‘Just at 2am in the morning a house was caught on fire, killing a fellow family called the Coopers. Here is some of the things the neighbors have to say…
Neighbor 1: I don’t know when the fire started or how, I just got out of bed to get some water and I see this house on fire!
Neighbor 2: The Coopers were a very secluded family, they used to be really friendly until their oldest child died
Neighbor 3: I don’t know what could’ve started the fire, but I don’t think it was an accident. With everything the family has been through, I wouldn’t be surprised if the daughter set that place on fire. She went crazy after her sister died, it was so bad that her parents had to keep her in the house.
Neighbor 4: We didn’t want their child anywhere near ours, we were afraid of what she might do. If she’s the one who started this fire, I wouldn’t be surprised, none of us would be.
Neighbor 5: LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING THAT LITTLE GIRL OF THEIRS IS EVIL, SHE STARTED IT SHE HAD TO OF STARTED IT! THAT LITTLE GIRL IS NONE OTHER THAN A DE-’
*The TV shuts off*
“Thank you sir, I’m sorry for the trouble.”
“Nah, don’t be. A little girl like you shouldn’t be hearing this kind of thing anyway.”
“You got that right.”
“So what can I get ya?”
“Hmmm, what should I get?”

“OOOOOH! HOW ABOUT A BURGER WITH CURLY FRIES!”
“Okay, I’d like a burger with curly fries please.”
“YAY!”
“Coming right up.” The man said as he started making my food. “Here you go missy.” He says as he hands me the plate.
“Thank you, how much do I owe you?” I start to get my money out of my pocket.
“It’s on the house.” The man said waving his hand, gesturing me to put the money away.
I slowly put the money back into my pocket. “How come?”
“You seem like you needed the free food.” He said and then he started to whisper. “But if anyone asks, you were the 100th customer and won a free meal.”
“Haha okay sir, thank you.”
“No problem, now enjoy your meal.” He said walking away to greet the next customer.
I took a bite of my burger and hummed, it’s been so long since I’ve had a burger. I Look around the diner I was in and noticed a map on the wall.
“Oh, *Gulp* excuse me sir, what’s with that map over there?”
“Oh that old thing? That’s nothing special, just a map of the whole world”
“Scar.”
“On it...Okay well thank you for the meal, but I think I’ll be going now.” I say walking towards the front door reaching for the map.
“Awe, but you just got here Scarlet.” The man said with a wide smile. I stop my footing and lower my head.
“How did you know my name?” I say with a little suspicion
The man put his smile in a frown. “You told me don’t you remember?”
“I don’t tell mere humans my name, especially those close to an old home of mine.”
“Awe don’t be like that Scarlet, I-” The man stopped his speech once he saw me turn around with blood lust in my eyes. “Hehe, I guess you got me.” He said putting his hands in the air.
“Mind if we talk alone?” I asked gesturing to all of the customers he had.
“Not at all… ALRIGHT FOLKS THE PLACE IS CLOSED DUE TO SOME FAMILY BUSINESS!” Everyone started clearing out, and the man sat on a booth seat and patted the one next to him. Gesturing me to sit next to him, I walk up to him and slowly sit on the seat. “So is this where you’re supposed to kill me?”
“Depends, do you plan to get in my way?”
“Quite the opposite actually.”
“Oh? So you plan to give me the information I desire?”
“Ding, ding, ding.” He says as the lights flicker.
“So what are you, a demon?”
“No I’m a witch, but I know everything about the demons. Well I know everything about every supernatural being in this world. I even know everything about the two of you.”
“How?!” I asked on guard, preparing for the worse.
“Well, us Wiccans and witches are well known for our magic and being in contact with the demon realm. We give them what they want, they give us what we want.”
“Okay and? I still don’t see how you manage to gain knowledge about us.”
“Well your parents came here often to bicker and fight about you and your sister. They never once brought you here or anywhere to be exact, so I gave a demon some animal bones he needed from a rare breed and…”
“And you asked about me, gaining all the information you needed. However none of the demons know about Sky and how her soul is in my body. How did you ever gain such knowledge?”
“Well that’s where my power comes in handy. Us witches like to use only one type of magic. Would you like to know what mine is? I’ll give you one guess, then I’ll tell you.” The man asks waving his hand as a young woman appears behind him.
“Spirit magic.” I said confidently.
“That’s correct! I used spirit magic to look for your sister, only to find her living in her own home. I asked a few spirits about it and they told me your situation. I found it very interesting.”
“You say that with with some intent.” I say glaring at him.
“What it’s not everyday you see a human with demonic powers. Are you even human? I mean come on ‘I don’t give my name to mere humans’ how could you say such a thing so cold hearted.”
“My heart was destroyed when that demon took away my family. So mister diner guy, are you ever going to answer my question?”
“Yes, yes, just be patient.” My eyes turned into it’s red and black color.
“I don’t think you want me to wait mister, you don’t know what I might do.”
“Okay, okay, have it your way then.” He stands up and grabs the map and sets it on the diner counter. “Like I said before, this map is nothing but a piece of junk that shows the whole world, but…”
“But?” The man cuts himself and puts drops of blood onto the map and says a certain chant that couldn’t be heard.
“When using this spell, you can find all of the gates to heaven, hell, hideouts for supernatural beings, safe zones for yourself.You can even find the most common and most populated area for demons.” A scary smile appears on to my face.
“And I suppose you want something in return for this information?”
“On the contrary! I want to help you for my own satisfaction.”
“Oh, so just helping me is satisfying enough?”
“Yes, but I want you to do something first.”
“Ah so there is a catch. I knew it.”
“Make that two things…. 1) I want you to show me your merge form, 2) I want to teach you magic. Not spirit magic because by the looks of it you don’t need it, but something much more useful.”
“The first one can be done, but what is this magic you wish to teach me.”
“Exorcising magic” My eyes light up, not in a adorable way, but in a vengeful way.
“Mister diner man? Do tell me more?”
“Hehe, well I thought you’d never ask.”
