As some of you know from my posts, I recently finished my third animatic, following Salm in Ghostwriter's second book, Mirac.

I thought it was kind of funny that I had the clearest idea for Salm's animatic since, although he is one of the main characters, I'd say he's one of the less important ones. I realized while making it that it was exactly because he's less 'special' than the others that he's one of my favourites.
Even though he's not strong magic-wise and doesn't have a particularly complicated life story, he's doing his best and trying to make the world a better place.
I thought this song was perfect because while it's probably originally about loving one person, for Salm it's about loving people in general, and how he believes it's the love between parents and children that's going to turn his dystopian world around.
