Choose one of these Urban Legends to write a short story about. Max number of words is 1500 but I don't really care.
The Black-Eyed Children:People report seeing children with solid black eyes who appear at their doorsteps asking to be let inside. The children act unnaturally, and those who let them in often report strange, frightening experiences afterward.
The Vanishing Hitchhiker:A driver picks up a hitchhiker, often a young woman, on a lonely stretch of road. She tells the driver where she needs to go and then mysteriously disappears during the trip. When the driver goes to the destination, they find out the girl had died in a car accident years earlier, in the exact area where they had picked her up.The Escalator DemonA person reports seeing a horrifying creature or ghostly figure at the bottom of an escalator at a mall or store. Sometimes the creature will follow the person up the escalator, only to disappear without a trace.The Elevator GameJust Google the game.The Red Room CurseA mysterious pop-up ad appears on people's computers with a red background and a message that says, "Do you like the red room?" or "You are in the red room." Tell me a story about a guy or a girl trapped in a snowy mountain, with nothing but a rope, a walkie talkie, walking stick, those lighter fire thingies that work even when they're wet, and a sleeping bag. no, I don't care if he/she finds a cabin. no, I dont care if he/she dies. Those are my given supplies and my given location. Don't limit yourself, I literally do not care. (limit 1500 words but make it shorter if u can).
