The Stranger is a different type of deer that no herd wants or will accept. His troubled background and youth has put him beyond the pale for other herds. Yet, he has managed to survive and thrive, but always alone, and always as an outcast. However, his troubled youth has given him skills and knowledge that allow him to act in ways much different than the rest of the deer around him. He has wandered from place to place, never fitting in, until one day he enters a very different forest and finds very different deer..
