"It's already 7 am in the morning! Wake up unless you want to be late for school!"
I opened my eyes unwillingly, hiding from the blinding sunlight.
"New to town with a made up name..." I walked over to take my phone and muted it.
"Ugh! I only slept for 3 hours last night! Oh, bed I love you so much but why would you ever abandon me?" I complained while walking to the living room.
Sparing a glimpse at the newspaper across the dining table, to say that my jaws dropped was an ultimate understatement-- I was so shocked to see that the date is 8th March!
"What?! Wait... Isn't it already the 19th today? How did that all happen in one night's time? Did I travel back in time? Am I experiencing the replica of the TV show currently showing on CCTVB? Whatever, i will just go to school first and deal with it later."
I rushed to the bus stop hoping that I can still catch the last bus before I'm late for school. Putting on my earphones, I didn't pay any attention to my surroundings.
"Ahhhhhhhh!!!" I looked over the where the voice came from, and saw a little boy lying on the floor, crying loudly.
"Wow! Is this the same scenario I witnessed before? Shall I rush over and help him instead?"
i unplugged my earphone, quickly helped him up and dialled 999. Although I still missed the bus at the end of the day, I didn't regret it at all, since I managed to save the boy before he got into a coma.
" Ring! Ring!"
" Hey! Why are you still in bed? You are running late already"
I immediately opened my eyes, but regretting the second later, as the bright light was hurting my eyes. I asked, " mom, what date is it today?"
"You alright my dear? It's the 19th of April! You have school today. Get up now or you'll definitely be late for school."
