「寫作是一種治療的形式，我有時候會驚嘆的是，那些不寫作、不作曲或不繪畫的人，他們怎能不發瘋、不患憂鬱症，又怎麼能避開人類固有的恐慌心態。」格蘭姆格林說。

我喜歡文字，因為書寫能讓我思考，讓我不會變成木偶般活着的人類。

腦袋瓜裡的瘋狂想法，只要寫出來，就猶如把身體裡生出來的怪獸排拽出來一樣，整個人都為之舒暢。

我寫，大概就是為了這樣。
