The bus ride to school was ... let’s say, not fun. I ended up shoving multiple kids off my seat. Nobody can respect my space WHATSOEVER. I just got my schedule, and I’m already agitated of this school. I found my locker combination, and attempted four times to get it open. There was a kid who opened his quick right next to me. “Hey. Can you get open my locker?” He looked at me, but then smiled and did it for me. 274Please respect copyright.PENANA2nAw2quYyN

“Um, thank you.” That was too nice for someone attending this dump of a school. Sure, it’s considered modern. But really? Nothing modern about tan and gray walls. I walked pretty quick to my homeroom class. Thankfully, I have the same person for homeroom and first period. So I don’t have to switch. I was one of the first people in, so I set my stuff down on my desk. And waited quietly for class to start.
A couple minutes later a group of about eight people came in, all looked like models. They were laughing and sharing some type of joke I didn’t understand. Whatever they were doing, people enjoyed it. I didn’t.
This kid I didn’t know caught my eye. I heard one of the people in the group call him Jacob. He had light brown hair, fading into blonde. He had powerful light brown eyes, and wow. He was a pleasure to look at. He looked at me and flashed a picture-perfect smile.
I didn’t blush like I had a little crush. I just lifted my eyebrow at him and turned told Mr. Martinaz as he started telling us about the school and what we’re doing here. After an annoying forty-five minutes I got up to leave. I was already out the room at my locker as I checked my schedule. It said ELA - Mr. Martinaz. I got my stuff back out of my locker and sighed loudly as I walked back to his class. 274Please respect copyright.PENANA6Cf00Eo9Kc

That same dude, Jacob came and sat by me ... and I was impressed.
