It was dark, very dark, so dark that the darkness gave off a cold chill. Sky was nowhere to be found, she was missing. I couldn’t see her, hear her, or sense her, her soul was completely gone. It was as if she was ripped out of my body, and taken somewhere.
“Sky?! Sky where are you?”
“AAAHHHHHH!”
“SKY!!!!!!” I ran as fast as I could, and follow the sound of my sister’s screams. I find myself in a room with barely any lighting, almost as if something was blocking the light. I look up at the light to see blood covering the bulb, I turn my head a bit to see my sister’s body hanging on the wall like a Christmas decoration. Her face was frozen with a terrified look, she had been screaming.
“Sc-ar. He-lp m-e.” I turned to the other side and see Sky’s soul on the other side of the room staring at me, all bloody with scars all over her body.
“Sky! What happened!!!” I try to undo her ties, they were encased with some type of material that prevented her from returning her own body. She was tied up here to stare at nothing but her own dead body, how long has she been here?
“Be-hind y-o-u.”
“What?” I turn to look behind me to see a demon, a demon with a murderous aura. He had hellhounds with him.
“Go get her.” He ordered and the dogs start chasing after me.
“NOOOOO!!!!!”
“Scar… Scar… SCAR!!!!”
“AH!”
“Scar it’s okay you just had a nightmare!”
“It didn’t feel like a nightmare!”

“I-I know.” My eyes widened.
“You too?”
“Yeah me too, we had the same dream.”
“That has to mean something, that guy he looks dangerous.”
“I know Scar, but what could it mean? We haven’t heard from the demons in five years.”
“AHHHHHHH!”
“MOM!!!!!” I use my powers to release me from the shackles and rush over to my parents room. I find my dad all over the bathroom, not a single inch was left untouched with his blood. I look over to see the same man that stole everything from me holding my mother, stabbing her over and over again while keeping eye contact with me.
“You’re next girly.”
“I’ll kill you…”
“What was that? I couldn’t quite hear you.”
“I said...I’ll kill you!!!!”
A massive amount of wind starts to orbit around me, until it covers me completely. The wind then moves away with force and hits the demon. I look at my reflection through my mom’s broken mirror, we had changed completely. My once short black hair was now a shoulder length with choppy layers, a mix between my hair and Sky’s hair. The only difference was that instead of black hair, it was pure white with red and black highlights. I also had horns on top of my head. Our height is the same so there was no change in height and my eyes were now red and black. My pj’s were gone too, it was replaced with a ripped up light grey T-shirt, a black and dark purple letterman jacket. I turn to see what the letterman jacket had on the back, it had the word “Death” on it. I also find myself wearing jean shorts that my sister would usually wear. Finally I was now wearing black converse with red paint splatters on them, wait no blood not paint, I am wearing black converse with blood splatters on them.
“Hahahahaha, do you really think that changing your appearance is going to change anything?! I AM GOING TO SKIN YOU ALIVE!!!!!”
“Did you do that to my sister’s body?”
“Huh, oh you mean that girl from five years ago, no my boss told me to leave it be, and to make sure it doesn’t rot. She looks like a teenager now, or at least she would’ve been if she were alive.”

“HAHAHAHA! Guess again fucker!”
“WHAT?! HOW?!”
“Her soul transferred into my body, keeping her alive.”
“IMPOSSIBLE!”
“Is it really? Well I guess it’s something only us twins can do. Now back to killing you” I said as I stared him dead in the eye.
“That aura, is so overwhelming! How could you posses so much bloodlust to create such an aura? Is this both of you together?”
“No, this is just my aura. We were both born with demonic powers after all, so it’s natural to have the bloodlust of a demon, isn’t it? Our power is much greater when we merge our aura together, you wanna see?” We both start to chant.
“An ugly foe has been shown before me, lend me your power to destroy this disgusting insect! YOU WHO HAS DARED TO CHALLENGE ME, ACCEPT YOUR FATE ON WHAT’S TO BECOME OF YOU WHO HAS DESTROYED MY FAMILY! YOU SHALL PAY WITH YOUR LIFE!!!!!” A sword had formed into my hand that gave off a deadly aura so powerful it’s as if the aura itself could kill.
“NO, DON’T COME ANYWHERE NEAR ME!!!!”

“HA!, You’re just a low ranked demon who took the age of a girl with demonic powers for granted. Now your mistake has come back to bite you in the ass. Sorry, but… OUR POWERS SURPASSES YOU!!!” We say in unison and we both slice the demon in half, we watch as his body turns to ashes. “MOM” I run to her.
“Scar, I’m sor-”
“Shhh, it’s okay.”
“No, let me say this.” I nod to let her speak. “I’m sorry for not believing you, the both of you. I was just scared, but I get it now. I’m so sorry Sky, you must’ve been in so much pain”
“It’s okay mom, it’s a natural reaction.”
“Mom, you’re going to be okay, I’m going to heal you.” I try to use my powers to heal her. “WHY WON’T IT WORK!?”
“I’m afraid it’s too late honey, I’m pretty much dead already. I just wanted to tell you both something before I died.”
“What is it mom?”
“Happy Birthday, you’re both sixteen now. Make a wish.”
“I wish for you to stay alive!”
“Oh Scar, you always did ask for the impossible.”
“Yeah I know I do!” I say while crying. We couldn’t stop our tears, our mom was dying right in front of us and we couldn’t do anything to save her. So we put on a smile, to let her see one last time.
“I hope you both find happiness in the world, I love you goodbye”
