Alex grabbed his backpack and stood up, watching as a bus slowly came around the curve to stop in front of him. With that, they quickly got on and went to take a seat at the back of the empty bus.
The bus groaned as it took off, leaving the bus stop. Alex bit his lip as he watched the seemingly abandoned bus stop slowly fade into the trees. He glanced around and saw the bus was full. How odd... He shook his head and sighed. You're just imagining things again Alex. He continued to look out the window when he started to hear some odd noises.
The noises were coming right behind him. Panting and moaning and the sound of high-pitched gasps left the seat. He went to turn around and peered into the seat behind him. He quickly saw two boys, one on his knees in front of the other and the second one getting his dick sucked. "O~Oh! You're so good... M~Mhm! Fuck, I love you my l-l-l-little shawty..."
Alex's eyes widened as he quickly turned around and sat in his seat. He quickly moved up a bit and stood in the aisle as he moved toward the front. He quickly grabbed an empty seat in the middle and heard giggling. He tried to ignore it but soon the giggles turned into full-blown laughter.
"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?" He turned around to stare at the seat behind him. Two feminine-looking boys were giggling as they clung to suitcases. Suitcases filled their seat. "D-Do.." The one with black hair kept giggling as they tried to speak. "you wanna buy a suitcase?" With that, the two started to laugh again.
Alex simply rolled his eyes and grabbed his stuff. "Yall need to go to a mental hospital if you think that's funny." He then moved towards the front as someone yelled out. "ALREADY HAVE BEEN BABE!"
Alex sat in the seat next to the driver. "Man, these people on the bus are crazy.." The driver nodded and smiled. "Their interesting though keeps me from getting bored. Don't worry, we're almost at your stop though." The bus driver spoke calmly as he focused on the road in front of him.
"Thank you, the sooner I can get away from them the better."
With that, the bus reached its destination. An all-white building with overgrown grass surrounding it. "Heh, thanks! See ya later!" Alex grabbed their stuff and walked off the bus.
They headed to the building and smiled. He twisted the door handle and slipped inside. "It's good to be back.."
"WAKE UP! PLEASE ALEX!" A girl was crying out and shaking the limp boy. They were forced to watch as he was rolled away to the operation room. His heart was falling. Lisa cried out as she watched the love of her life get taken away from her. It might be the last time she ever saw him. He had been in an accident. Driving down a busy road when a hijacked bus slammed into him. Alex had been in a coma ever since with no clear signs of recovering. Lisa cried out and slammed her fist into the ground. The swinging doors shut as the doctors reached the OR and went to work on Alex, leaving Lisa to pace around and wait. He was out of her hands. "Please, Alex.. come back to me."
As Alex entered the door he was surrounded by white. He didn't know what was going on. "W-Where am I?"
