"You played me! I knew I was wrong about changing you. I was so stupid! Of course, this only happens in stories! You know what?" said the girl.

"What?" said the boy smirking while making out with another girl, that is hardly wearing anything.

"I hate you." mumbled the girl with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Just those 3 words, those 8 little letters, they burned my heart.

I wanted to start all over again, I want to reach in and kiss those tears of her's off her soft, pale cheeks.

I never want to see her like that again.

I want to protect her.

I want to be her shield.

If only I can love her like I wanted to.

I want to spoil her.

A pretty face like that deserves everthing in this world.

I don't want her.

I don't like her.

I don't love her.

I need her.

But...

If you know what I mean.

It means she is gone forever.

It means I will never get to protect her or spoil her.
