Sooo, in honor of the upcoming Valentine's Day, I would like to start with a romantic out-of-this world adventure! LITERALLY! Set the scene!

Were you an astronaut that got stranded on a strange planet? Were your parents apart of an earth relocation expedition to inhabit a new planet and you were BORN on a different planet? Are you part of a dystopian world? What about the alien you fall in love with? Is he a prince? Is she a queen? Do you have a forbidden romance or are you betrothed? What's your story?!

The only requirement:

1.Someone falls in love with an alien at some point in the story.

2. Have fun on whatever made-up planet or adventure you come up with!

PS Let's try to keep it PG-13 for our younger writers, Please!

Sooo, I am back with my second contest. I think an adventure on the high seas is a good place to go! So here is the story line...your main character...whoever you choose...is captured by pirates on the high seas with a dog companion...any breed of your choice [it would be AWESOME if you specified the breed]. If you can keep it at about 2,000 words, that would be great! But no penalties if you don't lol OKAY so, the story must include:

A pirate captive main character

a dog, or any animal of your choosing

This is my first contest, but I am going to try my best to make it interesting. Write a story in which animals play a vital role in bringing a couple together. It has to be a romance, obviously, and bonus points if you can make it an adventure!...let's say no more than 2,000 words! Any animal is fine, even made-up ones! Okay, let your imaginations soar! While I will not be super strict on rating, try to keep it as close to PG-13 as possible for our younger readers! Thanks!

Your protagonist just found out that you boyfriend/girlfriend is a part of the gang. Not only that, he/she is the Gangleader. Expressing how your protagonist felt, write a lovely short story how he/she dealt with it and what happened next. Let loose your imagination.

The Rules are:

1. You have to include some kind of action anywhere in your creation.

2. Please kill someone in the story. It should not be your protagonist. (I like sudden death but don't make me cry.)

3. Every Gang has a rivalry. Make one of your choice.

4. Add some emotions. That will make your story better.

So, we have a beautiful picture from my dearest Wikia (Fandom) that makes an awesome prompt.  And I mean reallyawesome. In case the picture doesn't load, (I mean, what's a .jpg-large anyway?)  it reads:

"If you could save one character from death, who would it be? And why?What would happen if they were saved?"

Now, Penanians of Penana, you have four weeks to chose one character from any Fandom (but I will put up a long list of ones I'm affiliated with) and save them. Then write a story about how saving them changed the course of that Fandom for the better or the worse. The story should be PG, though if you have this awesome idea for a PG-13 story, please let me know and I will up the rating. No R stories, though. Sorry, guys.
