This story came to me out of the blue. I wanted to do something kinda different from what most popular authors write about nowadays but I also kept in mind that I am goodat writing stories like that. I dont have to strain for ideas because I immediately knew how I wanted the story to go. And although the beginning seems similar to the book Divergent, I like to believe that it quickly takes a completely different turn. The book starts off with a girl named Kara Larke, and its her choosing day. She sits there nervously awaiting for her assessments, when a mysterious shaggy haired boy gets shot and killed just before her eyes- and then he comes back to save her.

Hello! My name is Lurking Shadows, the first piece I am putting on this site is called Love Bites. The idea of this story came to me as I sat on my bed listening to music and thinking. I wanted to write something new, nowadays, most popular young adult fictions are about young girls in a dystopian land caught in a love triangle. I love those books, like many others, but I wanted to write something different.

My story, Love Bites, is about a young man named Michael who saves his best friend, and the love of his life, Annabelle, from an abusive relationship. Michael does his best to help Annabelle, and treat her right, but things take a turn for worst when someone winds up dead.
