One way to levitate the pain of a memory is to write it down; to move through the experience and let it go with each passing word and recognise that time has also passed if you want to take some lessons from your experience and think the extent of your pain won’t be permanent; that things do change and can get better.
I want you to know your very strong, you’ve been through hardships and fought hard to continue on; which is never easy but you won those battles: a feat to be proud of.
Our life experiences and the emotions we experience remind us we’re human, be human, feel human it’s okay to.
In all the experiences you’ve had, to me you lived, you felt emotions and experienced what the world has to offer and I think you too have a lot of value to give to all those lucky enough to interact with you.
I like the person you are, you’re your person; the person you are today formed through your life experiences. And I like the person you are now and the days after.
