She was fashioned after the seductive beauty of Aphrodite,who had arisen from the blood of Ouranos in the beginning of time.
And like Aphrodite, Pandora had an insatiable thirst for the blood and misery of mankind.

His sisters,Hera,Demeter and Hestia,adorned her with beautiful trinkets and a woman's curious nature.
She was given to the Titan Ephimetheus to be his companion on earth.
His brother, Prometheus,chained to the rock among the clouds,had warned him never to accept gifts from the God's but of course with a man's lust he was blind and saw only Pandora's beauty.
They had given her a chest of shining gold adorned with intricate carvings of God's and animals,but forbade her to open it.
One day she did just that and all the evils which beset us today flew out of the box with a fury, forever plaguing mankind.
And the most dangerous of all the demons to come out of the Golden Chest was Hope,that primordial God who dangles a carrot in front of a donkey,making him run even though his legs are broken.
