Maeve somehow managed to get herself and Fredrick down the tower, where they were kept.
But the problems start here.
Maeve took a deep breath.
"Lorba." She whispered.
Fredrick kept staring at her.
" What?" He asked.
" Show true self, let the sight of sadness speak and give me power to bring light. "
A circle of air circled Maeve, she closed her eyes.
Fredrick kept staring at her.
" Sola"
She lifted her arms, a bright light shined from her arms.
" Wincur."
Her feet began to shine.
" Incantus, Maeva."
Her whole body shined a bright and warm light.
" LORBA" she shouted.
A gulf of wind blew Fredrick away, he covered his face but the wind was too strong.
Suddenly it came to a halt.
Fredrick looked up, his eyes couldn't believe what he was seeing.
Maeve was dressed in a red armour with white spiral designs, her hair was half white half red, it was pulled up in pigtails. In her left hand she has a sword and in her right hand, she had a shield. When she opened her eyes she had her left eye almost white and her right eye red.
" What's going on ?" Fredrick asked walking towards her.
" This is my battle armour, but in this way, I can use magic."
" Magic ?"
Maeve nodded.
She closed her eyes and whispered.
" Light."
A sudden gust of wind blew away from her. The front door blew away and the guards outside fell to the ground.
Maeve took a deep breath and with a soft light returned to her normal attire.
" That was amazing! Why didn't use it before ?"
Fredrick seemed excited but Maeve wasn't.
" If I use my full power it may go out of proportion. I don't know to what extent my power goes."
Fredrick looked at her and placed a soft hand on her head.
" You're different from what I thought."
Maeve chuckled. " You too."
When she looked outside, she grabbed his hand. " Let's go."
Fredrick and Maeve ran towards the main building. Still unaware of what they'll find.
