“Hello, Zac.” I smiled to myself, Zac was my childhood friend, now he’s a big-time influencer. “Hi, Izzy!” I chuckled a bit, before starting conversation. “Why are you calling me, Mr. Famous?” I felt his smile as he laughed and said he’s just like me. Trust me, I don’t like him as a crush. 279Please respect copyright.PENANApom9k8roAz

“Gotta go, my parents are calling me,” I said quickly before ending the call. They weren’t. But it’s time for dinner. “Hey, Is!” My dad greeted me before sitting beside me with some fried chicken. “We have some news, Is,” he said. I cleared my throat and said OK. “Your mom and I have been thinking for a while. And since that thing with Mariam didn’t work out, we’re going to try a different approach.”
I nodded my head, but was completely confused. “Isabel, we’re sending you to public school.” I stared straight for a moment, before snapping back to reality. “What?! No! I don’t wanna be with all those nimrods!” My dad sighed and out his face in his palms
”Isabel. We can’t keep you away from the outside world forever. You gotta go back to public school.” I grumbled and muttered multiple things I couldn’t even understand before slamming my chair back and stomping up the stairs to my room.
That’s just wrong! They cannot send me back. I’ve had some traumatic experiences socially at school. . . And I’m not over it.
