Food. That explains everything.

No, no, no, no! You don't have to cook any food (though I would appreciate it as long as I could eat it.) You nor have to write recipes.

You write food.

You describe food.

You have to seduce the reader. With Food.

Whatever you write, food is supposed to be involved.

A date. A picnic. A certaintype of fight. It's your choice.

Let me give you an example.

"The cafe was full packed. Families chatting away on big tables. Teenagers goofing around. Couples... ew! Are they snogging. My poor poor eyes. My appetite... nothing can ruin my appetite. Today I'm on a date with my loves of life. There's my first love.He is so sweet. Pancakes. We bonded over breakfast when I was 3 year old. And then there is burger, and chocolate.Oh my god. He is already trying to seduce me. And then there is ice cream. Our love is like Romeo and Juliet. Our parents forbid us to meet when we were younger. At last I always end up eating him..."

For this contest I am going to give a story prompt and you can do a story, or a poem or whatever you want. The length of the story, poem, etc. doesn't matter. Prompt-

"Are your eyes closed?" he asked screaming against the howling wind hoping she could hear him.

"Yes!" she answered screaming from above him.

"Good. No matter what happens, you must keep them closed."

Write about a character who is stuck with a mental disability, any kind, and try to picture them as vivid as you can about how they go on with their lives. It must focus more on their disabilities, and not the characters around them. How you describe the story is all up to you. Is it a positive story? Is it a negative story?

For this contest, I want you to take the image below and create something with it. A story. A quote. A song. A poem. Any form of art you wish. Here is my example, it came to mind the first time I saw this picture:

As I jumped and skipped in the pouring rain, I knew people around me enjoying the sunny weather. All of them under their dimly lit umbrellas, seeing an imaged sunny day. You may not know but, the world has changed. It rains everyday without end. We’re lucky to see a sunny day. People started to complain, get lazy, and slow go into depression.  So, in response, scientists created an umbrella that creates an image the holder wishes to view. It was created for the greater good but also as an experiment. Everyone in the world received one of these ‘wondrous’ umbrellas. I did was well, and you would consider me an outlier in this experiment. I tried it and within the first second I threw it into the back of the closet. I didn’t need an umbrella to enjoy life. I could see it with my own eyes. Rain falls everyday, just like everyone’s hopes for a sunny day. I didn’t lose my hope, I never had to have hope. I had all I needed. A light, even if these clouds brought what everyone else saw as a darkness.

I never understood why, I still don’t. But, it doesn’t matter. Life can continue to pour down on me but I’ll never coward away. I’ll always stay out, taking anything and seeing it as a light. Even if no one else sees it.

That's just my example, I just want your response or thoughts to this picture in a form of art.

This is more of an experiment than anything, but I'm curious to see how it goes.

The first contestant will be given a prompt. The goal is to complete the prompt and create a new one at the end of your submission for the next contestant. This is not a serial contest! The prompts and submissions don't have to have anything to do with each other. They can be three random words, or a line of dialogue, or a setting, character, and item. The prompt you create for the next person can be anything, but please keep all submission less than 500 words! I want to see how many people we can get to participate. :)
