It is 25th December.
The city is decorated with beautiful Christmas ornaments. The children are carrying big boxes of Christmas presents and holding hand in hand with their parents to attend Christmas parties.
Children with families taking care of them are very fortunate, but on the other side of the city, children in the orphanage are not able to feel the festive joy of Christmas. The orphanage has no decorations and no celebrations. The disappointment shown clearly on the children's face.
'It's already 23:55, we don't even have a simple gift nor a mini celebration. That's sad.' a child complains to her roommates.
Four minutes past, just a minute away from 26th, suddenly a knock on the door, the children think it must be the matron coming to check on them.
But when they look through the door viewer, to their surprise, its a Santa Claus carrying a bag of presents. The children scream with joy and excitement. They quickly open the door and rush to hug the Santa Claus.
The children finally get the chance to spend a Merry Christmas.
