Musical theater takes up your life. At least, my theater group has.729Please respect copyright.PENANAEec6xIrK7F
After the show I was in recently ended I totaled up my hours of theater for school. (Getting credits for fine arts.) I've put in over 100 hours of drama this year! I couldn't believe it when I saw the numbers.
I've loved musicals ever since I saw the Phantom of the Opera. It was truly amazing. I love the display of raw emotion that theater can bring. In my opinion it's a lot like writing. You have a character who has his or her own set of emotions, personality traits, and ideals. It's your job to get them out there somehow. For writers it's on paper. For actors it's on the stage. 729Please respect copyright.PENANA7sl2qpXm9a
I like the idea of the world being one giant play. There are leads, sidekicks, minors, and ensemble. You have villains, heroes, anti-heroes, and all the sub-categories. Everyone is constantly changing roles, even if they don't realize it. There's one giant mastermind that's continually writing the script. It's rather interesting to think about. 729Please respect copyright.PENANAj5ONrD2smi
I'm so happy to finally settle down!
