “Alicia? Was here? At my house?”
“Your father brought her here,” Lacey confesses hesitantly and quietly. “He came back here along with her, Hardin, and his bodyguards…”
“Wait, wait, do you mean Alicia Thompson? That nasty whore that my daddy exchanged my mother with? That slut, who has been fucked by a bigger part of London?”
“Yes, Eleanor, that’s her,” Nina nods.
“Wow…”
“But your father told us not to tell you that the woman was here.”
“Do you all want to say she was the one to kill my father?”
“That woman was the last one Mr. Woodham talked to some time before his death.”
“No… It cannot be the truth…”
Eleanor closes her mouth with her hand and shakes her head.
“That scumbag…” Eleanor pronounces in a shaking voice. “She… Was here? And killed my daddy?”
“By the way, you have said nothing about that woman…” the policeman notices thoughtfully. “Tell me more about Alicia Thompson. Who is she, what she is doing, and who she was for Gilbert…”
“She is a local whore!” Eleanor throws rudely. “This is everything you should know about her. She seduced my father and tried to steal his money and wealth. Because of her, he left my mother and got divorced from her.”
“Do you want to say she was his lover?”
“She was. But she told him about a breakup. He was allegedly beating her, mocking her, and banning her from speaking to friends and close people.”
“Alright, where did they meet? And how long ago?”
“Dad met her at a club where that slut was shaking her naked ass for great money. Father liked her and fell in love with her like a boy. He started to take her home with no shame and have fun with her. And somehow, he introduced me to her and claimed she would become his wife, who I should’ve gotten on with.”
“But did you not accept her?”
“Come on! Me to accept the dirty wench that had fucked all the men in England and ruined the marriage of my parents! I got hate for her on the day we met and tried to make my father sure that she would have him wrapped around her finger and leave him. But he didn't listen to me for a long time and wanted to marry her. He woke up some time later when she left him.”
“Alright, I got it… But what was she doing at this house today a few hours ago?”
“One of the bodyguards of Mr. Woodham secretly told us she was caught at the airport by chance, from which Alicia was going to fly,” one of the servants confesses. “It seems like to America… As far as we know, she has some relatives there… Sister and niece, I think.”
“It’s true,” Nina nods. “They brought her here with a big bag.”
“I got it,” the policeman nods.
“Mr. Woodham told us not to get closer to the office because he wanted to seriously talk to Alicia. But he gave a command not to let her run away from here.”
“So, it happened that Father found her?” Eleanor concludes, frowning slightly. “He was searching for that woman for a few years, who ran away from him, to take revenge on her for what she did to him!”
“He found, my girl.”
“But…” the policeman pronounces thoughtfully. “If you say Alicia was here, where did she go? She is not in this house.”
“She ran away.”
“Ran away?”
“Nobody knows how, but we found out Alicia ran away with her bag.”
“And nobody saw it?”
“Yes. Nobody saw her leaving.”
“Was she at the office? Or did she go somewhere else?”
“No, no, Mr. Woodham took to his office and stayed there with her…”
“So, did she run away from the office?”
“It happened,” Nina shrugs. “We don’t know how, but I found the corpse of Mr. Woodham when that woman was already gone.”
“So, do you want to say Alicia killed Gilbert Woodham?”
“How could we explain the fact that Mr. Woodham was killed at his office, and the track of that woman disappeared?” Nina throws her hands up.
“Maybe, that’s someone, who did not love that man, in your opinion?”
“Come on, Mr. Policeman! Everyone here truly loved and respected that man. Look how the girls are crying! And how saddened the men are!”
“It’s true,” Lacey confirms confidently. “Everybody here loved that man.”
“So, did none of you really see her leaving?” the policeman wonders. “As I understand, your security is very good. Even a mouse would not go by secretly! But that woman did.”
“Maybe, the security distracted, and Alicia used it.”
“There is an assumption she could leave through a back door,” one of the servants assumes.
“Back door?” the policeman frowns slightly.
“Nobody usually uses it, but the servants leave the house through it when, for example, some parties and meetings take place here.”
“Is that under a bad view?”
“No, it’s under the view, but if you leave the house through the back door, you can stay unnoticed.”
“Alright…”
“If someone had known she killed Mr. Woodham, they would not have let her go,” one of the servants says confidently. “The men would have held that bitch all together under her arms and not let her go until the police’s arrival. And then we would’ve betrayed her, saying she killed Mr. Woodham.”
“Alright, how do we find that woman? Do you know where she is living? We will visit her and surely ask her a few questions!”
“If only we knew!” Nina throws her hands up. “Mr. Woodham was the only one to know it. I mean, he could know the home address of her parents, who that woman is living with. But we do not know it, sadly.”
“Very sorry…”
“That’s her…” Eleanor pronounces confidently in a low, shaking voice, tightly squeezing the glass of water with both hands. “If you say Alicia was here, she killed my father.”
“Are you sure about it?”
“Of course, I am! That snake murdered my father. She probably thought she would get all of his wealth… That fucking prostitute wanted to live in luxury… But forgot that she should’ve gotten married to get everything he had.”
“So, do you claim that woman is the number one suspect?” the policeman specifies.
“Yes, Mr. Policeman. That nasty whore, Alicia, killed my father. The fucking prostitute Cheryl, who has fucked almost all the men in the city.”
“Wait, I do understand,” the policeman frowns slightly. “Is she Alicia or Cheryl?”
“Cheryl is her nickname for working at the nightclub. Alicia is her real name.”
“Ah, I got it.”
“I demand that you question that dirty whore and put her to prison.”
“You say she is working at the nightclub.”
“Yeah, right.”
“Where is it located? Maybe, they can help us find that woman?”
“I don’t know personally.”
“His bodyguards or driver should know,” Nina says confidently. “They accompanied Mr. Woodham and knew how to go there.”
“Alright, we will ask them something about it.”
“Excuse me, how could my father be killed?” Eleanor specifies hesitantly.
“At the office of Gilbert Woodham, we found pieces of a broken vase, with which your father supposedly got a hit on the head.”
“How heavily was she supposed to hit him to bring him to death?” one of the servants gets horrified.
“Anyway, experts will surely check all the fingerprints left on them. And if we find Alicia Thompson, we will check her fingerprints and compare them with those that would be found on the possible clue.”
“You may not check,” Eleanor sniffs quietly. “Put her in prison without checks. She killed my father. And she must get a sentence for that.”
“I am sorry, Ms., but we cannot hold a person in prison without reasons and proof. If Alicia’s fault is proven, she will get immediately arrested. If she is not guilty, we cannot get her arrested.”
“You must question that woman as passionately as possible,” Nina says confidently. “I am sure she got scared of the responsibility for the murder of the all-favorite Gilbert Woodham and found a way to run away from this house so that nobody saw her.”
“Scumbag…” Eleanor says under her nose in a low voice. “Nasty cum… Snake… I shall pull her hair out if I know she killed my daddy.”
Eleanor tightly squeezes the glass in her hands.
“Pathetic prostitute…” Eleanor throws rudely. “I wish that bitch died! I hate Alicia! I hate! I wish she was cursed!”
“Yeah, do you know someone, who knows where to find that woman?” the policeman specifies.
“We don’t personally know,” one of the servants shrugs.
“Alright, we will surely organize the search for Alicia Thompson and go to the club you mean.” The policeman quickly looks at the whole living room. “My colleagues have almost finished doing everything and are about to leave this house soon.”
“Please, Mr. Policeman, find that snake,” Eleanor begs with pity in her eyes and sniffs quietly. “She must pay for what she did. For killing such a light and wonderful man, who did nothing bad to anyone. For depriving me of a father, whom I loved so much.”
“Do not worry, M. Woodham, I promise we will find the killer of your father,” the policeman promises confidently, taking Eleanor’s hands. “That one will not stay unpunished…”
“If I have to do something for that, I will be happy to help you.”
“We will mean it.”
“Mr. Policeman…” Eleanor says nothing for two seconds, looking at the policeman with wet eyes. “Can I look at him? I want to see Daddy the last time.”
“Alas, Ms., but it’s impossible,” the policeman shakes his head.
“Please, let me see my father. For the last time…”
“The body of your father was brought to a morgue some time ago. Experts would find out the cause of the death of Gilbert Woodham and tell us about it. The results of the test will impact the investigation and help us find a killer sooner and find all the clues.”
“Then tell me about the process of the investigation. I want to know everything you do to catch the killer of my father.”
“Sure, Ms. Woodham. The one to investigate this case will contact you later. They will be telling you all the results.”
“Alright, Mr. Policeman, thanks a lot…” Eleanor makes a quiet sob.
At this moment, another one from the police staff comes to the policeman, bends at him, and whispers in his ear something that makes Constable Palmer excited.
“Oh, excuse me, I have to leave for a minute,” the policeman apologizes. “But I shall come to you again to specify something and record everything.”
The policeman gets up from the sofa and goes somewhere with his colleague, talking about something on the way. While the disconsolate Eleanor keeps sitting next to Nina, who embraces her with one arm around her shoulders and softly caresses her hand, but definitely needs comfort. As if the one, whom she working for, was her relative or very close friend.
“It’s madly unpleasant to say it, but…” Nina sighs heavily. “We should start to think about organizing the funeral. Where, when, and how…”
“I know…” Eleanor makes a quiet sob, wiping tears under her eyes. “I shall do it… Even if I don’t know what to do because I’ve never buried anyone.”
“And you must tell all his family members and friends what happened,” one of the servants notices.
“And let visitors of the shops ‘The Woodham Shop’ know that the owner is dead,” Lacey notices. “I don’t know… Organize a corner… People to come, leave flowers or something like that…”
“Yeah, you’re right…” Eleanor pronounces in a shaking voice. “I should think about it…”
Eleanor sniffs quietly.
“But at first, I shall talk to my family…” Eleanor decides. “Call Mother, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunts… I shall tell them what happened to my dad.”
“First, call your aunt Eveline,” Nina advises. “She lives much closer and would quickly come, comfort you, and help you get ready for the funeral.”
“Yeah… Aunt Eveline… I shall call her…” Eleanor moves her eyes to Lacey. “Lacey, give me the phone…”
“Now, Ms.,” Lacey nods.
While Lacey goes to take the phone, Eleanor keeps crying bitterly, not believing it’s all happening to her.
“Why, God?” Eleanor wonders. “Why did You take my beloved daddy? Why? What did he do?”
Eleanor shakes her head.
“He wasn’t guilty of getting in touch with that snake, Alicia, who killed him!” Eleanor exclaims. “He wasn’t guilty of the fact that she seduced him. Dad didn’t want it! He loved Mother… And he would’ve lived with her if that homewrecker hadn’t ruined their marriage.”
“Don’t worry, Eleanor,” Nina says confidently. “Alicia will be found very soon and put in prison. She will not hide from the police forever and will surely pay for what she did.”
“A snake… Poisoned snake! Why is that scumbag still alive? Why?” Eleanor sniffs quietly. “I wish someone killed that bitch. I wish that bitch had died! Nobody would be sorry for her. After half of the city has fucked her, nobody needs her.”
“After what she did, nobody will surely feel sorry for her,” one of the servants replies confidently. “After she dared to kill such a wonderful man like your father.”
“That bitch will pay me for that… I swear to all of you, she will pay… I’m ready to do anything to know she would die in a prison cell and be suffering until the end of her life.” Eleanor exhales sharply. “I wish Daddy stood in her way anywhere! I wish he came to her every single night in her nightmares. I wish that bitch didn’t live a quiet life and paid for what she did for her whole life.”
“The police will do their best to find her,” Nina says confidently, caressing Eleanor’s shoulders softly. “You will see, she will be sitting at the office of the investigator and pretending to be an innocent lamb with tears in her eyes, who categorically denies her fault and says she killed nobody.”
“It must happen. And if she gets away from it again, I shall deal with her. I will destroy that snake and bring her where she belongs. I swear…” Eleanor swallows up nervously. “Alicia will know who Eleanor Georgina Woodham is. What the daughter of the all-favorite Gilbert Woodham, who was loved and respected by entire England, could do. She will regret many times getting in touch with us… Going to moan and dream of becoming a baby and being next to her mommy and daddy.”
“Of course,” Nina nods confidently. “But now you should think of the funeral and the way to tell everybody this piece of news.”
“I will talk to my family now.”
“If you want, I shall talk to the friends of your father and explain what happened.”
“Yes, Nina, please, talk to the friends of Dad…” Eleanor takes Nina’s hands and sniffs quietly. “There must be a notebook with all the numbers of his close friends at his office. Say they could all come to the funeral. I shall later call them and say when and where to come.”
“Don’t worry, sweetie, I shall do it all,” Nina promises softly. “And you call someone to have at least one close person by your side.”
“I shall call Aunt Eveline… Ask her to come here.”
“That’s right.”
“Maybe, Mother will also agree to support me…” Eleanor shakes her head. “But it’s hardly possible because she has not come here after the divorce with Father. She got so mad at him because of the affair with that whore Alicia that she doesn’t wanna see him. Even money that Daddy paid to her every month, can’t melt the ice away.”
“Sill, let her know the truth,” Nina advises. “Mr. Woodham was a husband of Mrs. Robinson.”
“I shall call everyone… Don’t worry.”
At this moment, Lacey gives Eleanor the phone that she takes. The crying girl quickly types a number and puts the phone to her ear, waiting for an answer and sometimes sniffing quietly.
The servants do not hold down their tears and also sniff while standing near the daughter of the late one, looking at each other, hugging each other, and saying something. At some moment, everybody that is working at this house comes to them by one: Gaston, Eleanor’s driver, Hardin, Gilbert’s driver, bodyguards of the man and the girl and people working in the garden. All of them do not hide their sadness and look at the poor girl with pity in her eyes, who is deeply shocked by the death of her father and understands more and more that her life will never be the same because she will no longer have a close person.
Even attempts of everybody to calm her down and give support do not lead to any results. Eleanor still seems to be disconsolate and feels really lonely. She is cursing the woman named Alicia Thompson, who, in the opinion of these, who are in the living room, did it to such a beloved and respectful man, whose death will keep them saddened for a very long time.

Eleanor moves her eyes, which are wet from tears, up and looks at the perfectly white, straight ceiling, sniffing quietly two times.
“I am dedicating my revenge to you, Daddy,” Eleanor says confidently. “My dearest person, who I love very much and will never forget…”
Eleanor swallows up nervously and moves her eyes to the big picture of Gilbert that has been hanging at the office on the wall since he left this world.
“I’m revenging on the killer of you…” Eleanor adds. “Revenging on the snake that will go to hell soon. I’ve been promising to take revenge for your death for a long time. And be sure that I almost did that. Today, sixteen years later after your death, justice will be glorying. I will do what other people should have done.”
Eleanor cracks a slight smile.
“That bitch, Alicia, will be burning in hell for the murder,” Eleanor says. “Soon, she will go where she must have gone a long time ago. You can be proud of me, daddy. I shall revenge on all of them for you! I will take revenge!”
Eleanor moves her eyes into the distance with her head proudly raised.
“My whole family wants it…” Eleanor says confidently. “Mom… Aunt Eveline… Aunt Yolanda… Grandpa Randolph… Grandma Cecilia… Stephan, Yasmin, Gabriel… Arabella, their daughter, who my great-aunt barely carried… Nina…”
Eleanor closes her eyes for two seconds.
“They believe in me and are sure I could make Alicia pay for what she did to you,” Eleanor adds. “I can’t betray them. I must do my best for that bitch to burn in hell. If she has deserved for already sixteen years.”
Eleanor stands in the same place for a few seconds and then leaves her office in a quick step with her head proudly raised to do some business and get ready to make her plan, which she planned so well, come true. The woman cannot really wait for the long-awaited revenge to finally come true, and does not doubt that anything will prevent her from doing that.
***
A long half an hour later, Raquelle, Alexander, Lucas, Aidan, and a few more policemen finally come to the right place where the house of Eleanor is located, stopping a few miles away from it, so the woman does not guess that she is about to get arrested and put in prison. The girl is still very nervous and worried about the end of these events, but after getting Inspector Bradford’s support, she tries not to yield to her emotions, completely understanding it might lead to something bad when she runs into Eleanor Woodham face to face.
And while she is shifting her weight from one foot to another, scarily looking around, embracing herself with her arm, and feeling how the cold winter wind is blowing her face, hair, and clothes and making her feel goosebumps on her whole body, the confident Alexander and his colleagues discuss their plan of action again to make sure everybody knows what they should do at a certain period of time.
“So, do you remember everything?” Alexander asks confidently.
“Yes, Inspector Bradford!” one of the policemen replies confidently.
“Everything must go with a swing! None of you should do anything we do not agree about. If something goes wrong, we will only decide something together. I need no unnecessary tricks from you. Follow our plan. You got it?”
“Everything will happen as we planned,” one of the policemen says confidently.
“We all know well what to do,” another policeman adds.
“Good,” Alexander nods in approval. “In this case, good luck, everybody. And watch out.”
“Everything is going to be fine, Inspector Bradford,” Lucas says confidently.
“Do not doubt it,” Aidan adds confidently.
“I trust you,” Alexander pronounces with a slight smile.
Some time later, Alexander moves his eyes somewhere aside and frowns slightly, noticing something or someone that definitely gets his attention.
“Raquelle, Raquelle!” Alexander exclaims.
“Huh?” Raquelle moves her eyes to Alexander.
“Look!”
Alexander moves his eyes to some people, who are far away from them and do not see the policemen and Raquelle.
“Here’s the house where that woman is living!” Alexander says. “As far as I understand, the guards are walking there. And someone is working on the territory…”
“What?” Raquelle pronounces surprisingly, rounding her eyes.
“I’m showing you the house where that woman is living.”
“Which house?”
“That one!”
Alexander glances at Raquelle, who moves her eyes sharply to the side the man watches at.
“Do you see the two men in black suits walking from one side to another and talking about something?”
Raquelle looks at the unfamiliar men in black, who are closely watching everything that is happening around them and not even thinking about letting in anyone, who is not expected by Ms. Eleanor Woodham.
“Yes, I see them,” Raquelle replies thoughtfully.
“There’s an assumption that Eleanor has already warned them about your arrival,” Alexander assumes.
“Is that the house of Eleanor Woodham?”
“Yes, that’s her house,” Alexander nods confidently. “I mean, the house of her late father.”
“My gosh… Beautiful house, I must confess… That woman spends a lot of money to keep it clean, in order, and beautiful.”
Raquelle frowns slightly, still looking at Eleanor’s large house and thinking at this moment:
“My gosh… Gilbert did his best to make his life beautiful. It’s clear that he did so many tricks that he got three or four times more. Even taking a note of all the taxes and the money spent on the salary for all the members of the shops’ staff and those, who are working at his house, he gets a lot of money anyway.”
Raquelle frowns slightly two seconds later.
“I’m not surprised that his daughter can’t be good for sure. If her father was an asshole, Eleanor didn’t go too far from him. Because of her, my aunt Alicia is in trouble. And it doesn’t mean I can take her away from here and do my best for her to come back home alive and healthy.”
Raquelle watches what those, who are working at the large territory of Eleanor’s house for a few seconds, but then she exhales sharply but quietly and moves her eyes to Alexander.
“So, if we’ve come to the right place, I have to meet her,” Raquelle says hesitantly with anxiety in her soul.
“Great!” Alexander exclaims. “Are you ready to go?”
“Nope… But I must do this…”
“Do not worry, Raquelle, it’s going to be alright,” Alexander replies confidently, softly caressing the shoulder of the excited, white, and shaking Raquelle. “That woman will do nothing to you.”
“Will you be here?”
“Of course. We will wait here for some time, but then we will go there. We will deal with the security and get into the house. Everything that we agreed on.”
“Alright…” Raquelle rubs her hands nervously, feeling that her body is tense. “The thought that I have got someone with me calms me down a little.”
“I completely understand it, but you have to do it,” Alexander says confidently. “You have to meet Eleanor Woodham.”
“I know…”
“Alright, Raquelle, brace yourself, please…” Alexander claps Raquelle softly on her shoulders. “Don’t waste time. Take the bag with the money and go forward. I think all these people are aware of your arrival. It means Eleanor will come to you soon.”
“Alright…” Raquelle nods. “I will go then… To meet Eleanor…”
“Good luck.”
“Thanks a lot…”
Raquelle exhales deeply with closed eyes, squeezes tightly the belt of her bag, in which she has the necessary amount of money, raises her head proudly, and starts going forward hesitantly. And while the white girl shaking slightly from fear slowly but confidently moves on and tries to hold her emotions down so hard, the policemen quickly go to different sides and wait for a sign of Alexander, who starts watching the girl very closely and waiting for a certain moment to do the next thing on the list.
Some time later, Raquelle comes to the house of Eleanor very slowly and hesitantly and looks at this from up to down with her widely open eyes. Sometimes she looks around as if she is afraid that someone may come to her from behind, attack her, and take her somewhere. Today is a gloomy day, and the sky is covered with gray clouds without a hint of just one little shoot of the sun. The cold winter wind that is blowing outside is the reason why goosebumps run over the skin of the girl, and her face gets squeezed by the slight freeze. The fact that she is not in a very quiet and peaceful place where there are not so many houses makes her feel panic and anxiety. Her heart is beating like crazy, her legs are getting weaker, her breath is getting heavier, and everything goes dark before her widely open eyes at some moment. The girl is only obsessed with just one wish – to take her aunt Alicia as soon as possible, go home, and forget what she has to overcome right now.
Some time later, Raquelle ends up in front of the high gates, behind which a gorgeous house by Eleanor Woodham is hiding. The guards, who notice her, get suspicious immediately and start to watch her very closely. And when she comes too closely, they start to look at her with such a burning look that she even feels creepy and uncomfortable.
“Erm, hello…” Raquelle pronounces hesitantly in a little shaking voice, squeezing the belt of her bag with her fingers. “I need to meet Eleanor… Eleanor Woodham.”
“Hello,” one of the guards greets coldly. “You must be Raquelle Cameron?”
“Yes, it’s me.”
“Madam Woodham warned us about your arrival.”
“Come in,” the second guard pronounces in a rude bass voice, unlocking the gates. “Ms. Woodham has been waiting for you.”
“Thanks a lot,” Raquelle thanks hesitantly.
After glancing at the guards hesitantly, Raquelle goes slowly through the open gates and goes further after one of the men makes a gesture to tell her to go straight. The girl swallows up nervously because she feels how badly these people watch her as they whisper about something with evil smiles. However, she braces herself quickly enough and keeps moving on, silently rating the beauty of the territory and noticing how some people not paying attention to her are working too hard to make it better. Later, Raquelle comes to the railing, gets up slowly, and ends up right in front of the hall door. After hesitating a little and exhaling sharply, the girl presses the doorbell with her shaking hand and waits for any reaction for a few seconds. She does not have to wait for too long because an adult woman wearing the uniform of the servant opens the door, frowns slightly, and raises her head a little.
“Hello,” Raquelle greets. “I want to talk to Eleanor Woodham.”
“Hello,” the servant nods confidently. “Come in, please. Madam is waiting for you.”
When the servant goes aside, Raquelle crosses the doorstep hesitantly and ends up in the spacious living room, which makes her truly admired by its gorgeous design and rich furniture. A lot of servants wash the floors and wipe off dust on all the surfaces every day to keep this place perfectly clean. Just like now. The girl glances at some young girls, who are putting this place in order as they talk about something.
“Let me bring you to the office,” the servant says gently after she locks the hall door.
Raquelle follows the servant silently, looking around with interest, noticing many enough photos of the same man, which are hanging in every single corner, and feeling how she is getting more obsessed with anxiety and tension. She squeezes the belt of her bag with a heavy breath at the thought that she will not kind of be able to get out of here alive if the policemen do not come in time and get Eleanor arrested.
The servant brings Raquelle quickly to one of the double doors, opens it, and makes a gesture to invite the girl to enter it.
“Come in,” the servant invites. “Wait for a while. Madam Woodham will come to you now.”
“Alright, thanks,” Raquelle replies quietly. “I shall wait.”
The servant nods silently, turns around, and leaves the office, closing the door. Literally feeling her fast heartbeat in her head, Raquelle looks around the large office hesitantly and notices that it also has a good design. High windows, though which much light gets into the room, but which could be covered with shutters, a big light brown mat on the dark parquet, the writing table made from good-quality wood, the expensive computer of the latest generation, pens, pencils, a small bunch of pieces of paper, the leather office chair, in which you could literally drown, several soft chairs and armchairs, pictures of unknown artists on the wall, and bright halogen lamps on the white ceiling, It’s also possible to see a wide bookshelf that is filled with some books, magazines, and some stuff that has been there for ages and collecting dust on shelves.
At some moment, Raquelle stops her eyes on the big picture in a massive golden frame. She sees an unfamiliar dark-haired man with evil green eyes that immediately make her feel disgust and a slight coldness on her skin.
“Something tells me that this is Gilbert, whom Aunt Alicia killed,” Raquelle assumes. “I saw a few more pictures of him in the living room. He is probably like an idol here, whom everybody praises. I guess Eleanor told them to hang his portraits. So, nobody forgot that man. Who was allegedly loved by the whole country. Because of the death of whom all the inhabitants of England allegedly cried.”
Raquelle frowns slightly.
“Ugh, this man makes me wish to run away from him as far as possible. Oh, I even got cold when I looked at his portrait… And it’s getting harder to breathe… That man definitely made everyone feel panic and fear. It’s not surprising that everyone was afraid of him so much and was shaking in front of him like bunnies. And they keep doing this even after his death. They’re afraid that he’ll come back from the dead and do something terrible to them.”
While Raquelle is looking around and viewing the portrait of Gilbert with widely open eyes, Eleanor comes to the door of the office at some moment. The woman opens it quietly and decides to watch the girl a little, while the brunette decides to put her bag on one of the leather armchairs.
“Aha, here is our humiliated model,” Eleanor laughs evilly. “Very good… Our cutie has arrived. Another fucking whore that got famous thanks to a bed but keeps an image of an innocent girl that has never dated a man.”
Eleanor raises her head proudly.
“Alright…” Eleanor pronounces thoughtfully, rubbing her hands happily with a sly smile. “Hold on, dolly. You are living the last few minutes of your life. At first, you will find out all the truth about your auntie, and then you will die as well as she will. Nobody can stop me because I shall do it at my own home. In the house where that bitch, Alicia, killed my dad.”
After waiting for some time, Eleanor pulls down her red leather jacket, raises her head proudly, and comes to Raquelle from behind so quietly and unnoticeably that the brunette does not react to this. And after waiting for a good moment, the evil woman decides to let her know about herself, saying confidently:
“Hello, dolly.”
Raquelle shakes sharply in a scare and turns on Eleanor with widely open eyes, while the woman smirks evilly with her arms crossed over her chest.
“Eleanor?” Raquelle pronounces amazingly, setting her eyes full of horror and fear on Eleanor and immediately feeling a threat, which the woman is spreading. “Eleanor Woodham?”
“No other!” Eleanor pronounces confidently with a sly smile. “Eleanor Woodham, herself.”
“I got it.”
“Hm…” Eleanor, frowning slightly, starts looking at Raquelle from head to feet. “So, are you Raquelle? The servant told me that you were waiting for me at the office.”
“Well, yeah…” Raquelle nods.
“So, nice to meet you, Raquelle Cameron.” Eleanor laughs quietly, looking at Raquelle with her arms crossed over her chest. “The all-favorite famous model. Before a certain moment.”
“And you are the woman, who wants to hurt my aunt Alicia,” Raquelle says quietly, shifting her weight from one foot to another and hiding her excitement so hard.
“Something like that.”
“Why are you doing this?”
“Believe me, girl, there is a very important reason for that.”
“Where is my aunt, Eleanor? What did you do with her? Where is she now?”
“Calm down, darling, do not ask me one million questions per second,” Eleanor smirks evilly. “Your auntie is with my people. Who would not let her run. And protect her beloved niece. Who she has been thinking of over the past few days.”
“I want to see her. I want to make sure my aunt is really fine.”
“Maybe, you will see. But I promise nothing. I can’t promise anything.”
“What does it mean?” Raquelle frowns slightly.
“Did you take the money that I demanded?” Eleanor asks coldly.
“Yes, I did it!”
“Great!” Eleanor reaches out her hand. “Give me the money!”
“First, let me see my aunt,” Raquelle says quietly. “When I’m sure that she is really fine, you will get your money.”
“Do not test my patience, girl,” Eleanor says more irritably. “Either you give me the money, or you can say goodbye to your aunt, whom I shall kill before your eyes.”
“At least tell me how she is,” Raquelle begs with pity in her eyes. “Is she healthy?”
“Did I say something unclear? GIVE ME THE MONEY NOW, YOU, BRAINLESS CHICKEN!”
Raquelle slightly shakes when hearing the loud voice of the irritated Eleanor and decides not to try to ask her about her aunt anymore, being terribly afraid of this woman, who seems beautiful to her but makes her feel some coldness and anxiety.
“Alright, alright, here’s the money,” Raquelle says in a little shaking voice. “I hope I will see my aunt after giving it to you.”
Raquelle takes the bag with the money from the armchair and gives Eleanor, who takes it sharply out of the brunette’s hands and opens it quickly. The woman gets through the bag and counts all the money for a long time, smiling wider and wider every second. Some time later, she puts everything in it and throws the bag aside, setting her horrifying look at the brunette, who is quite tense and scared.
“What’s wrong?” Raquelle wonders in a little shaking voice with a scare in her eyes. “Something is not right? I… I gave you the amount you wanted…”
“Yeah, Cameron…” Eleanor smirks evilly, shaking her head. “You are really a brainless chicken! Brainless and naive to the bone!”
“What?”
“What you heard, girl.”
“My gosh, Eleanor… What are you talking about? I do not understand you!”
Eleanor says nothing and just sharply runs to Raquelle and grabs her tightly by the hands. Because of this, the young girl makes a quiet squeak and shakes slightly from fear with her widely open eyes, trying to control herself not to let fear get obsessed with her.
“Did you, bitch, think your beloved aunt would be free if you gave me the money?” Eleanor simpers maliciously.
“I feel pain…” Raquelle winces strongly, feeling the pain in her hands that Eleanor is holding tightly enough. “Let me go…”
“You are an idiot… Stupid, naive idiot!”
Raquelle pulls her hands sharply to try to break them free.
“Do not move, scumbag!” Eleanor throws rudely. “Do not move!”
Eleanor takes Raquelle’s hands much stronger, setting her icy, piercing, and cold gaze in her dumbfounded eyes.
“DO NOT MOVE, I SAID!” Eleanor shouts.
“Eleanor…” Raquelle pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“Idiot! I do not need your fucking money. I have a lot of it. I need you and your aunt! Yes, of course, I would not mind taking two hundred pounds and consider it a part of the money that Alicia refused to pay me, but it will not help you and your relative.”
“Let me go!” Raquelle demands coldly, trying to get her hands out and still strongly wincing from the pain in her hands, on which she may get tracks after Eleanor lets them go. “Let me go… I feel pain!”
“Oh, no, babe, you will not also hide from me,” Eleanor says confidently with a sly smile. “Your aunt got into my trap some time ago, and now it’s your time. Nothing will prevent me from getting rid of you. Because we are at my home. I can do anything I want here. And nobody will tell me what to do.”
“Let me go! Let me go! You are hurting me! Don’t squeeze my hands like this!”
“Yeah?”
Eleanor lets Raquelle go sharply and pushes her off.
“I also felt pain!” Eleanor says rudely and clenches her hands tightly into fists. “When your beloved aunt killed my father. Who was not guilty of Alicia!”
“I know she killed the man,” Raquelle says quietly. “But that woman did not do it on purpose!”
“You know nothing, nasty girl! You don’t know why that bitch dared to do that to my daddy! The holiest and kindest man I ever knew.”
“He was accosting her! But she was defending herself from his harassment!”
“Father did not accost her!” Eleanor protests loudly. “That man was too kind to do such terrible things!”
“You know nothing about your father! If you were in the same situation my aunt had, you would do the same. You would be ready for anything to save you from the one, who wishes to rape you.”
“Yeah, but it did not have to do with my daddy! He never raped anyone, and he always gave himself to his job! The shops, which he opened after he had worked like crazy for many years.”
“Come on?!”
“He loved that woman with all his heart, but that snake did betray him and just used him. She let him love her and had the pleasure of using his wealth. She wanted to get everything he had earned by working hard.”
“That’s what you want to think. You do not want to believe that your beloved father could do that, and you are sure that my aunt slandered him.”
“People are right, saying nobody needs kindness now. Someone doesn’t want to stand by the one they must respect.”
“So, do you think my aunt should have bowed at your father?”
“I mean not only that. I mean, that fucking judge MUST have brought that nasty snake to prison for killing my close person. But that woman stood for that snake and pronounced my father guilty. He was allegedly accosting that bitch, and she killed him accidentally.”
“She really killed Gilbert accidentally!” Raquelle protests with pity in her eyes. “My aunt Alicia wanted to kill nobody. She was ready to get punished for what she did and confessed her fault for that. If the judge had brought her to prison, she would’ve been there as long as she had to.”
“That bastard must have been brought to prison until the end of her life! Your aunt must have died in a prison cell or from getting beaten by her cellmates.”
“Don’t say so, please.” Raquelle sniffs quietly. “It’s hurtful for me just to think it could happen.”
“I SHALL BE SAYING WHAT I THINK ABOUT THAT FUCKING BITCH!” Eleanor shouts. “AND I AM NOT GOING TO ASK YOU FOR PERMISSION.”
“Eleanor, please.”
“She killed my father! She killed Gilbert Woodham himself! The most respected man in entire of England!”
“It happened accidentally!”
“SHE DID IT ON PURPOSE!”
“No, that’s not the truth!”
“That motherfucker will pay me and my family for that! Since the judge, who would be burning in hell, as well, did not bring that bitch to prison, I will lynch her and make her get the punishment she does deserve.”
“No, Eleanor, do not do this!” Raquelle begs with pity in her eyes.
“I want that bitch to die and be burring somewhere in hell,” Eleanor says confidently. “The killer of my father must get the punishment she deserved. And I recently found out that the bitch almost sent my best friend to another world. The kind and innocent girl whose life was just getting started. Who has become half-disabled because of YOUR FUCKING AUNT! Who should’ve better learned to drive and then gotten into a car.”
“Eleanor, please, stop. I’m begging you…”
“You say I don’t believe my father could try to rape your aunt. But I shall tell you that you cannot believe your kindest, sweetest, and most decent auntie in the world could commit a murder.”
“Yes, I did not believe first. But then I had to accept it. But I am sure she could not do that on purpose.”
“She could do it, Cameron, she could. Even being a deeply religious woman, Alicia is a scumbag. The scumbag, who has committed lots of sins in her life. For which she will never pay enough. All deeply religious people do a lot of bad tricks in their youth, but when as long as they get older, they get into the religion and start to pray to God so hard and pretend to be decent and innocent.”
“Listen, I’m really very sorry your father is not alive because of my aunt,” Raquelle says softly. “I swear, I do not excuse her action and think she did the right thing when she went to the police and recognized everything.”
“I guess, someone told her that a full confession would make her sentence less harsh or actually be pronounced non-guilty. So, she decided to go to prison.”
“Please, understand, your revenge will do you nothing good. It will not bring your father back from the dead. Gilbert is dead. He has been dead for sixteen years. By destroying my aunt, you will get nothing.”
“Right, would not. But I would know the killer would get what she deserves.”
“It’s not worth it,” Raquelle shakes her head with wet eyes.
“I’m sure my father would be proud of me.” Eleanor proudly raises her head up. “Because everything I’m doing now is only for him. For revenging on that motherfucker for depriving the kindest man of life. After the death of whom my life got divided into before and after.”
“But why did that ‘kindest man’ start accosting my aunt and force her to take the first thing she reached and kill him?” Raquelle wonders. “As I understand, she didn’t want him to force her to do what he wanted to do.”
“She did think up the story of harassment to cover herself and excuse her disgusting act. People would likely believe a similar story, in which a bad guy starts accosting a young, innocent girl and taking off his pants.” Eleanor crosses her arms over her chest. “So, your aunt knew it and turned the situation for the best, hiding her wish to kill my father on purpose. I don’t doubt she was probably dreaming of getting his wealth, and she killed this man from jealousy. The jealousy of the fact that he was living well, and she was living from hand to mouth and trying to find money in any way. She was even ready to be a young slut and jumped from one bed to another.”
“What?” Raquelle resents. “How do you dare? How do you dare to say these things about my aunt?”
“I told you the truth.”
“Do not dare to call her a whore!” Raquelle starts threatening Eleanor with a finger. “Do not dare! My aunt is a decent woman.”
“Yeah, decent…” Eleanor smirks evilly. “She is a scumbag, not a decent woman. Who will always pay for her sins, no matter how much she goes to a crunch and prays to all the Gods.”
“Do not dare to insult my aunt, Eleanor,” Raquelle demands confidently. “I will not tolerate insults toward her.”
“Ah, Raquelle, Raquelle…” Eleanor shakes her head with her arms crossed over her chest. “Maybe, you have already read articles on the Internet, a newspaper, a magazine, or somewhere else and found out everything that people said about the murder that happened somewhere sixteen years ago. But you do not know the full story, my dear. There are some secrets that your auntie would hardly love to tell you.”
“What do you mean?” Raquelle frowns slightly. “What kind of shit do you want to tell about the one, who cannot even hurt a fly?”
“Ha, she cannot…” Eleanor smirks evilly. “I’m ready to argue about it…”
“You know nothing about her, Eleanor! Believe me, I know my aunt much better than you knew your father.”
“Yeah? So… Let’s check it then…” Eleanor proudly raises her head up. “Answer one question, my dear. Do you know what kind of work Alicia had before she decided to become a designer?”
“What does it have to do with my aunt?” Raquelle frowns slightly, crossing her arms over her chest.
“Don’t you know? Or don’t you wanna confess?”
“Aunt has never said it. And I’ve never cared about it.”
“That’s how! So, I get it…”
“I don’t understand what you want to say.”
“You see, baby… The case is that your aunt is still ashamed of her past job. She has always wanted to be an innocent woman for you, who truly believed in God and was sure that she should have belonged only to her husband. That she has never had.”
“What are you going to tell me? What kind of bullshit would you tell me about that woman?”
“Much, Raquelle, much,” Eleanor pronounces quietly.
“Listen, Eleanor…”
“And I want to tell you that your aunt Alicia was working at one of the nightclubs as a slut under a nickname, Cheryl, when she was very young before becoming a designer.”
“What?” Raquelle resents.
“She was also often called a slim dolly, Cheryl, because she was very skinny.”
“How do you dare to say it about my aunt?” Raquelle clenches her hands into hard fists.
“But it’s the truth.”
“You’ve gone too far with your wish to revenge and slander the person.”
“If you want, I can give you the address of the nightclub where she was shaking her ass. So, you go there and ask the staff members. Many of them still remember the merits of that butterfly. Dolly Cheryl is still in good standing, even sixteen years later. Despite shamelessly killing my father, who was known by the entire London in the 80s and the 90s.”
“I don’t believe you! You are lying to slander that woman.”
“Don’t do. It’s your right. But I cannot exclude that the story that I shall tell you now could change your mind.”
“Whatever you tell me, it’s going to be a lie.”
“Not at all. It’s the truth. The truth about how your auntie was rocking on at her young age. When she was much younger than you are now.” Eleanor smirks evilly. “I do not know since when she started to do it, but she was in good standing due to her obedience and courtesy at her young age. All the men that spent time with her quickly lost their minds from her beauty.”
“Shut up…” Raquelle hisses through her teeth, breathing heavily enough. “Close your mouth!”
“In that nightclub, Alicia was dancing dirty dances andservicing her clients for some amount of money. But she was servicing them not as a waiter, but as a prostitute.”
“What?”
“Your aunt fucked men for money. For very good money. There are so many men on her list! From common working people that got sick of their wives and single men to rich oligarchs, the social elite, and criminal authorities.”
“It’s not the truth…” Raquelle shakes her head and swallows up nervously. “You are lying to me! My aunt Alicia is a decent woman! She has never done those things!”
“At first, she wanted to get a lot of money to pay for studying at the university,” Eleanor continues to speak. “The case is that her family did not have such a great amount of money for the good education of their daughters… Besides, your aunt had a younger sister, whom they should’ve raised and taught something. To study for free, you should literally be a genius. But alas, the Thompson sisters were never so smart.”
Raquelle says nothing and just looks at Eleanor with mistrust.
“The mother and the father of Alicia let her earn money, not knowing that girl decided to become a slut,” Eleanor continues. “But as far as I know, they were surprised by how easily she could get great amounts of money for a couple of weeks. Her father was just a common working man and earned a little salary.”
Eleanor strokes her chin.
“Maybe, she earned much more but hid it for her parents not to suspect anything,” Eleanor assumes. “I’m sure they would have started a scandal if they had known their beloved daughter was making them ashamed by shaking a naked ass and spreading her legs wide for those, who paid more than one hundred pounds.”
Eleanor falls into silence for two seconds to clear her throat, while Raquelle getting quite white, opens her eyes and mouth widely, getting horrified by what she hears but refusing to believe it’s the truth.
“So, one beautiful day, my father came to that nightclub I already talked about,” Eleanor continues to tell. “He liked your aunt, who was performing her incredible dance on that day. After watching her a little, he paid some money for her to satisfy him a little.”
Eleanor shrugs.
“Well, Alicia agreed to it because it was her job…” Eleanor adds. “And because my dad was very generous and could easily give her great amounts, refusing that chance would have been a sin.”
“Do you want to say Gilbert and my aunt Alicia met at that club?” Raquelle wonders.
“Right. You were probably surprised that two people from different circles knew each other and were connected somehow. But it’s the truth. Daddy met your aunt right at the club where he spent his time with his friends.”
Eleanor tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.
“After that day, he began often going there,” Eleanor confesses. “With his bodyguards, of course. Daddy never went anywhere without the security and always had a personal driver.”
Eleanor says nothing for two seconds.
“Because of that, he almost stopped spending time with my mother,” Eleanor confesses. “He gave her much money for fun, so she got off him and didn't make him go somewhere with her.”
“Did he cheat on that woman?” Raquelle frowns slightly.
“He did! Alicia quickly got closer to him. Moreover, Father started secretly bringing her to our home while Mother and I spent time somewhere in the city.”
“So, everybody knew it?”
“Yes. Everybody that was working at my home knew they were making love in the room where Dad slept with Mom. But nobody said it because he banned them from doing it. He threatened to get them fired. And as everybody was afraid of it and treated my father with respect nobody dared to go against him. Everybody hid tracks of that woman being at the house.”
“And what’s next?” Raquelle asks hesitantly.
“Somehow that woman told my father that she was interested in fashion and studying at the university at the relevant faculty. She confessed that she went to work as a slut to earn money for her studies because her family could not let themselves pay for that.”
Eleanor puts her hands on her hips.
“So, because my father started to fall in love with that gal, he paid her a lot of money, so that she danced personally for him and pleased him in bed,” Eleanor confesses. “And he showed a wish to provide for her for nothing.”
“Provide?” Raquelle rounds her eyes.
“Yes. He bought clothes, gifted jewelry, brought abroad… Got a love from her parents.”
“Did my grandmother and grandfather know Gilbert?”
“They did. Your aunt brought Dad to her home and introduced him as her boyfriend.”
“Oh, my God…”
“Yes, of course, those people got confused because of the great age difference, but Daddy easily charmed them and made them sure that he was a perfect partner for their daughter. And her mommy and daddy succumbed to his charms. What parent would reject a rich man for a daughter? Anyone wants her to get married to a rich person and live to the fullest.”
At this moment, Raquelle moves her eyes down for a second.
“So, thanks to my daddy, some time later, the girl, who was working in the nightclub, turned into a designer that is famous in some circles,” Eleanor adds. “She became the owner of a fashion business that started giving her a lot of money.”
“Fashion business?” Raquelle pronounces surprisingly, looking at Eleanor questioningly.
“Yes, my girl.”
“Wait…” Raquelle puts a finger on her lip. “That’s how my aunt became a designer…”
“Just do not say you did not know it,” Eleanor throws gloomily.
“She’s never said it.”
“Ah, yeah, I’m stupid!” Eleanor claps herself on the forehead. “I did not think your aunt would not say she got her piece of fame thanks to the kindness of my daddy.”
“I knew she was a designer for some time. But I always thought she just went bankrupt. I thought her collections were no longer popular.”
“Maybe, she had a talent that would’ve been noticed without Dad’s protection. But because of her disgusting behavior, she did not go too far.”
“But I’ve seen very many awards at her home!”
“They were bought by my father.”
“Bought?”
“He paid some people, and Alicia was solemnly awarded for allegedly great success in the fashion industry.”
“Oh, my God…”
“Did you, naive idiot, think Alicia got them thanks to her hard work?” Eleanor laughs evilly. “Do not make me laugh, girl! Alicia did not almost do anything. People that Daddy found among his familiars did everything for her. Besides, her clothes were only at his own shops. And I must admit that people liked it. The business was not loss-making.”
“Did your father make her the owner of her own fashion brand so easily?” Raquelle wonders.
“You probably do not know it, but trust me, a person in love would even get a star from the sky. So, Daddy was ready for anything to make your aunt happy.”
“So, did he just pay someone for her to start being called a designer?”
“Exactly! And that woman began to pretend to be a socialite and proudly wore expensive dresses and jewelry when she was invited to some not very popular events.”
“But what about her work?”
“After she became a designer, Alicia quitted that club. I don’t know if she did it by herself or by Father’s command, but a fact is a fact. Besides, thanks to Daddy, nobody cared about her past.”
“Really?”
“Gilbert Woodham had a great influence. He could get everyone down on their knees with one gesture. He could close the mouths of everyone with a gesture. With a look. And nobody dared to go against him. Everyone obeyed him.”
“Did nobody dare to talk about what my aunt was doing before?”
“Nobody. At least, nobody dared to talk about it because it would lead to terrible consequences. Not for Alicia, of course. So, she was under his protection and could not worry about her reputation. Everyone was made to forget that the woman had been working at the nightclub under the nickname Cheryl.” Eleanor smirks evilly. “Slim dolly Cheryl… I don’t know why she decided to name herself Cheryl… But her real name was known only to a few people. Including my father.”
“So…” Raquelle frowns slightly. “If Gilbert started the career of a designer of Aunt Alicia, he did something for her to leave it and become a forgotten one.”
“Yes, you are thinking right. But I shall tell you about it later…”
Eleanor locks her hands tightly with her head proudly raised and starts slowly walking in circles.
“So…” Eleanor pronounces confidently. “A little later, your aunt became a lover of my father and had the pleasure to use everything he was giving her. But Alicia did not actually love him and was just using the money of that man. The truth is, my father loved her so much that he even wished to marry her.”
“Marry?” Raquelle rounds her eyes.
“I’m going to say more, someday he proposed to Alicia to marry almost at once after getting divorced from Mom. But alas, she declined it. And she did it again later. And again, and again, and again. And it brought the moment when that bitch began to get him irritated by his acts.”
Eleanor turns around for some time, but then sharply moves her eyes to Raquelle.
“It continued for quite a long time,” Eleanor continues to speak. “Alicia started giving more and more claims to my father. She always needed something, but my father never refused to give her something, and he made any of her dreams come true.”
Eleanor crosses her arms over her chest.
“He was handing all the caprices of that bitch for a long time,” Eleanor adds. “Who got nuts from the money she was getting from the fashion business. Which she wasted on everything she wanted. But somehow, when my father got much more reproaches and a claim about that she never loved him, would not do it, and would not get married to him, he flew into a passion.”
Raquelle says nothing and swallows up nervously.
“Father started to threaten her that he could ruin her life and career with just one word,” Eleanor confesses. “He reminded her of where he got her from. When she became a designer, that scumbag tried to forget that so hard and pretend to be holy, insolently using the fact that Father banned everyone from talking about her past.”
Eleanor falls into silence for two seconds and looks at Raquelle with greater contempt.
“To subdue that madam and show her who decided everything, my father started controlling her in everything,” Eleanor says. “He threatened to tell everyone she was a famous whore that could do very much in a bed.”
Eleanor raises her head slightly.
“I would say Alicia was in his trap,” Eleanor adds. “If she had decided to go somewhere, Father would have gotten her out of the ground. If she had met someone, my father always told his people to go with her, watch her and tell him everything.”
Eleanor cracks a slight smile.
“Bodyguards always followed her,” Eleanor says. “Not to protect that dirty whore. But to make sure she won’t do stupid things.”
Eleanor tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.
“One of those events ended badly for her,” Eleanor says confidently. “After coming home, my father and your aunt fought very hard because she was sweetly talking to a guy and even hugged him. I heard that Daddy got terribly furious and started charging Alicia with wishing to cheat on him with another man.”
Eleanor falls into silence for two seconds and stops sharply.
“That woman refused to explain anything, and then Father started beating her cruelly,” Eleanor says.
“Oh, my God…” Raquelle puts her hand on her heart, which is beating fast.
“He could easily bring her to a hospital or to another world, but Father stopped in time. However, it would’ve been better if that bitch died on that day.”
“I hope she left him after what happened.”
“Yes. In the end, your aunt left Father. Forgetting that he could ruin her career and life.” Eleanor glances aside. “Alicia was hiding from him for a few years. Successfully, I must confess. Father spent a few years finding that scumbag. But not to get her back. To destroy her and shower with mud.”
“That’s how…” Raquelle pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“Luckily, after her escape, Daddy finally woke up and realized he had made a great mistake. He regretted what he did many times… Asked me for forgiveness for not believing me and thinking I was mad because of his divorce from Mother. But I must confess that I was really mad. I was mad because my father loved that whore more than my mother.”
Eleanor swallows up nervously.
“He was very happy when he got divorced from her,” Eleanor says with sadness in her eyes. “He said he felt twenty years younger with Alicia by his side… Mother made him feel old. Just because she was a few years older than him.”
“But why do you take revenge if your father fell in love with Aunt and left your mother?” Raquelle wonders.
“I blame Daddy for nothing. Because that idiot put an eye on his wealth. And luckily, he understood it. And then he apologized to me and my mother. He asked her for forgiveness for being blind. And he decided to pay her money to provide for her from the day of their divorce, every month.”
“You said Gilbert offered my Aunt literally the whole world.”
“He did it because she made him fall in love with her! Love always turns off the brain and makes a person do stupid things. That’s why some people sometimes lose everything they have. If their relationship had lasted much longer, Father would’ve easily given her everything. The house, the cars, and the shops, which are located in the whole of England and still giving great money to my family.”
“In this case, you should blame your father for the divorce of your parents. Because he left your mother, she did not do it.”
“I blame Father only for one thing – for letting himself fall in love and pushing him around. For not coming back to my mother, who hoped that woman would change his mind. Yes, Daddy asked for forgiveness and decided to provide for her. But they did not be together again.”
Eleanor glances aside.
“Moreover, I am mad because he quietly brought that whore to our home,” Eleanor confesses. “It would’ve been alright if it was a temporary passion. A wish to feel needed. But it did not end so fast. Father seriously thought of letting that woman live at our house, marrying her, and making sure to give birth to a baby.”
“Anyway, it’s not the fault of my aunt. She is not guilty of the fact that your father wanted to have fun with a young girl.”
“It would’ve been alright if he'd had fun with a decent girl. But Father had fun with the whore, who had fucked other men for money.”
“I’m sure that Aunt Alicia didn’t want to ruin anyone’s families and just tried to earn money for studies and life.”
“She earned it and lost everything at once! If she had been a good girl and had obeyed my father, she wouldn’t have had to ask for a certain amount and get it only after a detailed explanation about what she would waste it on.”
“Do you think my aunt wanted to live under pressure like that? Always explain everything and do something only after her lord’s permission!”
“She must have been very quiet. But because of her tricks and hysterics, my father started closely controlling her money. And sometimes he bought something personally, not trusting that woman. That’s why it was hard for her to buy a ticket, at least to go to another city.”
“I am sure that it was a wish of your father. Aunt never needed all of that.”
“Yeah, your auntie did not get scared of living in poverty because she ran away so easily.” Eleanor smirks evilly. “I don’t know if she started jumping from one bed to another. But it’s clear she had the money for a good life. Probably, Mommy and Daddy helped her. Or your auntie came back to what she started from and had fun with men for money.”
Eleanor says nothing for two seconds.
“It’s clear she saved enough money to go to America and visit you and your mommy and daddy,” Eleanor assumes. “But she did not manage to fly away.”
“Huh?” Raquelle rounds her eyes.
“Someday, an acquaintance of Father called him and said Alicia was at the airport and getting ready to get on an airplane going to New York. So, Daddy told his bodyguards and driver to get ready and immediately went there. He was worried he would not have time to catch her.”
Eleanor smirks evilly.
“But luckily, he caught her before the start of the board on the airplane and brought her to his home, despite her hard resistance. If you knew how many efforts he had to apply not to start a scandal and kill that bitch right there.”
“And how many years were gone between her escape and the event at the airport?” Raquelle asks hesitantly.
“To be clearly, eleven.”
“Eleven? So, was your father trying to find her for so many years?”
“And he never lost hope. If you want to know, my father met Alicia at the beginning of 1987, when I was only ten. And she ran away from him somewhere at the end of the year… And she got caught in 1998.”
“The year, on which he was killed?”
“It happened on the same day.”
“What do you mean?”
“Father brought Alicia to his home and told her that he dismissed the staff of her fashion business and put an end to the existence of the fashion empire of your auntie. Thus, he kept his promise to deprive her of everything he gave her at the beginning of their relationship.”
“So, that’s why…”
“Yes, you thought the fashion business was allegedly brought to ruin, but it’s actually not true.”
“But why did nobody know what happened?”
“It’s easy: my father told reporters to write about the bankrupted fashion business of Alicia, who, in their opinion, made a decision to live a quiet life and not to be a part of the fashion world.” Eleanor says nothing for two seconds. “And it’s the partial truth because Father claimed that he would no longer let her get into that sphere. He let her know she would be depending on him:. If she wanted to live well, she should have gotten married to him and given birth to a child, or if she wanted to jump from one bed to another and be poor, that’s fine.”
Eleanor starts to walk in circles again and continues to tell her story, locking her hands behind her back.
“And you already know what happened next,” Eleanor says confidently. “But I shall remind you if your memory is not very good.”
Eleanor smiles slyly.
“So…” Eleanor pronounces thoughtfully. “After depriving Alicia of all the ways to get money and closing her fashion business, he hoped he would get this girl attracted to him and make her follow his rules. Father believed your aunt would take what happened and understand it would be better for her. As people say, you would get used.”
“You said Gilbert wanted to find her to take revenge on her,” Raquelle recalls. “He woke up and realized he made a mistake when falling in love with Aunt.”
“Right… But everyone was right when they said Daddy was a very kind and light man. At some moment, he decided to give that whore another chance to live like a queen. For the love, Daddy was ready to forgive that whore and let her make him happy and make her life better.”
“He really loved her?”
“Yes, yes, even eleven years, Daddy kept loving that woman deep inside and hoped he would get her attracted to him,” Eleanor says confidently. “He did not even dare if she loved only his money and status.”
“It’s clear that you took after him if you’ve been trying to take revenge on my aunt for the murder of your father for sixteen years.”
“Well, if she had thought a little, I would have probably not hurt her. If that scumbag had not done what she did on the day when she was caught at the airport. By the way, I didn’t know that Alicia almost killed my friend Ines, too. It was alright that your aunt was too stubborn, resisting and trying to run away. She should’ve understood that Father’s people and he would’ve prevented any of her attempts to run away. And it really happened. She could not go further than the exit from the house because they took her under her arms and brought her to my father’s office…”
“Alright… Maybe, you can tell me your version of why Aunt killed Gilbert?”
“Actually, they had quite a long and serious fight, and I do not know everything. But know that at some moment, Father wanted to show that chicken who was depending on, and who decided everything. He could not resist her beauty… Your aunt was such a cutie at that time – young, beautiful, and slim…”
Eleanor smiles maliciously.
“I must confess that she looks gorgeous at the age of forty-seven,” Eleanor adds confidently. “She is still slim and takes care of herself. But at the age of thirty-one, your aunt was very stunning… No surprised that my father lost his head because of her and was obsessed with her. And her talent to seduce also had to do with it…”
Eleanor quickly clears his throat.
“So, she provoked him to wish to do his best to obey her himself again,” Eleanor adds. “He thought that the gal would satisfy all of his dreams.”
Eleanor smirks evilly.
“But no!” Eleanor exclaims. “Alicia, who never resisted, suddenly started getting out of his hands and pretending to be an innocent girl, who allegedly had no sex with men. Probably, because Father wanted to do it for nothing, not for money. So, that whore started screaming that someone was trying to rape her… And then she used this fact to make the judge sure that she was guilty of nothing.”
***
May 12th, 1998.
An old, tall, dark-haired man with by far not the most attractive appearance and evil green eyes does not hide his hatred for a slim woman, who is about thirty. Some time ago, he and his bodyguards went to the airport and caught her there when she wanted to leave London, forgetting about this man, with whom she had a romantic relationship. Despite resisting so hard, she did not run away from the furious man and his bodyguards, who followed him everywhere and did what he told them.
Some time later, they drove her to the large, gorgeous house where the man is living with his only daughter, who is not here now. The gray-eyed beauty is crying quietly, trying to get out of the strong grip of the men with tears and sometimes shouting, but it does not help her.
So, before taking the woman to his office to talk to her about something, the man turns on his bodyguards and a few servants, who quickly run to him when they see him coming and start literally looking into his mouth, waiting for some commands from the one they are working for.
“Listen closely, do not come into my office and let nobody go there,” the man orders coldly, holding the young, crying woman tightly under an arm. “Until I leave it, do not bother me.”
“As you wish, Mr. Woodham,” one of the servants nods.
“And you!”
The man moves his eyes to his tough bodyguards, who have by far not a kind look and are standing near him.
“Do not leave the office without attention,” the man orders. “Stay here until I leave and let you know what to do.”
“As you wish, Mr. Woodham!” one of the four bodyguards replies in a low, rude voice. “This gal will not dare to run away from here.”
“If you see this girl is trying to run away, bring her to me immediately.”
“Do not worry, sir,” the second bodyguard says confidently. “This gal will not leave this place without your permission.”
“Yeah, did you tell the security to watch the house closely in case this whore wants to run away from me? Tell them to lead her to me immediately if they see her.”
“They have been warned, Boss,” the third bodyguard says not less confidently.
“Tell them if they see her, they must immediately bring her to me. She has no right to leave my house without my permission.”
“All the exits and entries are closed, Mr. Woodham,” the fourth bodyguard assures. “This gal will run away nowhere.”
“Great!”
The dark-haired man sharply pulls down the young woman, who is trying to break free with tears in her eyes.
“DO NOT RESIST, BITCH!” the man shouts, setting his eyes full of evil on the woman, who is white and scared. “DO NOT MOVE! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!”
“Please, Gilbert, don’t do this…” the young woman begs with pity in her eyes, choking with tears and shaking strongly from fear. “Please… Don’t do anything bad to me.”
“I said, STOP BREAKING FREE!”
“Gilbert, for God’s sake, don’t…”
The man named Gilbert closes the young woman’s mouth with his hand. She tries to say something but can only make loud moans with her widely open eyes and full of a scare. Some of the servants watch her with great pity in their eyes but can do nothing and go against their boss, who moves his eyes to one of them – a light-haired middle-aged woman, who is definitely the oldest one of them.
“Yeah, Nina,” Gilbert pronounces confidently. “When Eleanor is back home, do not let her come to my office.”
“As you wish, Mr. Woodham,” Nina inclines her head obediently.
“Tell her I am having a visitor and do not want anyone to bother you.”
“Do not worry, I tell her everything.”
“And yeah, nobody is allowed to say that Alicia is at this house. No little hint!”
“We will say nothing, sir,” one of the young servants promises. “We promise.”
“Wonderful!”
“Any other wishes?”
“No, everybody is free now!”
“As you wish.”
“And yeah…” Gilbert starts to threaten everybody with a finger. “Nobody is allowed to show themselves and meddle in my business. If I know that someone wants to help this bitch, I swear you will lose your head! EVERYBODY, GOT IT?”
“Yes, Mr. Woodham,” one of the servants nods confidently.
“Wonderful!”
“Anyway, we are always near and ready to do anything you want.”
“I hope you all have got brains and are not brainless idiots.” Gilbert squeezes the arm of the young woman, who is crying quietly, much tighter. “But now go to do your work! Get out of here! NOW! GET OUT! FASTER, I SAID! WHY YOU ARE ALL LIKE SNAILS! GET OUT BEFORE I FIRE ALL OF YOU TO THE FUCK!”
All the bodyguards and servants instantly go to different sides and start to do what they should. At first, Gilbert watches all of them and then sharply moves his gloomy look to the young woman, who is white from fear, and literally makes a hole in her head.
“And you, bitch, will go with me,” Gilbert hisses with evil in his eyes. “I am going to have a serious talk with you. Which you, Alicia Thompson, will remember for a long time.”
“Huh?” Alicia rounds her eyes.
“Follow me, whore! NOW!”
Gilbert rudely pulls Alicia after himself, going to his office, sharply opens the door, and slams it after he pushes the poor woman into the spacious room and comes in, as well. After staying with this terrible man alone, who does not make her trust him, the young woman starts to shake much stronger at the thought that nobody will protect her from this man.
It seems like nothing bad was supposed to happen today. The woman was going to go to New York after spending some time with her parents, Tiffany and Timothy Thompson, whom she madly missed. Alicia wanted to comfort her father and mother, who cannot take the death of their younger daughter Elizabeth, who died in February of this year as well as her husband Jackson in a terrible car accident. Their death became a great shock to their family. But they had to hold on because the late spouses had a little daughter, Raquelle, educating who became a responsibility of theirs. Who became an orphan after the deaths of her father and mother and has to live with Frederick Cameron, her grandfather on the father.
But because she ran into Gilbert and his bodyguards before she got on an airplane, unfortunately, Alicia was brought to the house of the rich man by force. And now she does not know what to expect from the furious man, who was her lover somehow and made her the owner of her own fashion business that people from some circles knew about. A thirst for money made her take the man, who she disliked, and who seemed to be so good at first sight and was happy to provide for her and protect her from anyone, who wished to humiliate or insult her. But his behavior, which sharply changed, and the cruel beating, after which she barely came to herself, put an end to the patience of the woman and made her run away.
Alicia lived a quiet life for eleven years, did not think of what was happening between her and Gilbert, gave a lot of time to her family, and was happy for her sister, who got married to a wonderful man and gave birth to a daughter. But today, it ended. She met Gilbert again, who is not going to be good to her.
Looking at the furious Gilbert, it seems like he is going to try to beat the poor Alicia again, who became a victim of events against her wish. A wish to earn money for studies and life led to such sad consequences, for which she has to pay much for a long time.
“So, we have met again, Alicia Thompson,” Gilbert smirks evilly, leaning on the working table with his hand, on which a modern for this time computer, a bunch of papers, and some things are placed. “Better known as Cheryl… Almost eleven years later…”
Gilbert shakes her head, while his eyes are looking at Alicia crying quietly from head to foot.
“Yeah, babe, you did make me run to find you,” Gilbert confesses. “To find one fucking slut. That thought she would easily get off me and forget her past that she is afraid to tell her close people and familiars about.”
“Gilbert, please, let me go…” Alicia begs with tears and pity in her eyes. “Don’t do anything bad to me!”
“SCUMBAG!” Gilbert strongly slaps Alicia in the face, and then she makes a loud squeak and feels a strong pain on her cheek that got this hit. “SLUT! WHORE! YOU THOUGHT YOU WOULD RUN AWAY FROM ME! DECIDED TO RUN AWAY TO NEW YORK! YOU HOPED YOU WOULD HIDE THERE WITH THE THOUGHT I WOULD NOT LOVE TO GO THERE AND FIND YOU!”
“No, just don’t beat me…” Alicia jabs excitedly. “I’m begging you… Don’t beat me…”
“What a thankless bitch you are, Cheryl! Thankless bitch!”
Gilbert sharply grabs Alicia by the collar and sets his eyes full of evil into the scared eyes of the young woman, whose knees are shaking from fear.
“It seems like you forgot who got you out of the club where you were shaking your ass in front of men and pleasing them for money,” Gilbert says rudely. “You forgot I got the whore that had slept with so many men before under my wing. Literally entire London! You did it for money that you needed…”
Gilbert shakes his head.
“But I was ready to close my eyes to that,” Gilbert adds. “I was ready to turn you from a pathetic stripper to a provided woman. The owner of your own fashion brand with lots of contacts.”
“G-gilbert…” Alicia pronounces in a shaking voice with wet widely open eyes.
“But you turned out to be a thankless scumbag that just used my money and my love that I felt for you.”
“L-listen…”
“I really loved you, Alicia. I lost my mind over my love for you. I wanted to notice nothing. I did not want to notice that you are a nasty bitch.”
“Gilbert…”
“But you did not appreciate my generosity. You rejected me. You refused a chance to forget the past life and become a respectful woman.”
“I did not need it at all.”
“That is what you did to me! You decided to run away as far as possible and hide from me.” Gilbert tightly squeezes Alicia’s hands, while she strongly winces. “Do you, bitch, know how much time and money I wasted? YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY AND EFFORTS I SPENT to find out where the two-faced slut got out? YOU WOULD NEVER PAY ME EVERYTHING!”
“You do know well that I have never loved you,” Alicia says with a scare in her eyes and sniffs quietly.
“Right! You loved my money! My contacts! MY HIGH STATUS IN THE SOCIETY! MY ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!”
“I never asked for anything from what you gave me. You were the one to give me expensive gifts and get me involved in the elite society.”
“I did not ask you.” Gilbert pushes Alicia rudely off himself and clenches his hands strongly into fists. “You MUST HAVE thanked me for giving you all of that. You must have KISSED MY LEGS! And be as quiet as a mouse.”
“I say again, I never asked you about anything,” Alicia recalls. “I needed only the money I should’ve gotten for my work.”
“What an idiot you are. Brainless chicken that missed a chance to make your life better. Who would never become an important persona without me.”
“I do not need it!”
“SCUMBAG! I HATE YOU!”
“At first, you treated me with tenderness, but later, you sharply changed and began to behave terribly.”
“You are the one to blame! YOU made me so cruel. YOU KILLED MY LOVE FOR YOU!”
“I never asked it.”
“But you did not mind and were happy to accept my gifts.”
“You made me accept them! You gave me no choice!”
“If you had been loyal to me and had not used my money and me, you would have gotten everything. I would have provided for you until the end of your life, and my daughter would have gotten a mother.”
“Don’t say it as if Eleanor’s mother died,” Alicia demands confidently. “Caroline is alive and has the right to meet her daughter.”
“If she had had to do it, my daughter would have started calling you a mother.”
“Eleanor will never call me a mother.”
“SHE WILL DO IF I TELL HER TO DO IT! She will not dare to go against me!”
“Her mother is Caroline Robinson.”
“That’s good! You do not deserve to be the mother of my children. Yes, of course, Caroline is an old, ugly lady, who was able to get me excited only at a young age. But she is a wonderful mother! And she deserves to be the mother of my child MUCH MORE! She is a decent woman, who has never said a bad word about me. Despite nothing! That woman does RESPECT me! And she is GRATEFUL to me for deciding to provide for her.”
“Do you think if you bought me the fashion brand and showered me with money, brilliants and clothes, I would fall in love with you? No, Gilbert, you are wrong!”
“Do not pretend to be holy, Cheryl. You accepted my attention with pleasure!”
“Yes, first, it was nice for me to get such amazing gifts from you. But now I don’t need them. If you want, I can give all of them back. I sold and threw nothing. Take everything! Choke yourself!”
“I am REALLY sorry for the money I wasted on you. On gifts for you, on the search, on your dances… Everything about you!”
“Remember, Gilbert, you can’t buy love for any kind of money. You can gift something for millions of pounds, but the one, who does not love you, will not fall in love with you. In the best case, a girl will just pretend to be in love with you.”
“But you were selling yourself to anyone!” Gilbert strongly slaps Alicia in the face again, as his nostrils inflate from anger. “And I’m sorry that I was so in love with you so much that I didn’t even guess to send you to a doctor. To find out if you were infected with some illness after your adventures.”
“I do not have any illnesses!” Alicia protests.
“Who the fuck knows! Whores don’t differ partners and fuck everyone, who offers them money. For two hundred pounds, you were ready to take off your clothes, dance a striptease and have sex with anyone. And someone from them could surely have AIDS.”
“None of my clients had any venereal illness,” Alicia says confidently.
“I would not be surprised if someone was. You fucked everyone! You could release a book with a list of all your clients, among whom there are fucking beggars and rich men.”
“I had to do that!” Alicia sniffs with tears in her eyes. “I needed money to pay for studies, which my parents weren’t able to pay for.”
“Yeah, but if your mommy and daddy knew that their daughter was fucking everyone, they would reject you,” Gilbert says confidently. “They have got another daughter, who would be more decent than you and would hardly show off.”
“She is dead! My sister died in February, as well as her husband.”
“That’s how?”
“Yes…” Alicia sniffs quietly. “Her husband and she got in a car accident and got serious traumas that were incomparable with life.”
“So, your sister is going to watch you from heaven and get overwhelmed by the secrets you were hiding so hard.”
“After meeting you, I stopped doing that and quit the job at the club where I was working as a stripper. I was told I could always be back, but it will never happen. Because I want to get off it and forget the mistake that ruined my whole life.”
“You cannot do this, Alicia. Because there are people that would always remind you of how you were shaking your ass in front of men.”
Gilbert, biting the bullet, sharply grabs Alicia by the throat and starts to strangle her while she is trying to get out and catch at least some air.
“I can easily go to your parents and tell them how you actually earned money for your studies,” Gilbert threatens. “I can tell them where you actually met me.”
“No, Gilbert, don’t dare to do it!” Alicia rounds her eyes.
“And tell them how to find the club where you worked. Let them know they could ask anyone about the girl known as the slim dolly Cheryl. Anyone would tell about your merits and prices.” Gilbert smirks evilly. “They would be shocked if they knew you earned four hundred pounds for only one private dance.”
“Don’t try to tell them something!” Alicia threatens with a finger. “I swear you will regret that!”
“Do not threaten Gilbert Woodham himself. It would not lead to something good for you.”
“Do not dare to open your mouth, Gilbert. I will never forgive you if you tell my parents about my secret life.”
“So, babe, are you afraid your parents will know that you did not find a good job at your young age?” Gilbert smirks evilly and crosses his arms over his chest.
“They will never know anything.”
“C’mon, dolly Cheryl! I think if they are not stupid people and should guess it’s easy to get such great money only if you shook your ass in front of a rich man and have sex with him in the same bed.”
“I said everything, Gilbert!” Alicia raises her voice, getting more irritated. “Don’t dare to tell him at least one word about my job. Or everyone will know about your real character and the fact that you aren’t as good and innocent as everybody thinks.”
Before answering, Gilbert laughs loudly with his mouth widely open.
“My gosh, what we have come to…” Gilbert pronounces with an evil laugh. “A pathetic slut that fucks everyone for great money is threatening me! The young girl from an common family decided to pretend to be cool. She naively thinks she would ruin the life of the one that is known and respected by the whole country.”
Gilbert stops laughing and grabs Alicia under her elbows very painfully, making her give a quiet squeak and wince strongly.
“Better shut up and do not show off, you, pathetic prostitute,” Gilbert says rudely. “You know what I can do.”
“I know,” Alicia pronounces confidently.
“I need only one word to ruin your reputation and do my best for you to never find a good job and get married to a decent man.” Gilbert smirks evilly. “But you will never find a man. Because nobody would love to marry the dirty slut that has probably been fucked by one percent of men from London. I wouldn’t be surprised if you also made your name famous in New York and showed what you could do there.”
“It couldn’t be worse!” Alicia exclaims with tears in her eyes. “You made my life much worse when you came to that club for the first time and made me make your dirty wishes come true.”
“So, am I the one to blame?”
“If your daughter knew where you go, and what nasty things you’ve got on your mind, she would probably reject her father.”
“Do not dare to get MY DAUGHTER involved in our business,” Gilbert demands loudly and rudely. “DO NOT DARE!”
“Maybe, she knows everything? Does she know her daddy wanted to cheat on her mommy and file for divorce?”
“Anyway, my daughter bit you through and said I would not better stand in the way of the whore, who felt like a queen when she got the fashion business as a gift. But I, idiot, did not listen to her. And I even made her call you a mother.” Gilbert looks at Alicia from head to foot with contempt in his eyes. “You do not deserve this honor!”
“I don’t need it!” Alicia says confidently. “Choke yourself! Take everything you gifted me!”
“Be sure, nasty bitch, I shall take everything. Everything I gifted you! And first of all, the fashion business that I gifted you.”
“You didn’t gift me that fashion business, Gilbert. I had to sleep with you to pay off the money you paid for that. And now I’m REALLY sorry about not showing cruelty and not refusing that ‘gift!’ Because of that, I can’t sleep quietly and get horrified when thinking about having to lie in the same bed with you and take the rude way you treat me.”
“Right, I didn’t gift.” Gilbert simpers contemptuously. “Did you think we would get everything so easily? No, dolly! Everything comes with a price. And you have paid almost half of the cost of that house with your gorgeous young body. That has actually been felt up by thousands of men.”
“Do you want me to give you the second half of the duty?” Alicia wonders.
“It would be great!”
“Oh, no! I stopped being a prostitute eleven years ago. If I sleep with someone, I shall do it only with my husband, whom I shall love with all my heart.”
“Ah, Alicia…” Gilbert shakes his head and starts to proudly walk in front of the writing table in a slow step, putting his hands in the pockets of his jacket. “I want to say two things, even if I have said one of them…”
Gilbert says nothing for two seconds.
“First, you will never have a husband because nobody will wish to get some used material that is too old,” Gilbert says confidently. “I have got many familiars among men. And I want to tell you that ninety-nine percent of them prefer clean and innocent girls that have been touched by a strong masculine hand. Yes, the other small percent gives a fuck about how many men a gal has had in her bed, or whether she is a virgin. But judging by what I see, that type of person usually never stays single for too long because they change girls as often as girls change clothes.”
Gilbert stops sharply and moves his icy look to Alicia, who is just blinking her wet and red from tears eyes.
“And second, I am truly happy to tell you that the fashion business that you have not paid for no longer belongs to you,” Gilbert says confidently.
“What are you talking about?” Alicia wonders.
“I mean, it does not exist.”
“That’s how!”
“Some time later after you ran away, I fired all the staff members, paid a lot of money to everybody, and closed that fashion business forever.” Gilbert proudly raises his head up. “So, you are no longer a rich and powerful woman. You have become a pathetic slut again. You will always be the one. This mark will always stay with you. And no matter how hard you try to pretend to be an innocent girl that has not been fucked by half of the city, you will always stay the slim dolly Cheryl that had the highest prices among all the prostitutes working at that nightclub.”
Alicia says nothing for a few seconds, not being upset by this piece of news because she did not want to have a deal with the gift, which she did not ask, and for which she did not have to pay in the usual way.
“Thank God!” Alicia pronounces with her head proudly raised. “I’m not going to cry from losing what I never needed. As well as money and power!”
“I knew you would not get upset,” Gilbert smirks evilly. “And you know, I’m glad I have gotten rid of this burden, as well. The burden that reminds me of the disgusting thing you did to me.”
“And for me, it’s the burden that ruined my whole life and deprived me of a chance to live quietly and not to be afraid of being killed by such a nasty man like you.”
“Calm down, nobody is going to kill you. Besides, I want to tell you that nobody will know what actually happened.”
“Come on?”
“I paid the editors of magazines and newspapers and told them to publish articles about this fucking fashion business being bankrupted, and you having to close it and quit your career as a designer.”
“Alright, I have no claims.”
“Everything will look like you did it at your wish, not by my wish.”
“I agree.”
“And remember, if you wish to try to become a designer again, you will get nothing. I will not let you turn from a dirty slut to a respectful lady again. I have very good contacts, thanks to which I could easily ruin your career that you would just start.”
“Don’t worry, I am no longer going to get in touch with it.”
“But do not think you would get off me so easily.”
“Yeah?” Alicia pronounces coldly. “So, what do you want from me? What do I do for you to finally leave me alone and stop chasing me?”
“Do you think I will really leave you alone?” Gilbert laughs quietly and shakes his head with his arms crossed over his chest. “No, babe, I shall never let you live a quiet life.”
“Huh?” Alicia rounds her eyes.
“You have not realized who you got in touch with. I am Gilbert Reynold Woodham, the owner of the network of shops ‘The Woodham Shop’ and one of the most powerful and respectful people in London, who has many friends and trustful contacts.”
“I know.”
“I never forgive those, who go against me. NE-VER! Anyone, who dares to say at least one word against me will have to pay much for that.”
“No, Gilbert, please…” Alicia begs with pity in her eyes, sharply shaking her head.
“And I shall not especially let such a pathetic and dirty wench like you live as nothing happened. No matter how much you want it, I shall always be your nightmare. I shall make you regret rejecting good things you could have gotten.”
“Please, Gilbert, tell me what you want to give me freedom and independence from you.”
“I said I would not leave you alone.”
“I’m begging you, give me a chance to do something to forget about this nightmare and live a quiet life. I don’t want to live like this anymore!”
“Do not try to pity me with your puppy eyes, Alicia.” Gilbert quickly comes to a big, high window at his office. “It will not work with me! Will not work…”
“No, Gilbert, don’t do this!” Alicia begs with despair. “I don’t want to be worried about my life and depend on you until the day I die.”
“You would not have been dependent if you had agreed to be mine forever and not refused the good things I could’ve given you. If you had truly loved me, you would have done anything you wanted. And if you had given birth to my child, I would have provided for you until the end of your life and given you everything. You would have needed nothing and been a queen, the past of whom nobody would have even thought about. Even if we got divorced, I would provide for you as well as I am providing for Caroline, who gave birth to a wonderful daughter of mine. That’s what I will always be grateful to her for.”
“I shall surely give birth to a baby,” Alicia says confidently. “But from the man that I would love with all my heart. And I don’t need your dirty money! Just like you!”
“You will have no men, my sweetie!” Gilbert throws rudely. “You will not. There is only one man, who is ready to accept the fact that his beloved girl is a prostitute. That’s me! For my love for you, I am ready to close my eyes to your adventures and give you everything you want.”
“I shall never be with you, Gilbert. You will not get me attracted to you with money. Leave me alone and find another young lover that would agree to become a bird in your gilded cage.”
“But I don’t lose hope…”
Gilbert sharply grabs Alicia by the waist and presses her very closely to himself. That’s why she slightly shakes with her widely open eyes.
“Gilbert…” Alicia pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“Maybe, you’re still a dirty whore for me that I got out of that fucking hole,” Gilbert says in a lower voice, setting his filthy gaze into Alicia’s scared eyes. “But I’m ready to give you the last chance to be cute and obedient and start to live a quiet life.”
“I repeat, I said goodbye to my former life,” Alicia says confidently, pushing Gilbert off herself. “Cheryl hasn’t existed for sixteen years. There is only Alicia.”
“I don’t advise you to miss this chance, my sweet candy,” Gilbert gets closer to Alicia again. “For you, my forgiveness is a way to your paradisiacal life.”
“You heard what I said?”
“Even eleven years later, I still madly love you. And I get excited from the view of my baby… From the memories about the pleasure you gave me…”
At this moment, the fingers of Gilbert’s hand slightly grab Alicia’s buttocks, and his second hand slowly slides over the curves of her waist and belly. However, the girl sharply steps back from the man and goes to another side of the office.
“What are you doing?” Alicia gets horrified with her widely open eyes. “Don’t dare to come to me!”
“I’m ready to give you a choice, Alicia,” Gilbert says confidently, getting closer to Alicia and running his hand slowly over her gracious neck. “If you want to live beautifully and not to worry about tomorrow, you must get married to me and give birth to my child. No matter who. I would be happy to have a son and a daughter. In this case, I would be happy to gold you and give you a guarantee that you would be provided with everything you need. Even if you want to become a designer again or someone else, I will give you this chance and help start any business from the beginning.”
Gilbert slightly grabs Alicia by the throat and looks at her arrogantly while she is shaking from fear a little and getting much whiter with a feeling that her legs are getting weak.
“Well, if you refuse to have a wedding with me and try to run away from me somewhere yet, you will have to be burning from shame,” Gilbert says coldly. “You will have to do nothing but come back to the club and keep working where I got you from.”
Gilbert puts a free hand on Alicia’s thigh.
“You will keep getting money from rich men and fucking them all day long,” Gilbert adds. “But I will not leave you alone anyway. I will make you serve me.”
“What?” Alicia rounds her eyes.
“Yes, yes, you will be my slave until the end of your life until you are buried under crude ground.”
“Never!”
“Think well, Cheryl. By missing a chance to become a powerful and rich woman thanks to your almighty husband, you will never meet a man. I am your last chance to get married, give birth to at least one child, and have money.”
With every new word, Gilbert gets tenser and tenser, and his look gets more furious and icy, making the poor Alicia feel panic, fear, and despair. That’s why she silently prays to God that everything is over as soon as possible, and she runs away as far from here as possible.
“Choose your fate, dirty whore,” Gilbert says coldly. “Either everyone will respect you with the alive, powerful husband by your side, or nobody will think about your business. Or you will never forget about that because I will do my best for you to be recognized, and everyone will be discussing the abilities of the slim dolly Cheryl in sex. You will be terribly afraid to stay in London because everyone will be pointing at you and calling you a prostitute. I will not let you live quietly if you refuse to belong to me.”
“I would rather die than get married to you,” Alicia says in a low voice with her head proudly raised. “To the stinker, who’s never known what it means to be tender and kind.”
“I don’t know?”
“You tried to be the one in the beginning. But that was just an act. And when we had the first sex, I made myself sure I would be loudly moaning and crying from the pain you always gave me every time we’d meet.”
“Do not pretend that you disliked our sex. You got excited only after one kiss of mine. You were like a snake bending backward along with the sounds of a flute. And I did make myself sure about your abilities to give men pleasure.” Gilbert smirks evilly. “It seems like you have fucked so many men for the years of your career as a prostitute for the reason.”
“I was pretending that I liked it,” Alicia says confidently.
“What?”
“Yes, Gilbert, I did. I NEVER liked what you were doing. I was just taking it. Imitating all the orgasms. Imitating incredible pleasure.”
“Do not lie to me, bitch. You liked EVERYTHING!”
“Not me, but Cheryl. The side of the sassy Cheryl woke up inside me and was doing everything instead of me. And I, the real Alicia, was doing all of that for money, for great money you were paying me. And I barely held down the disgust I felt every time we had foreplay.”
“You want to make me furious?” Gilbert clenches his hands tightly into fists.
“After having sex with you, I was cleaning myself in a bath very carefully to get rid of all your tracks on my body that made me really sick. Sleeping with you was the worst torture that I had to endure. I would better walk naked for hundreds of unfamiliar men than take THAT.”
“What did you say?”
“You know, I am very happy. I'm happy that I’m no longer your lover and would not lie in bed with you. I was afraid to claim it then, but now there is no reason to be silent and pretend that you were so good at sex and could give me great pleasure.”
Being made by what he heard, Gilbert strongly slaps Alicia in the face, and she grabs her cheek with a loud shout.
“SCUMBAG!” Gilbert bellows, while his nostrils inflate from anger. “HOW DO YOU, BITCH, DARE TO TELL ME THAT?”
“I told you the truth!” Alicia exclaims.
“DO YOU KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO TO YOU? I CAN EASILY LET SOME DOGS TEAR OR SOMEONE YET TEAR YOU APART! OR MY PEOPLE WOULD QUICKLY GET OFF YOU SO THAT YOU DO NOT THE FUCK UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!”
“Give me to the wolves! COME ON, GIVE!” Alicia proudly raises her head up. “I would rather die from getting bitten by dogs than from what you can do.”
“You will ask for trouble, nasty gal,” Gilbert hisses through his teeth. “If you keep snapping me, I will fuck you right here so that you always remember who Gilbert Reynold Woodham is. I give a fuck about whether you feel bad or good. I shall fuck you the way I have not fucked anyone in my life. Do my best for you, bitch, to SCREAM AND WHINE!”
“I do know who Gilbert Reynold Woodham is. A shameless, filthy, and arrogant bastard that is sure his dirty money can decide everything.”
“Close your dirty mouth, bitch. SHUT UP!”
“I know well how you got all your money. I know you earned it not thanks to a long, hard work but thanks to stealing and framing.”
“Who cares how I earned it? The important thing is that I am rich and famous! I could shut anyone up. I could get anyone down on their knees! EVERYONE is afraid of me! EVERYONE respects me! NOBODY dares to go against Gilbert Woodham himself.”
“You are a robber, Gilbert. Being a lover and especially a wife of the one that can rob, deceive and mutilate has never been a dream of my life.”
Gilbert gives Alicia another very strong slap in the face, after which she falls on the floor with a shout and doubles over. And then the furious man strongly hits the back of her head against the floor and painfully grabs her by the hair.
“Do not make me enraged, bitch!” Gilbert hisses through his teeth, literally getting kind of green from anger. “OR I SHALL KILL YOU RIGHT HERE IF YOU ARE SUCH AN ARROGANT SCUMBAG, I WILL QUICKLY CUT YOUR TONGUE!”
“Come on, kill me right here!” Alicia says loudly. “COME ON! KILL!”
“Are you making me furious on purpose? DO YOU MAKE ME BECOME A DEMON ON PURPOSE?”
“So, don’t you have enough energy? Or are you afraid of going to prison for many years for all your tricks? Then call your big buffalos and tell them to kill me!”
“If you shut up, you would look much more beautiful.”
“C’mon, Woodham, come on! Kill me! I have nothing to lose! Kill me! Come on!”
“I am asking you for the last time and will no longer be begging you if you reject me again.”
Gilbert strikes Alicia sharply on the floor, raises himself above her, and starts to strangle her very strongly, holding her tightly by the throat.
“WILL YOU THE FUCK MARRY ME OR NOT?” Gilbert asks loudly, squeezing Alicia’s throat stronger and stronger. “ANSWER NOW, BITCH!”
“L-let me go…” Alicia begs with pity in her eyes, trying to get out of the trap and resisting to make Gilbert get off her. “I can’t breathe…”
“ANSWER MY QUESTION, I SAID!” Gilbert shouts, literally killing Alicia with his cold look. “DON’T DARE TO SAY, ‘NO!’ IN THIS CASE, I WILL BURY YOU ALIVE! YOU WILL GET QUICKLY FAMOUS FOR ENTIRE GREAT BRITAIN AS A DIRTY WHORE THAT HAS SLEPT WITH LOTS OF MEN FOR GREAT MONEY.”
“No…”
“Agree to become mine at your wish, bitch,” Gilbert grabs Alicia by the collar with both hands. “Or you will regret much!”
“Never!”
“WHAT DID YOU SAY?”
“I shall never be with such a bastard like you!”
“I AM GIVING YOU THE LAST CHANCE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!”
“Curse you, scumbag…” Alicia hisses through her teeth. “You ruined my whole life and deprived me of peace. And I will never forgive you for it. Ne-ve-r.”
Alicia gets another slap in the face from the furious Gilbert and another painful hit on the back of her head against the parquet floor. After which her head starts to hurt a little. But the furious man, who loses any patience, does not care about it. He is obsessed with the thought of giving this girl great pain.
“Alright, slut, you have annoyed me,” Gilbert hisses with evil in his eyes. “Hold on… Now I shall do what you have never taken before!”
Gilbert gets his hand underneath Alicia’s shirt with no shame and starts rudely to caress her belly, grabbing her by the hair, sharply turning her head to a side, and sinking his teeth into the tender skin on her neck. That’s why the poor, white woman gets obsessed with fear, thinks of all the horrible things, and is terribly afraid this man would rape her right here.
“Gilbert!” Alicia gets horrified with widely open eyes, pushing Gilbert rudely off herself. “What are you doing? Gilbert! GILBERT! NO! STOP!”
“Shut up, whore, you have made your choice,” Gilbert hisses and easily tears a shirt on Alicia that is put on above her tight shirt. “Enjoy these minutes, Alicia Irene Thompson! And give me the best sex in my life!”
“No, don’t do this, please. For God’s sake! Leave me alone! No! NO-O-O-O-O-O!”
While Alicia screams loudly, resisting hard and trying to fight with her hands, Gilbert rudely throws her on the floor when she sits up, strongly grabs her hands, raises them above her head, and shamelessly gets his tongue into her mouth, starting to work with it rudely and sometimes biting the feminine lips. When his tongue is in her mouth and literally reaches for her glands, she feels she is getting sick.
“M-M-M!” Alicia moans painfully with her widely open eyes, not stopping resisting and trying to get out of Gilbert's trap. “M-M-M!”
“Close your mouth and obey me,” Gilbert demands rudely, rudely squeezing Alicia’s breasts. “Do everything I am telling you.”
When trying to push Gilbert after getting her hands loose, he strongly squeezes Alicia’s yawl and starts to work with his tongue more actively, with which he later runs over her open collarbones. His free hand grabs her crotch and rudely caresses it.
“Spread your legs, bitch!” Gilbert bellows, sharply spreading Alicia’s legs. “SPREAD YOUR LEGS, I SAID!”
“SOMEONE, HELP ME!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs while Gilbert rudely feels her breasts up and even bites them through her clothes. “FOR GOD’S SAKE, HELP ME! PLEASE! HELP!”
“Wow, the whore decided to resist me.” Gilbert smirks evilly. “Alright, may she resist. But nothing will help her anyway, even if she is playing to all the Gods in the world.”
“Stop, Gilbert, I’m begging!” Alicia begs with despair. “I don’t want this…”
“SHUT UP, I SAID!”
Gilbert gives Alicia another slap in the face, tears her shirt apart with a loud growl, and throws the pieces of it aside. But when he wants to take off her tight shirt, she hits him strongly in the groin and runs to the exit of the office as quickly as possible. The man doubles over immediately from the pain, wincing strongly.
“AH, BITCH…” Gilbert hisses through his teeth with evil in his eyes.
However, Gilbert gets up on his feet quickly enough, not caring about the pain in his groin, and catches Alicia, who wants to open the door of the office and run away. He strongly grabs her by the hair and pushes the door to the writing table, from which he throws everything placed on it, and on which he puts sharply the white, crying brunette, who does not stop screaming at the top of her lungs with the hope that she will get salvation from the nightmare that is happening to her right now.
“Don’t try to run, bitch!” Gilbert throws rudely, grabbing Alicia by the throat. “All the doors are locked. You will be caught even if you run away from the office. So, you will not go anywhere. And you will do everything I tell you.”
“Please, Gilbert, stop!” Alicia begs with pity in her eyes. “I don’t want it. I don’t want to do what you’re thinking about.”
“But I do want YOU!”
“Gilbert…”
“I need your body, Cheryl! AND I WILL GET IT!”
“NO! A-A-A-A! HELP ME! PLEASE!”
Gilbert tears the shirt of Alicia screaming at the top of her lungs and now wearing only a black bra, which perfectly expresses her gorgeous breasts that seem to be bigger visually. It drives the man crazy, and he rudely squeezes and massages her breasts with a smug smile, also running his dry, rough hands over her soft belly and leaving wet paths with his tongue.
“No, stop…” Alicia shakes her head sharply.
But no matter how hard Alicia resists, she is, unfortunately, much weaker than Gilbert and cannot fight with him. But she does not give up because of a wish to save herself and stop getting through what makes her heart beat as fast as it has never beaten before. She literally tells herself to fight and try to find a way to salvation.
“Oh, shit, babe, you’re just gorgeous,” Gilbert smiles smugly, widely, running his hand over Alicia’s crotch, caressing her belly with his dry lips, and reaching her neck, which he rudely kisses and strongly bites to leave hickeys. “Just like on the days you were dancing for me…”
Still leaving hickeys on her neck, Gilbert squeezes Alicia’s breasts with both hands.
“M-m-m, this body is awesome…” Gilbert pronounces with enjoyment. “Ah, my baby, you are gorgeous…”
“No, Gilbert!” Alicia begs with despair and tears in her eyes, avoiding Gilbert’s kisses that make her sick and a wish to clean her stomach. “Stop! Stop it right now! I don’t want this! I DON’T WANT THIS! NO!”
“Come on, dolly Cheryl, show me everything you can.”
Gilbert grabs Alicia’s nipples with his mouth through her bra, rudely squeezing her breasts and licking an open area of them.
“On the day we were in the bed for the first time, you gave me incredible sex,” Gilbert adds in a low voice. “Very tender… Unforgettable… But now I want to fuck you much ruder. Because you, bitch, rejected me again.”
“What a scumbag you are…” Alicia throws rudely. “Scumbag… That I will always hate. Always!”
“Stop the fuck talking!”
“Curse you, bastard. I HATE YOU!”
“I said LIE QUIETLY!”
Gilbert gives Alicia another slap in the face, after which she falls from the table to the floor, against which she hits her elbow, with a loud shout like a stone.
“DO NOTHING UNTIL I TELL YOU TO MOVE AND SPEAK,” Gilbert orders at the top of his lungs.
While Gilbert impatiently takes off his jacket that he throws aside with a heavy breath, gets out of his tie, and takes off a belt of his pants, Alicia slowly goosebumps away from him, barely gets up, and tries to come to the exit, limping slightly because her foot bent unnaturally when falling. But the man catches her very quickly and hits her on the back with the belt, making her give a loud sound.
“DO NOT DO THIS!” Alicia screams with a scare in her eyes.
“GET IT, BITCH!” Gilbert throws rudely and beats Alicia with his belt very strongly.
“NO! I FEEL PAIN!”
“SHUT UP, WHORE!”
Gilbert hits Alicia on her buttocks with his belt again.
“STOP!” Alicia begs with tears in her eyes.
“You will remember what going against Gilbert Woodham himself means,” Gilbert says confidently. “You will, bitch, regret what you did. Regret REFUSING TO BELONG TO ME!”
Gilbert hits Alicia with his belt two more times while she screams from the pain that gets through her body, which starts literally burning after such strong hits.
“GILBERT, STOP!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs.
“WHERE DID YOU GO, BITCH?” Gilbert gets wild. “WHERE, I AM ASKING?” Gilbert pushes Alicia so strongly that she falls to the floor, and her face meets the one. “I SAID, YOU WILL GO NOWHERE!”
“NO!” Alicia screams with her widely open eyes.
“If you do not calm down now and do what I am telling you, I WILL BECOME MUCH CRUELER AND BEAT YOU SO HARD THAT YOU WILL BARELY CREEP. YOU GOT IT?”
Gilbert strongly hits Alicia on her buttocks with the belt, while she just screams from the pain, choking with tears and feeling she is getting cold because she is wearing only a bra.
“YOU GOT IT, WHORE?” Gilbert wrecks his lungs.
“Stop, Gilbert…” Alicia begs with despair and sniffs quietly. “I feel pain…”
“Let’s deal with you seriously!”
Gilbert throws his belt aside, sits above Alicia, and runs his hands over her naked back.
“Ah, Cheryl, you’re so sexy…” Gilbert pronounces with a wide smile, breathing heavily enough. “So gorgeous…”
Gilbert runs his lips over Alicia’s back, feeling the attractive feminine smell that turns his brain off.
“I would pay millions of pounds sterling for this body,” Gilbert confesses. “To do anything I want to it…”
Gilbert leaves a few short kisses on Alicia’s back and runs his tongue over her spine.
“Holy shit, you are driving me crazy…” Gilbert pronounces in a much lower voice. “I want you, babe… I want…”
Gilbert leaves a couple of kisses on the nape of Alicia’s neck with a quiet moan, tightly grabbing her hair and moving it aside.
“Although you’re a dirty slut that is not shy about shaking her naked ass for men, I want to fuck you anyway,” Gilbert says confidently.
“G-gilbert, please…” Alicia pronounces in a little hoarse voice.
“By the way, I need to get you rid of this, so everything is good.”
Gilbert turns Alicia onto her back, easily opens up the lighting and a button on her jeans, quickly takes them off, and throws them aside, leaving the woman wearing only underwear after he takes off her shoes with a little heel.
“Ar-r-r, yes,” Gilbert growls with enjoyment. “That’s much better!”
“No…” Alicia pronounces in a little shaking voice.
“Come to me, babe!”
Gilbert starts to generously smoother Alicia’s legs with kisses.
“Ah, babe…” Gilbert smiles widely and peacefully, running his hands over the inside of Alicia’s thigh and leaving a short kiss on it. “You’re so sexy… Oh, yeah…”
Gilbert rudely caresses Alicia’s crotch and shamelessly gets his fingers in her vagina a little later and examines it, feeling her clitoris almost at once and starting to stimulate it confidently.
“I shall make you moan now,” Gilbert says confidently. “You will get a powerful orgasm again. Yeah, babe…”
“Stop, Gilbert…” Alicia begs with pity, feeling uncomfortable because she is almost naked for Gilbert, and closes her breasts with both hands with tears in her eyes. “Stop… Please…”
“Ah, Cheryl, you’re still so gorgeous…”
Gilbert leaves a few kisses on Alicia’s abdomen with absolute enjoyment, being between her legs and tightly holding her by the thighs.
“You are a bitch…” Gilbert smiles slyly. “You know how to calm a furious animal for a few seconds.”
“Don’t do this, Gilbert, for God’s sake,” Alicia begs with despair. “Don’t hurt me.”
“Just do not pretend to be hard-to-reach. And do not close your boobs from me!”
Gilbert rudely spreads Alicia’s hands, opening the view of the attractive, big feminine breasts.
“You’ve got no reason to be shy, dolly,” Gilbert says in a low voice. “Everything is perfect about you.”
Gilbert grabs Alicia’s nipples with quiet moans and leaves a couple of hickeys on her neck.
“Do not resist, Cheryl,” Gilbert says confidently. “Or Daddy will tame his slut and show her who decides everything here.”
“NO!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs. “DO NOT DO! GET OFF ME! DON’T DO THIS! DON’T DO THIS! DON’T D-M-M-M!”
Not to hear Alicia’s defeating shouts, Gilbert gets his tongue into her mouth and starts to work with it actively, tightly squeezing her yawl.
“M-M-M!” Alicia moans with her widely open eyes. “M-M-M!”
“Ah, babe, your lips are so incredible,” Gilbert notices in a low voice and gets Alicia involved in a continuous, wet kiss, during which his tongue still shamelessly examines the woman’s mouth. “M-m-m…”
Alicia keeps beating Gilbert with both hands and legs much harder, but it does not work, and he continues to torture the poor woman, who wants to lose consciousness from fear and pain not to experience what this man is doing to her. The heart is beating like crazy, the panic is getting stronger, and the situation is getting more hopeless. The man gets much more excited and tears her clothes, nobody is going to help her, and she has no place to run.
Nevertheless, at some moment, Alicia tries to get out of Gilbert’s trap again and run away where her eyes look, hitting him in the groin with a knee and throwing some things from the writing table over his head. But this time, she does not manage to do it because he catches her when she is half of the way to the exit from the office and presses her closely to himself so that her arms are tightly pressed to her body, and she cannot touch or hit him.
“A-A-A, LET ME GO!” Alicia screams hysterically. “A-A-A-A! LET ME GO! LET ME GO! GILBERT!”
“Ar-r-r, you are starting to irritate me more and more, nasty gal,” Gilbert hisses, strongly grabbing Alicia by the throat and pressing her to himself. “CALM DOWN, I SAID!”
“G-gilbert…”
“YOU WERE THE FUCK TOLD TO LIE AND DO NOTHING! ARE YOU STUPID OR DEAF? YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TOLD!”
“Stop, Gilbert…” Alicia pronounces with pity in her eyes. “It’s not too late to solve everything in a good way.”
“You have chosen your way. So, do not bleat like a goat.”
“I will do anything for you to leave me alone, except sex. Especially, rude!”
“So, as you are ready to do anything, be pleased to make my wishes come true and get ready for me to fuck you cruelly right here, right now.”
Gilbert gets Alicia involved in a wet, continuous kiss on the lips, which he painfully pulls and bites, not paying attention to the woman moaning loudly.
“M-M-M!” Alicia shakes her head sharply. “M-M-M!”
Alicia understands more and more that it will be her funeral if she does not find a way to run away from here and save herself from the excited and furious Gilbert, who is going to make his wish come true. And he is not going to be tender and polite! To be satisfied, he needs to show as much rudeness as possible and punish the woman for everything she has done.
That’s why Alicia swears silently that she would get out of this trap and run away from London as far as possible for this terrible man not to find her. At some moment, she braces herself and stops sparing her energy and vocal cords, screaming at the top of her lungs, resisting like a wild cat, scratching painfully her offender with her nails, and biting him with her teeth. It makes him lose his temple quickly.
“FUCK, SHIT THE FUCK UP!” Gilbert bellows, closes Alicia’s mouth with his hand, and starts holding the woman so that her arms are tightly pressed to the body, while she tries to say something with widely open eyes. “MY HEAD IS GOING TO TEAR APART FROM YOUR SHOUTS.”
“M-M-M!” Alicia moans painfully. “M-M-M!”
“Scream as much as you want! Nobody will react anyway because everybody here listens to me.”
“M-M-M-M!”
“Nothing will stop me from spreading your legs wider and fuck you enough. TO MAKE YOU REMEMBER THIS FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE!”
Gilbert pushes Alicia so strongly that she falls on the floor and has to fight with her hand on hand for some time because she is not going to give up so easily this time. She literally sinks her teeth into any little chance to save herself from the one, who is about to rape her.
But he eventually reaches for her neck, where he bites painfully and licks with his tongue so disgustingly that she thinks like she is about to splash her vomit on him, which literally comes to her throat. Trying to creep back does not give her anything good and just lets her catch a breath. After that, the man attacks her again and slaps her in the face several times, while she screams loudly and makes sobs.
“STOP!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs.
“Fucking bitch…” Gilbert growls irritably. “Scumbag… I will make you pay for it…”
While Gilbert starts to kiss and lick her belly, holding her by the hips, Alicia throws a look somewhere aside. Her eyes stop on the high, glassy vase that fell on the floor when the man threw everything off the table. The girl quickly comes up with something – to try to knock this man out. She thinks this is the only way to save herself somehow.
“Vase…” Alicia thinks with tears in her eyes, while Gilbert is running his dry hands over the inside of her thighs, rudely squeezing her breasts with his fingers, which he later gets in her underwear and starts to rudely stimulate her clitoris and examine her vagina. “The one that’s lying on the floor… What if… I try… To knock him out? Play time and run away? Or he won’t let me go… This man is obsessed with me… I can’t fight with him… I’m too weak to fight with him…”
Alicia makes a moan full of pain and despair when Gilbert starts stimulating her clitoris too rudely.
“But if I want to save myself from him, I have no choice…” Alicia decides. “I must do my best to save myself and run away from here. I don’t know how… But I’ve gotta run away from this man. Who doesn’t understand what I am saying to him…”
The problem is that Alicia cannot reach the vase because it’s lying too far. But if she crept closer to it, she would grab it and hit Gilbert on the head as strongly as possible. However, to save her life, she is ready for anything. The woman understands that she must fight and stop this nightmare that may last forever if she does not resist it. That’s why Alicia uses moments and slowly goosebumps closer and closer to the glassy vase. Even if doing this is not easy because Gilbert always pulls her on himself.
“You will not go away from me, Alicia Irene Thompson,” Gilbert says with a smug smile and gives Alicia a continuous kiss on the lips, rudely grabbing her buttocks. “I shall deal with you, fucking whore…”
“Ar-r-r. I wish the day I met you there, at that fucking club, was cursed,” Alicia hisses through her teeth, rudely pushing Gilbert off herself.
“You will not leave this place until I fuck you.”
“No!”
“You will be a slave of mine until the last day of your life. Who will be doing everything I want.”
“I’m no longer yours!”
“YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MINE!”
“NO!”
Alicia needs a little time to grab the vase and hit Gilbert on the head. But when she wants to do the final push toward her salvation, the man grabs her leg and pulls her on himself.
“WHERE YOU ARE GOING, BITCH!” Gilbert throws rudely.
“LET ME GO!” Alicia begs at the top of her lungs.
“YOU WILL LEAVE WHEN YOU GIVE ME A BLOWJOB!”
Gilbert rudely squeezes and bites Alicia’s breasts and nipples, seeing she gets first hickeys on her neck after his strong bites.
“DON’T DO THIS, IT’S HURT!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs with tears in her eyes.
“SPREAD YOUR LEGS RIGHT NOW, WHORE!” Gilbert growls, spreading Alicia’s legs by force and starting to rudely stimulate her clitoris again.
“STOP! ENOUGH! A-A-A-A-A!”
“Get ready, I shall get my penis into your fucking ass right now and make you bring me to the top of the world.”
“NO-O-O-O-O-O-O!”
Despite the hopelessness of the situation, Alicia does not give up and tries to reach for the thing she wants to grab, breathing heavily after a long fight with the psychically strong man. While Gilbert caresses her whole half-naked body with his dry hands and covers her belly with kisses with quiet moans and pulls her knickers slightly to caress her pubis with his lips.
Some time later, Alicia finally gets a chance to reach for the vase that she moves closer to her. She takes it tightly and hits Gilbert on the head as strongly as possible when he opens up a clatter of her bra that he puts aside, rudely massages her breasts, and grabs her tough nipples, which he also caresses with his tongue.
Gilbert sharply lets Alicia go, feeling strong pain in the back of the head, which he sharply grabs, while the girl quickly takes her bra and covers her naked breasts with it. She gets horror in her widely open eyes while watching what’s happening. The man starts looking into the distance with his dead eyes, feeling a little sick and seeing worse and worse because his vision is getting bluer. The pieces of the vase, with which the woman just hit the man on the head, are lying around him, and some of them slightly dissect his forehead, on which some blood shows up.
Gilbert is getting worse and worse every second, and his headache is getting stronger and stronger as well as the fact that he is feeling sick. That’s why it’s easily possible to hear quiet, painful moans.
“Bitch…” Gilbert pronounces quietly. “Ugh…”
A few seconds later, Gilbert falls to the floor unconscious like a stone. Then he stops moving and makes no sound anymore. His forehead starts bleeding, his dead eyes are open wide and set into the distance, his skin gets sharply white, and his lips get a little shade of blue.
Alicia cannot move for a few seconds and has horror in her eyes while watching the unconscious Gilbert with a heavy breath, still holding a stump of the vase that got broken against his head and trying to come to herself after what she had to get through. But later, she realizes that she got what she wanted and has knocked the man out, who was licking and feeling up probably her whole body.
It’s time to run. But something holds the young woman down. She cannot move her shocked look off Gilbert lying on the floor unconscious, feeling a crazy heartbeat that echoes in her head, and realizing that drops of sweat are slowly sliding down her cheeks. Her offender gets deathly white some time later, and his widely open eyes keep looking into the distance. That’s what makes her feel scared.
“Gilbert…” Alicia pronounces in a little shaking voice, creeps to Gilbert very carefully, and slightly touches his shoulder after she barely puts on her bra. “Gilbert…”
Alicia looks at Gilbert quickly and sees that the man’s head is covered with much blood, which she has on her hands after she touches it. Because she feels something bad, her heart starts squeezing strongly, and she gets obsessed with all the worst things ever.
“Gilbert, can you hear me?” Alicia asks in a little shaking voice. “Gilbert! Say something to me! Please! Gilbert…”
Sniffing quietly, Alicia claps Gilbert slightly on his cheek with tears in her eyes to try to wake him up. And then she guesses to check the pulse on his neck, putting two fingers on it. And she gets horrified when she finds out he does not have it.
“No…” Alicia pronounces with horror in her widely open eyes. “No, no… It can’t be true… No…”
Alicia tries to check Gilbert’s pulse in different areas of his neck and his wrist several times, but she does not feel even a slight beat.
“No…” Alicia shakes her head sharply, starting to understand that she could accidentally kill this man when trying to protect herself. “No…”
Alicia tries to feel a pulse on Gilbert’s neck and wrist, getting more obsessed with panic and thinking of the worst things more and more every second.
“Gilbert!” Alicia exclaims with pity in her eyes. “Gilbert, answer me! Gilbert! Please, let me know if you’re alive. Gilbert! GILBERT!”
Alicia looks at Gilbert, who might be dead, and does not give any signs of being alive, with her widely open eyes.
“NO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs. “A-A-A-A!”
Alicia sharply gets up on her feet and grabs her hair, letting the stump of the vase go that gets broken with a loud sound, and moves her horrified, dumbfounded eyes on Gilbert, the head of who keeps bleeding, and the eyes of who are still looking into the distance and look literally dead.
“My God, no!” Alicia exclaims, closing her mouth with both hands. “I couldn’t do this! It can’t be the truth… He isn’t dead! Gilbert is not dead!”
Alicia looks at Gilbert with pity in her eyes, literally begging him to wake up and let her know he is still alive. But sadly, it’s not happening. The woman did kill Gilbert accidentally, not thinking of the force. The deathly white man is bleeding, having his eyes open and not moving, and the attempts of Alicia to feel the pulse again make her much more sure that she has become a killer against her wish.
“NO!” Alicia screams at the top of her lungs with horror in her eyes. “IT CAN’T BE TRUE! A-A-A-A!”
Alicia grabs her hair with both hands.
“I DIDN’T WANT TO DO IT!” Alicia pronounces with despair and sniffs quietly. “I DID NOT WANT IT!”
Alicia starts shaking the dead Gilbert and clapping him on the cheeks.
“GILBERT, PLEASE, DON’T DIE!” Alicia screams. “DO NOT DIE! LET ME KNOW IF YOU’RE ALIVE! I’M BEGGING YOU! GILBERT! G-I-I-ILBE-E-E-E-E-ERT!”
Understanding that it’s the truth more and more, Alicia starts to scream loudly at the whole office and nervously walks from one side to another, not knowing what to do. She is worried that at least someone in the house heard the sound of the breaking vase and would realize everything when they saw Gilbert’s bloody head and his dead body lying on the floor. And if they tell the police about it, and they are investigating the murder, Alicia might go to prison… Where the girl does not want to go…
“My God, I don’t want to go to prison…” Alicia says with horror in her eyes in a shaking voice. “I don’t want… No… I’d rather let the whole city know me as a dirty prostitute than I’d become a killer.”
Alicia makes a couple of loud sobs.
“God, please, forgive me!” Alicia begs with despair. “I didn’t want to kill this man! Didn’t want… I just tried to protect myself and run away. I swear! I didn’t wanna kill… Didn’t want…”
Because of excitement, Alicia’s heart starts beating much stronger, she is shaking strongly, and her legs get weaker and weaker, barely holding her weight. She could get through much – even being raped by Gilbert, but not the murder that she committed accidentally.
The woman is terribly afraid that some of Gilbert’s bodyguards might come here, see the dead body of him, and betray her to the police, guessing what happened here. But nobody has come here yet, even if it’s been some time. So, Alicia decides to try to run away from here. Yes, she understands she might do a very bad thing, but she wants to go to prison much less. So, she wants to leave. Even if her clothes are ripped into pieces, and she would have to walk outside naked. She is ready to do this not to let anyone from Gilbert’s surroundings put her in prison.
“Run…” Alicia pronounces quietly. “Run before it’s too late… Even if I have to walk outside, wearing only underwear… I don’t want to go to prison… Don’t want…”
Alicia swallows up nervously.
“I will leave…” Alicia decides. “I will be hiding… If I can do this, I will leave this place as soon as possible and never come back to London. No… I’m ready to live even somewhere on the street and be alone not to be in prison.”
Alicia looks at Gilbert, whose head gets covered with much more blood, for a few seconds. And then she takes her ripped shirt and jeans from the floor, quickly puts all of them away, and finds her shoes, the zipper of which she barely closes. The shocked woman walks in circles for some time, putting two parts of the ripped shirt together, but then she comes to the door, carefully opens it, and sees some big men walking somewhere far from here and are not interested in what’s happening here.
The woman quickly understands that she will not run away through the hall door. But she sees another one not far from her. This is a back door, which can also keep her outside. She has a little hope that Gilbert will not think of telling his people to stand there, and she will secretly run away from here. So, Alicia decides to risk.
Silently crossing her fingers, Gilbert’s former lover leaves the office on tiptoe, closes the door after her, and comes to the back door very quietly. Gilbert’s bodyguards forgot about the command of their boss and are somewhere in the other corner of the living room, talking about something and laughing quietly. Alicia thinks this is help from someone in heaven and decides to use the moment. To her surprise, the woman sees the bag that Gilbert’s bodyguards took away from her after they caught her at the airport. It’s placed not far from the back door. She takes it with shaking hands and comes closer to the door. Not wasting time, the brunette opens the door, looks around scarily, sees there is nobody, and decides to keep moving on.
There are no Gilbert’s people here. So, Alicia quickens a step more and more every second and quickly reaches for a small gate that, to her happiness, is open. After making sure that nobody would see her running away, the woman leaves this place with her bag in her hands, having a horror in her eyes when thinking of the scene that still makes her shake strongly and makes her heart beat like crazy as if it’s about to jump out of the chest.

“After that event, that bitch ran away and was hiding from the police for a long time,” Eleanor says. “She was afraid of the responsibility for the murder of the innocent man. But at some moment, she got tortured by remorse, came to the police station, found the investigator, and confessed everything. And we were told about that on the same day… For that, we left all of our business and went to the police station to spit in that bitch’s face and let her know she would pay for what she did.”
Eleanor proudly raises her head.
“We were sure Alicia would go to prison,” Eleanor adds. “And our lawyer assured us that the bitch would not avoid the punishment. But not, the judge was a corrupt scumbag, who found her non-guilty and set her free. She charged my father for everything because he allegedly tried to rape that idiot.”
Eleanor puts her hands on her hips.
“After that, your aunt got so excited that she fainted,” Eleanor says and smirks evilly. “Someone called an ambulance, and she was taken to the hospital right from the courtroom. I don’t know how long she was there, but I wanted that bitch to die.”
Eleanor clenches her hands tightly into fists.
“My family and I were furious and shocked by the sentence,” Eleanor says confidently. “We were almost sure we would win, but that scumbag managed to avoid it. That slut avoided the punishment after she shamelessly killed my father! She ruined my family! Because of her, my dad left my mother. He exchanged the wonderful and caring woman with that thankless bitch, who was fucked by a big part of London.”
Eleanor slightly raises her head with a much more arrogant look.
“So, my dear, now you know why I’ve been chasing her for so many years,” Eleanor says confidently. “And be sure, I will not calm down until that prostitute dies with torture. Until I send her where she belongs. However, I am very close to my goal.”
Eleanor crosses her arms over her chest, looking at Raquelle with a sly smile. While the girl gets shocked after everything she has heard. She is overwhelmed by the fact that Alicia could do that and became a lover of the rich man, who was almost proving for her for some time. Even after this long story, she still thinks Eleanor is trying to slander her in the same way Terrence MacClife did it to her. Raquelle is sure her relative would have never done what not every girl would find the courage to do.
“No…” Raquelle shakes her head. “No, it’s not the truth! Not the truth!”
“It is the truth!” Eleanor protests with her head proudly raised. “And you, girl, will have to take it. Take the fact that your auntie is by far not as holy as you have always thought.”
“I do not believe you!” Raquelle says loudly with tears in her eyes. “It’s a lie! My aunt could not do that!”
“But she was doing that,” Eleanor shrugs.
“Aunt Alicia is not a prostitute. She has never slept with anyone she barely knows.”
“I understand it’s hard for you to believe it because your aunt is almost an old woman. But trust me, if she was as young as she was, you would stop doubting it.”
“You are lying!” Raquelle shouts at the top of her lungs, breathing heavily enough and tightly clenching her hands into fists. “YOU ARE LYING! My aunt has never been a prostitute! NEVER! SHE IS A DECENT WOMAN.”
“No, sweetie, I am not lying. I told you everything I knew.”
“Aunt Alicia has always said she would lie in bed only with her husband. Nobody else!”
“Do you believe her?”
“Stop insulting her now.”
“You know, I do not doubt her beloved niece took after her. I am sure you also slept with many men to get so famous.”
“Who told you that? WHO? TELL ME? How do you know it? How do you know what you could not actually know?”
“Oh…” Eleanor smiles slyly. “I had been collecting all the information literally with small pieces before I folded a difficult puzzle.”
Eleanor strokes her chin.
“I had to ask many people, who were aware of this story,” Eleanor confesses. “Of course, not everyone agreed to speak, but someone was very talkative. For some money, surely. And there were people that were working at the nightclub where your aunt was shaking her naked ass when she was young.”
Eleanor smirks evilly.
“Anyway, I have a great advantage,” Eleanor adds thoughtfully. “I am the daughter of the deeply respected Gilbert, Woodham, who is also loved and deeply respected by everyone. Yes, even if the judge charged him with trying to rape your aunt, there are those, who did not believe the words of that bitch and still have good memories of that man.”
“Probably, those people wanted to slander Aunt and whitewash your father.”
“No, sweetie, if you asked your aunt personally and pressed her against the wall, she would tell you all the truth. Maybe, she would hide something not to get ashamed. But Alicia would confirm she fucked men for money and killed my daddy.”
“LIAR!” Raquelle yells at the top of her lungs. “INSOLENT LIAR! You will pay me for slandering! I will personally sue you for slandering my aunt! You will have to pay for it! I will not leave it unnoticed!”
“But before blaming someone, prove that your aunt was not a slut when she was young and did not kill the person,” Eleanor says confidently with a proud look and a sly smile. “Any words must be proven, and you have no way to whitewash your auntie.”
“I shall do my best for that. I swear, Eleanor, if you really slandered my aunt Alicia, you will have to regret it.”
“If only it didn’t happen that the judge would make you pay you and your aunt moral damage, not me.” Eleanor smirks evilly. “Who could’ve become my stepmother if Dad had married her. Hm… The stepmother, who is just ten years older than me.”
“As I understand, you did not want your father to marry her,” Raquelle assumes.
“Yes, I didn’t really want that woman to be my stepmother. And I made millions of attempts to try to make Father sure he did not need a mob, who he found in that club and took under his wing. But he was headstrong because he was smitten over love for that prostitute and thought I was a child, who didn’t have to do with his business.” Eleanor shakes her head. “Dad didn’t believe his own daughter and heard no pray about not leaving my mother. And it would’ve been okay if he had brought a good, decent woman. Maybe, I would’ve taken it later. Or maybe, I wouldn’t have to live with her.”
Eleanor clenches her hands tightly into fists.
“But a fucking whore that had been in a bed of hundreds of men would have never lived in my houses,” Eleanor says confidently. “ONLY OVER MY DEAD BODY! If Father had dared to marry Alicia, I swear I would have turned the life of that whore into real hell. She would’ve run away from the house in only her underwear. She would not have wanted to stay there.”
“Do not dare to call my aunt a prostitute,” Raquelle resents, tightly clenching her hands into fists. “DO NOT DARE! SHE IS NOT A PROSTITUTE! SHE IS A DECENT WOMAN!”
“I do not care if you believe what I’ve told you,” Eleanor says with an arrogant look. “I had only to tell you about the great youth of your aunt. And I did it. I do not care what will happen next.”
“Did you want me to have hatred for my aunt after this confession? Me to start to consider her a cum as well as you do?”
“Would be great,” Eleanor smiles slyly. “In this case, you would not be grieving for that bitch after she died. She has nobody else to do. So…”
“Forget it, Eleanor. I love my aunt, Alicia, despite nothing. Despite what she was, and what she is. And be sure, I shall be defending her until the last breath.”
“Alright, do. But it will be worthless anyway. Because that scumbag will die anyway.”
“No, Eleanor, don’t do this…”
“I have been waiting for this moment for sixteen years. And I am not going to wait for more.”
“Please, Eleanor, don’t do this,” Raquelle begs with pity in her eyes, coming closer to Eleanor. “Let my aunt go… Take all the money and let her go…”
“Seriously?”
“I swear we will forget and not think about what happened if you leave her alone.”
“Listen, Cameron, are you really an idiot?” Eleanor simpers contemptuously. “Do you think I will give up so easily after I planned everything so well?”
“I’m begging you…”
“No! I made you come here not to let you and your aunt go so easily. You two will die today.”
“No, please, no…”
“My people are impatiently waiting for the moment to deal with both of you. Deal with Alicia and then you.”
“No, Eleanor, no!” Raquelle begs loudly in despair.
“Alright, I’ve got no time and wish to talk to you,” Eleanor waves her hand. “I’ve been talking to you for a long time for nothing!”
“Eleanor…”
“Now we should talk more seriously. Come here, dyed bitch…”
Eleanor comes to Raquelle sharply and gives her a strong slap. After which she immediately feels a strong pain, rubs her burning cheek for two seconds, and answers the woman back. A couple of more mutual slaps before the ladies tightly grab each other’s hair and later start fighting hand-in-hand. They fight off each other, give strong hits with their legs and hands, drag each other by the hair, and keep fighting after they fall to the floor.
“Leave my aunt alone!” Raquelle demands.
“Never!” Eleanor throws loudly. “That bitch will pay me for killing my beloved daddy.”
Eleanor and Raquelle keep fighting with each other for some time, giving painful enough hits with legs and hands, wishing to pull the hair of their opponent, rolling on the floor, and protecting themselves with everything they see. But at some moment, the doors opens sharply, and Alexander runs into it as well as a few policemen after they pick up a good moment and find a way to get into the house and come to the office where the ladies’ fight is happening. All of them are holding pistols pointed at the criminal, who strikes her opponent easily on the writing table, raises herself above her, and grabs her painfully by the hair.
“The police!!” one of the policemen exclaims loudly. “Do not move!”
Eleanor shakes immediately in a scare, gets straight sharply, and looks at all the policemen with her scared eyes, while they are surrounding her and Raquelle, who gets up on her feet, pulls her t-shirt, and fixes her little disheveled hair.
“What the fuck?” Eleanor resents quietly.
“Ms. Eleanor Woodham, you are arrested on the charge of cheating, evading paying taxes, money laundering, and kidnapping of the person,” Alexander says loudly and clearly, holding his pistol pointed at Eleanor and keeping calm. “Raise your hands up and stay in the same place.”
“What?” Eleanor rounds her eyes. “How did you end up here? Who let you in? GUARDS! GUARDS, COME HERE NOW! HOW DID YOU DARE TO LET THE STRANGERS IN?”
“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.”
“No!” Eleanor screams at the top of her lungs. “I will not give up while I am alive!”
“Did you hear what I told you?”
“I shall not go with you! Dying is better than giving up and being in a dirty prison cell!”
“Give up, Ms.! We are giving you a chance to do it in a good way, at your wish. Or we will have to take measures.”
“NEVER!”
“You would make everything better if you made a full confession and got on with the police.”
“I SAID I WOULD NOT GO TO PRISON! AND I WILL NOT CONFESS WHAT I WILL NEVER REGRET!”
“You have got no place to go, Eleanor Woodham! We will catch you and get you arrested anyway!”
“DO NOT EVEN DREAM!” Eleanor bellows at the top of her lungs, getting nervous because she got blindsided but trying not to show her fear. “YOU WILL NOT CATCH ME!”
“Listen, Ms. Woodham…”
“And yeah, how do you dare to charge me for something? I am Eleanor Woodham! The daughter of the late, all-favorite Gilbert Woodham! How did you dare to go against a member of his family and get me ARRESTED? YOU ARE CRAZY, GENTLEMEN?”
“We do not care whose daughter you are. You violated the law. And you must get a harsh punishment for that.”
“How do you dare?” Eleanor resents. “You will regret it much! I will report you and do my best for you to have to find another job. Or for you to actually not be able to get it.”
“Eleanor, you better give up,” Alexander advises confidently in a cold voice. “You would make it better. Do not make everything worse and give up on us.”
“Do not even hope, Mr. Policeman!” Eleanor exclaims with her head proudly raised. ELEANOR WOODHAM WILL NOT GO WITH YOU ANYWHERE!”
“Ms. Woodham….”
“I WOULD BETTER DIE THAN GIVE UP ON YOU AND GO TO PRISON! DO NOT HOPE!”
“Give up. Or we will have to open fire and shoot at you.”
“OPEN IT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT! I SHALL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU ALIVE! ONLY OVER MY DEAD BODY!”
“Eleanor Woodham…”
Alexander does not speak everything he wants because Eleanor, who gets enraged because Raquelle did take the police with her and gets very nervous, moves her eyes full of evil to the young brunette. Who looks at her scarily and is getting horrified while waiting for what will happen next and feeling her heart beating very fast. And two seconds later, to her horror, Eleanor presses Raquelle sharply to herself and puts an arm tightly around her neck. The woman takes a pistol from the pocket of her coat and puts it against her temple. That’s why the girl gets sharply white and gasps with widely open eyes.
“Eleanor…” Raquelle pronounces in a strongly shaking voice. “What you are…”
“You, nasty bitch,” Eleanor pronounces with evil in her eyes, putting the pistol tighter to Raquelle’s temple. “You, brainless chicken! WHAT WERE YOU TOLD TO DO?”
“Eleanor, p-p-p-please…”
“I did tell you to bring no police! Why did you not listen to me? WHY ARE YOU SO STUPID AND DEAF?”
“Ms. Woodham, let the girl go and put your gun down,” one of the policemen demands confidently, pointing his pistol at Eleanor.
“NEVER!” Eleanor screams at the top of her lungs.
“Let the girl go right now!”
“SHE WILL NOT GET OFF ME!”
Meanwhile, Raquelle sniffs quietly with her eyes, which are wet from tears.
“I SHALL KILL THIS GAL!” Eleanor says loudly. “I SHALL KILL HER AS WELL AS HER AUNT! WHO MUST HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO PRISON SIXTEEN YEARS AGO!”
“No, Eleanor, no…” Raquelle pronounces quietly, shaking her head. “For God’s sake, don’t do this…”
“SHIT UP, SCUMBAG!” Eleanor puts the pistol against Raquelle’s temple much tighter and pulls her sharply. “AND DO NOT MOVE!”
“Eleanor, let this girl go right now,” Alexander demands confidently.
“I am going to kill her, as well. Take the money that she brought, kill this bitch and her aunt, and get rid of the clues and corpses of these cads.”
“We are giving you a chance to give up by your wish. Just let Ms. Cameron go, put the gun on the floor and raise your hands up.”
“ONLY OVER MY DEAD BODY!” Eleanor roars hysterically.
“Ms. Woodham…”
“If you want me to give up, kill me right now! I shall give up on you alive!”
“Eleanor, please, let me go…” Raquelle begs in a quiet, shaking voice with horror in her eyes. “It would be worse for you…”
“Shut up, you, stupid bitch!” Eleanor grabs Raquelle by the neck much tighter while the girl gives quiet sobs and strongly shakes from fear. “Since you’ve got a little brain and cannot use it well, you will have to pay a great cost for your stupidity. You did want me to do what I’ve been dreaming for so long.”
“I’m guilty of nothing…” Raquelle says in a shaking voice in despair. “Not guilty…”
“Shut up, scumbag!”
“Please, don’t kill me…”
“I DID SAY YOU WOULD DIE ANYWAY!” Eleanor sharply presses Raquelle to herself when she tries to get out of her grip. “STAY QUIETLY BITCH! STAY, I SAID!”
“Eleanor Woodham, give up!” Alexander demands coldly, tightly holding the pistol pointed at Eleanor with both hands. “You have done enough things! Enough! It’s time to pay for your crimes before the law.”
“THERE IS NOT THE ONE! THERE WAS NOT AND THERE WILL NOT BE!”
“The law is the same for everyone. For rich and poor people. Everyone must follow it.”
“Exactly! MUST follow. It has to do with you, people.”
“Listen, Ms. Woodham…”
“If there was a law, Alicia Thompson would be in prison and dying in a torturous way. Paying for what she did somehow.” Eleanor says nothing for two seconds, literally killing the policemen with her eyes full of evil. “Paying for killing my father. The most respected man in entire of England! That bitch killed him! Shamelessly killed! And she did not pay for that! Because of that fucking judge and the lawyer of that scumbag! Who MUST be burning in the hell for having to do with the fact that she was found non-guilty.”
“No, don’t do…” Raquelle shakes her head sharply.
“When I found out how my father died and what bitch killed him, I swore I would kill Alicia Thompson’s family. I would do this early or late. I would revenge on the killer for the death of my closest person. For almost depriving me of my close friend, who is no longer able to live a normal life after that bitch hit her with a car. BEFORE THE EYES OF TENS PEOPLE! AND SHE RAN AWAY LIKE A FUCKING CRIMINAL!”
“No…”
“And now I can kill not only her. I can kill that dirty slut Cheryl, who deprived my father of the mind, and the chicken that thinks she would change my mind and make me sure to give up on the police.”
“You’re making a mistake!” Raquelle shouts with despair.
“Only my father made a mistake when he met your aunt at the club and took her under his wing.”
“Please, Eleanor…” Raquelle sniffs quietly, shaking strongly enough from fear. “Throw the gun…”
“Close your mouth, stupid gal,” Eleanor hisses through her teeth.
“Eleanor…”
“I am right when I say you do not have brains.” Eleanor smirks evilly. “Well, why would a pathetic model, whose career is about to be over very soon, need them? She should only know how to shake her naked ass and please powerful men, so they pay for everything. However, you have a wonderful teacher that was rocking on in her young years.”
“Don’t kill me and Aunt, please…” Raquelle adds with pity in her eyes. “I don’t want to die… I don’t want to lose my aunt…”
“STOP CRYING!”
“Eleanor, enough!” Alexander demands loudly. “Let the girl go right now!”
“NEVER!”
Meanwhile, Raquelle tries to break free and run as far as possible. However, Eleanor presses the girl much closer to herself, still keeping the pistol tightly put against her head and grabbing her neck with an arm so strongly that the girl literally cannot breathe.
“Stay quiet, bitch,” Eleanor hisses with evil in her eyes. “Or you will die earlier than the sun goes down! DO NOT MOVE, I SAID!”
“Eleanor, lower the gun!” Alexander demands loudly, getting closer to Eleanor slowly to help Raquelle get out of the trap.
“I WILL NOT DO!”
“Do not make everything worse! You have done committed enough crimes. Do not make your life much worse.”
“SHUT UP!” Eleanor shouts at the top of her lungs.
“Ms. Woodham…”
“STAY IN THE SAME PLACE, MY DEAR!” Eleanor sharply points her gun at Alexander. “STAY THERE, I SAID! OR YOU AND THIS CHICKEN WILL HAVE TO REGRET IT!”
“We do not want to do something bad to you,” Alexander says confidently. “We have no goal of bringing everything to opening the fire. We always want to solve the problem peacefully.”
“YOU HEARD WHAT I SAID! STAY IN YOUR PLACE!”
“Ms. Woodham, please, calm down,” one of the policemen says confidently, also keeping a pistol pointed at Eleanor. “Do not do stupid things. We really want to do nothing bad to you.”
“I will do nothing to you if you leave at your wish. If you leave my house shortly. And if you let all my guys go. In case you dared to get some of them arrested.”
“We will not leave until we get you arrested.”
“You would waste your time.”
“Trust me, giving up on the police would be the best thing for you.”
“NEVER AND NOT FOR ANYTHING!” Eleanor starts threatening all the policemen with the pistol. “You can bring here the whole police force of England. But I shall give up on you! You will not catch me!”
“You are making everything worse,” one of the policemen says confidently. “And playing time.”
“Leave this place! Let me finish the business! I shall kill this young whore and that old prostitute, Cheryl, who is waiting for the moment to pay for everything.”
“No, Eleanor, do not do this…” Raquelle begs with pity in the eyes, giving a few sobs and moving her wet, scared eyes on Eleanor. “Please… Don’t do this…”
“Alright, I am sick of this! The show has lasted for too long… It’s time to end it right now.” Eleanor moves the pistol to all the policemen and points at Alexander, who is standing much closer than the others. “Put your pistols in front of my legs and raise your hands up!”
However, nobody moves and wants to do what Eleanor is telling them to do, while she gets furious because the policemen are doing nothing.
“NOW!” Eleanor screams with evil in her eyes. “PISTOLS ON THE FLOOR! HANDS IN FRONT OF YOU!”
Eleanor literally kills all the policemen with her eyes full of evil for two seconds, getting kind of green from the evil caused by the fact that nobody thinks she is speaking seriously.
“ARE YOU DEAF OR AS STUPID?” Eleanor roars and sharply puts the pistol against a temple of Raquelle crying quietly. “OR ARE YOU AS STUPID AS SHE IS?”
“Ms. Woodham…” Alexander wants to say quietly.
“I SAID, QUICKLY PUT YOUR GUNS ON THE FLOOR! OR I SHALL KILL THIS GAL!”
Eleanor would not play time and would kill right now with great pleasure. But the policemen do not let her do this, saving the girl from the worse. Or they are just delaying the moment for some time… Nevertheless, all these people have to do nothing but put their pistols in front of Ms. Woodham’s legs and raise their hands in front of them.
“PUT YOUR GUN AND RAISE YOUR HANDS UP, EVERYBODY!” Eleanor orders.
However, even after they put the gun on the ground, the policemen are not going to give up because Eleanor might shoot at Raquelle at any time or just take her somewhere to kill her without any witnesses.
“That woman went insane…” one of the policemen says quietly to his colleagues.
“We should think up something and do it very quickly,” the other policeman says confidently. “We must not let her go. Or she will come up with something else.”
“Damn, we should’ve shot at her much earlier,” the third policeman resents. “We can hardly do the fuck something! If you take a pistol, she may easily shoot anyone down.”
“Eleanor just understands that she is in a hopeless situation and gets very nervous because of that,” the fourth policeman notices confidently. “So, she’s fretting and fuming. Threatening the girl and making us put the gun on the floor.”
“Alright, guys…” Alexander takes a word. “When that woman gets busy with something, grab a pistol immediately and shoot. I guess this is the only chance to save Ms. Cameron and get Ms. Woodham arrested. Anyway, she can't run away from her because the guys closed all the exists from here and are ready to catch her outside in case Eleanor wants to get out through the window.”
“If only that woman didn’t plan something terrible…” the policeman shows anxiety, seeing that Eleanor having widely open eyes full of evil and hate and keeping the pistol against the temple of Raquelle shaking from fear, being terribly pale, and sobbing quietly.
“We should not let it happen. That girl and her relative must stay alive.”
“Anyway, she will not hide from us. Eleanor Woodham is in the trap. She will have to give up on her wish, or we will open the fire.”
“WHAT YOU ARE SAYING THERE!” Eleanor resents, pointing the gun at every single policeman.
“Nothing,” one of the policemen pronounces confidently.
“Are you thinking of a way to catch me?” Eleanor smirks evilly. “Do not want! You can do nothing to me!”
“You are making everything worse by what you are doing,” Alexander says confidently. “Stop it right now!”
“I shall do it when I kill these two whores that deserve it. And I shall do it right now before your eyes, since you are refusing to leave this place.”
“No, Eleanor, don’t do this…” Raquelle moans with pity. “For God’s sake…”
“Look! LOOK THERE!” Eleanor, grabbing Raquelle rudely by the hair, turns her head on the portrait of Gilbert that is hanging at the office. “LOOK! THIS IS MY DADDY! MY BELOVED DADDY, WHO WAS GUILTY OF NOTHING BUT DIED BECAUSE OF ONE NASTY ASSHOLE! RIGHT AT THIS OFFICE! EVERYTHING HAPPENED IN THIS PLACE! THIS ONE! IF NOT FOR THAT WHORE CHERYL, HE WOULD’VE BEEN ALIVE NOW! MOTHER AND HE WOULD’VE KEPT LIVING HAPPILY EVER AFTER! BUT THAT BITCH RUINED EVERYTHING! SHE RUINED OUR AMICABLE FAMILY! THAT WHORE MESSED UP EVERYTHING!”
“My aunt wanted to hurt nobody! She didn’t think of ruining anyone’s families.”
“She wanted money! As much as possible! So, Alicia seduced my father! And he did a stupid thing and succumbed to her tricks like a little boy.”
“No, that’s not the truth!”
“If her mother and father had known what their beloved daughter was doing, they would’ve rejected her. She worked as a prostitute at night clubs and danced in front of men with a naked ass and naked boobs. She hit my best friend with a car and pretended that nothing happened. She seduced the married man and took money from him. SHE KILLED HIM SHAMELESSLY!”
“Eleanor…”
“AND ALL THIS TIME, SHE HAS GOTTEN AWAY FROM IT! ALL THE TIME! THAT BITCH DID NOT GET A PUNISHMENT! EVEN FOR THE MURDER OF THE INNOCENT MAN! SHE KILLED HIM ON PURPOSE, BUT SHE WAS THE FUCK EXCUSED! THOUGH, THAT WHORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXECUTED!”
“Ms. Woodham, do not waste our time and make everything worse for you,” Alexander suggests quietly. “Just let Ms. Cameron go, raise your hands, and go to the station with us.”
“No, YOU do not waste my time! Take all these people, let my guys go, and get out of here!”
“Ms. Woodham, do not make it worse for you…”
“Please, Eleanor, do what Mr. Policeman tells you…” Raquelle begs with pity in her eyes and sniffs loudly, getting horrified by her own powerlessness in front of Eleanor. “Let’s end all of this…”
“Yeah, let’s do this,” Eleanor throws rudely and puts the pistol very tightly against Raquelle’s temple, pulling her down rudely every time she tries to resist. “Tell these people to leave. They are too insolent and refuse to obey the orders of Eleanor Woodham herself, the daughter of the late Gilbert Woodham, who was loved and respected by the whole country.”
“I don’t want to die…”
“MY FATHER DID NOT ALSO WANT TO DIE!” Eleanor explodes. “HE WANTED TO LIVE A LONG, FULL LIFE! INSTEAD, HE IS NOW LYING IN THE GROUND! WHILE MY WHOLE FAMILY IS STILL GRIEVING FOR HIM!”
“I’m so sorry…”
“YOU ARE NOT THE FUCK SORRY, BITCH! AS WELL AS YOUR AUNT, WHO ALMOST DEPRIVED ME OF MY BEST AND KILLED MY BEST FRIEND AND WISEST ADVISER!”
“Eleanor, for God’s sake, stop…” Raquelle begs loudly, not trying to hold herself down, letting herself cry bitterly, and praying so hard for any kind of help and the light at the end of the tunnel.
“Ms. Woodham, stop it now!” Alexander demands determinedly.
“Or what?” Eleanor smirks evilly, moving the pistol to Alexander, who raises his hands sharply in front of himself. “What will you do to me?”
“You have no place to go! Wherever you go, our colleagues are waiting for you everywhere. They will not let you leave this house and especially this neighborhood. We surrounded it from all sides.”
“You just want to scare me. You want me to feel unprotected and think that I have no other voice but to give up.”
“Make sure about it if you do not believe it. Look through the window!”
While the members of the police staff are whispering to each other and trying to find a way to solve the problem and do their best for nobody to suffer in the end, Eleanor moves her eyes sharply to one of the wide windows and really sees that her whole house is surrounded by the tough men in a blue uniform keeping their guns charged.
“Oh, shit…” Eleanor throws irritably. “How did my guys let it happen? WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?”
“Do you see you have no choice now?” Raquelle asks in a shaking voice. “Do you understand that it would be better for you to give up?”
“It’s all because of you, nasty bitch…” Eleanor growls with a heavy breath, grabbing Raquelle sharply by the hair and putting her pistol against her head. “All my plans went wrong because of you. YOU DID NOT LET ME DO WHAT I WANTED! YOU DID NOT!”
“Give up, Ms. Woodham!” one of the policemen encourages. “Nothing will help you now. We will not leave until we complete our mission.”
“I repeat, if you want to catch me, KILL ME! YOU CAN ONLY GET MY ROTTEN CORPSE ARRESTED!”
“No, Eleanor, I’m begging you, stop…” Raquelle begs with despair, wincing strongly and making quiet sobs. “Don’t kill me… Don’t kill my aunt… I don’t want to die… I don’t want to lose her…”
“Shut up, bitch!”
Eleanor gives Raquelle a very strong slap in the face, after which the girl shouts loudly and almost falls on the floor.
“You will die anyway!” Eleanor says confidently, grabs Raquelle rudely by the hair, and puts the pistol against her head. “Die as well as your beloved auntie, Alicia.”
“No, Eleanor, NO!” Raquelle screams with despair.
“I will take revenge right now. The revenge for all the years of my tears and suffering is about to come true. The killer will pay for the crime, and her relative will join her and die.”
“Stop, please…”
“Fuck, stop whining, motherfucker! Crying will not help you! EVEN IF YOU PRAY TO EVERYONE! EVEN IF YOU BECOME AS RELIGIOUS AS YOUR AUNT!”
“Raquelle!” Alexander pronounces loudly. “Raquelle, keep calm! It’s going to be alright, I promise you! We will find a way to solve this problem. Do not be nervous. While we are here, nothing will happen to you and your aunt.”
“Ha!” Eleanor smirks contemptuously, moving a cold look to Alexander and looking at Raquelle slyly. “Here’s the protector! He gives the gal false hope of surviving in the battle with Eleanor Woodham herself and saving that whore Alicia.”
“Don’t worry, Raquelle, we are here and will not leave. It’s going to be alright. Do not move and do not be nervous.”
“Oh, look… Cameron probably charmed Mr. Policeman… Who is so worried about her. He’s got fear in his eyes. At the thought that this second-rate model may suffer or actually die.”
“Please, Eleanor!” Raquelle begs desperately with widely open, scared eyes.
“Come on, Cameron, tell the policemen to leave!”
Eleanor turns Raquelle’s head on the policemen with a sly smile and puts the pistol against the curve of her neck, while the girl gasps quietly with a shake in her whole body.
“Do not test my patience, scumbag,” Eleanor throws rudely. “EITHER YOU, BITCH, WILL TELL THEM TO GO, OR YOU WILL DIE FROM A BULLET AT YOUR FOREHEAD!”
“No, Eleanor, NO!” Raquelle shouts with despair and tears in her eyes. “DO NOT DO! DON’T DO THIS!”
“DO NOT SCREAM, BITCH!” Eleanor gives Raquelle a very strong slap in the face. “YOU ARE AT MY HOME! MY FUCKING HOME!”
At some moment, Raquelle, barely understanding what she is doing, pushes Eleanor off herself with a loud growl, despite a threat to get a gun wound, and grabs the pistol tightly with both hands, trying to get it out of the hands of the evil woman. Ms. Woodham gets confused for a moment, but squeezes the gun with her fingers automatically, resisting the one, who has enough strength to fight. Later, Raquelle manages to get the pistol out of Eleanor’s hands, throw it as far as possible, and give her a couple of strong slaps, after which the woman loses balance and falls on the floor. They beat each other strongly with legs and hands for a few seconds, pull each other by the hair, fall on the writing table, roll down the floor, and unsuccessfully try to creep aside. But at some moment, the criminal fights off her opponent with a strong hit in the belly, finds her gun quickly, takes it, gets up on her feet, takes the girl under an arm, and presses her to herself, grabbing her by the hair and putting the barrel of the one against her head.
“You will regret it a lot if you dare to do it again,” Eleanor says rudely, literally killing Raquelle with her icy look. “YOU GOT IT, BITCH?”
“Let me go…” Raquelle begs in a strongly shaking voice.
“I shall kill you RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR AUNT! I will tell my people to bring her here and let her watch this! Watch her beloved niece for the last time. Watch her dying! May she feel what I felt when Nina told me that my dad was gone with tears in her eyes.”
“Eleanor, please…” Raquelle pronounces in a quiet, shaking voice.
“SHUT UP, CHICKEN!”
Eleanor gives Raquelle a couple of more strong slaps in the face, strikes her easily on the table, presses her tightly to it, and puts the pistol against the forehead of the girl crying bitterly and breathing heavily.
“NOTHING WILL HELP YOU!”
“Ms. Woodham, let the girl go now!” Aidan orders loudly and clearly. “Don’t make it worse!”
“I SHALL KILL HER ANYWAY!” Eleanor shouts. “AND NOBODY WILL STOP ME!”
“Listen to me…”
“Because everyone believes that all the rumors about her disgusting behavior are true, nobody will be grieving for this bitch. Everyone will be happy if she stops hurting people’s eyes.”
“You’re making a great mistake by making your hard situation much worse and wasting our time.”
“You are wasting your time by trying to make me sure to regret my actions. Make me forget about my revenge, forgive that prostitute Cheryl, and stop being obsessed with revenge for the death of my father, who was supposed to live a long and happy life.”
“We are truly sorry about you losing your father, whom you loved so much,” Alexander says quietly. “We are all sorry about your grief. But your actions do not make sense. If you do not stop, you will make it worse.”
“HOW DO YOU DARE TO SUGGEST THAT I FORGET EVERYTHING? HOW DO YOU DARE TO ADVISE ME TO FORGET MY CLOSE PERSON?”
“It’s been sixteen years, but you still cannot calm down,” Raquelle says in a shaking voice.
“I WILL CALM DOWN ONLY WHEN YOU AND YOUR AUNT ARE ROTTING IN THE GROUND!”
“Ms. Woodham, let’s calm down now and agree on everything,” Lucas suggests quietly.
“I WILL NOT AGREE WITH YOU ON ANYTHING! AND I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON YOU!”
“Ms. Woodham…”
“If none of you leaves my house right now, I will not let you do this! SO, I ADVISE YOU TO DO IT AT YOUR WISH!”
“Ms. Woodham…”
Eleanor looks at all the policemen for a few seconds with widely open eyes, understanding more and more that she is in a hopeless situation. And when she glances at the open door of the office at some moment, the woman shakes and tries to run away from here. But first, the policemen close the way and start holding the daughter of the late Gilbert tightly, while she is trying to get out of their grip so hard with hysterical shouts. And then Raquelle runs to her from behind, grabs Eleanor tightly by the hair, and pulls her into the office by force after the woman almost got out. The criminal slaps her in the face, gets the same one from her, and fights off her opponent with her feet and legs for a few seconds.
“Eleanor Woodham will not leave Ms. Cameron alone and will get what she wants,” Aidan says thoughtfully as he watches Raquelle pushing Eleanor off with a strong hit of the foot against her stomach and attacks her with fists. “Either she will kill her and her relatives, or she will run away alone or with both of them.”
“No, it will not happen,” Alexander says confidently. “Though she can't run away from here because the guys have surrounded the whole territory of the house and will catch Eleanor if she tries to run away from here alone or with Ms. Cameron and her relative.”
“What do we do, Inspector?” Aidan throws his hands up. “How do we finally pack her and take her to the police station? If we grab a gun, she will shoot someone down with no shame. That woman is really crazy. It seems like she went insane after the death of her father.”
“I agree, she may easily make anyone of us her victims.”
“Yeah, that Eleanor would not move her eyebrow. Just like she did not do it when she wounded someone when she was tried to get arrested a few years ago.”
“This time, we will do our best not to let anyone suffer. Neither you nor I nor Ms. Cameron and her aunt.”
While the policemen watch what’s happening, Eleanor manages to take the situation under her control. At some moment, she grabs the gun from the floor and puts it against the back of the head of Raquelle standing on her knees, while the girl is breathing a little heavily and feeling a little tired.
“Do not dare to move, bitch,” Eleanor hisses through her teeth. “Or I will shoot at your HEAD!”
“Eleanor, please…” Raquelle begs quietly with tears. “Don’t do this…”
“DO NOT MOVE, I SAID!” Eleanor grabs Raquelle by the hair with a free hand and pulls it strongly. “STOP MAKING ME MAD WITH YOUR WHINING!”
“No…”
“SHUT UP, SCUM!”
“I don’t want to die…”
“CLOSE YOUR MOUTH!” Eleanor slaps Raquelle in the face and closes her mouth tightly with her hand, while the girl moans something with pity looking at the woman and the pistol against her forehead with widely open eyes. “NOBODY WILL SAVE YOU ANYMORE! DO NOT EVEN HOPE!”
While Raquelle is starting to lose hope of getting out of this situation, Eleanor is not even going to give up and is ready to make her revenge come true with pleasure right before the eyes of many witnesses, who do not find the courage to grab a gun and open the fire. Though, the woman is terribly nervous because she ended up in a hopeless situation and cannot really run away anywhere because she is surrounded from all sides.
