“That’s right, folks. I’m the one who bailed your asses out,” Jackson smirked coolly.
“How did you manage to break free from the prison, though?” Bambam asked in perplexity.
“A special friend made a wonderful arrangement,” Jackson answered.
“Weh? You guys probably detonated the whole place,” Jin-young pointed out.
“And you convinced Mr. Reen by bribing him to release you,” Youngjae added in.
“You also stabbed other people in their necks and gave them head butts,” Mark guessed.
“Poisoning their meals,” Yugyeom said dully.
“Assume what you think, but it’s different,” Jackson rolled his eyes as he kept smirking at them casually.
“Then, what did you do back there?” Jay B wondered.
“It’s easy. Now, shut your blabbermouths and follow me,” Jackson scoffed, shaking his head and stepped inside the truck.
The other members stared at each other quizzically until they began to walk closely behind him. The driver greeted them with a curt nod before revving up the engine to move along towards the road where all the cars and other vehicles were drifting by.
They later entered through the underground parking lot inside an anomalous building that was a bit taller. All of them hopped out of the rear doors, heading from the elevators and to the widest, subdued room.
“What is this? It’s ruining my mood,” Youngjae complained.
“I barely see anything,” Yugyeom noted.
“Haha! Alright, I would rather live in this rigged spot,” Jin-young grinned beamingly.
“Maybe smoke some cigars and get drunk,” Jay B suggested.
“Pft. You’re lucky our managers don’t get to reprimand us,” Bambam said.
“There’s not much stuff here, bro,” Mark narrowed his eyes confusedly.
“Getting impatient now, are we?” Jackson looked at them and chuckled silently without responding back to their comments.
Instead, he just stood in the middle while the rest of them took a glimpse of the dark and emptiest place. However, a deep, familiar voice started to speak humorously and they couldn’t believe who they just saw. Their jaws were slightly dropped at the proud man, who was sitting on a chair with his hand placed upon his chin.
“Well, well, well, it’s been not so long ago, folks. Aye. Hearing all of your fuss is giving me migraines.”
“Say ‘hello’ to your leader,” Jackson introduced.
“You’ve got to be kidding me…” Bambam became puzzled as soon as the light in the ceiling brightened up to see the man’s facial features.
During that same night, BTS had performed in one of the recent talk shows called KBS, known as the Korean Broadcasting System. Dynamite has become the top one for the 10th week, whereas their new songs from their BE Album; Telepathy, Dis-ease, and Blue & Grey were also part of their musical number.
Right after they were finished, they were asked some new questions aside from the common ones they’ve known. It was a fun quiz game that they were involved in and they were starting to get comfortable opening up about their daily activities. In addition, the hosts read each letter from different armies, much to the members’ surprise.
“Let’s see. I’m going to read them for the seven of you, so we will continue now with Hoseok,” the host man smiled, nodding curtly and examining the cue card. “To my lovely sunshine, we share the same sky and sometimes rain, even if we both live in various places. What was your day like? I hope it’s going great. As for my friend, she’s been having problems with her mediocre grades in school and her only solution is partying and drinking. I even tried calling her, but she wouldn't answer. I did my best to cheer her up, just by sending her little gifts and positive messages everyday. Until then, she approached me with a pleasant smile on her face and was very grateful that I didn’t give up on her. It was all thanks to you and BTS for inspiring me to become the kind and generous person that I was meant to be, despite the fact that I was also having troubles with myself too. I can’t wait to meet you guys for real and I want to be the brightest sun like you. Love, Hyerim.”
“Awww, she’s so sweet. Yeah, I’ve been there when I was going through the same thing as her when it comes to me and my friends here. I was always the one to bring joy and laughter to them, not because I was supposed to, but because I wanted to,” Hoseok grinned sincerely and stared at the camera, twinkling his eyes beamingly. “Thanks, army!”
“That’s Hobi right there. You literally are glowing like the character Joy from Inside Out,” the host man stated, which made Hoseok and the others burst out laughing in amusement.
“I do. I dyed my hair blonde,” he said proudly and went on. “Maybe, the next color would be blueberry like RM’s.”
“Haha. Keep on dreaming,” Namjoon grinned jokingly.
“Well, I’m sure you two will do switch-a-roos and that also includes the rest of you, boys, eh?” The host man assumed as he gestured his arm back and forth.
“I think so, but not for me,” Jimin said.
“Why not?” The host man asked curiously.
“I have to keep my hair naturally black since I can’t dye it too much,” he explained.
“Ah. Okay, moving on to the next letter for Jin… Want me to read it?” The host man asked.
“Sure,” Jin agreed.
“Don’t worry, this is short. To the most worldwide handsome, how are you doing these days? I miss your smile and laughter, so my friends and I created a mini photo collage of you in this card. We also miss watching Eat Jin videos and if you have a Youtube channel, we’ll surely be subscribing to you very quickly and you’ll earn 1 million views and subscribes in just a few seconds. Hope you stay safe and take care. From, Soo-Ryeon. They’re funny, eh?”
“Yup. They usually send memes through Weverse and Twitter, which astounded me. You know, with my face plastered on the coffee cup and I specifically told them not to,” Jin nodded and laughed in awkwardness.
“Haha. At least, they’ve shown their creativity and inspiration to others,” the host man said.
“Of course,” Jin chuckled.
“So, we are going to read the last letter for… Jimin. To our cutest little mochi,” the host man laughed faintly and went on. “You are one of the angelic human beings that was sent down to earth by being sweet and humble to others. Thank you for being such an inspiration and a role model because not everyone is willing to donate millions of money to support the school systems and children’s education. We are looking forward to your Vlive and solo performances and always remember that you are always being loved by so many. Never lose yourself. Love, Sarah and Kathy.”
“Very endearing, don’t you think?” The host man grinned.
“Yes, they are. I appreciate your loveliness, army. I’m very excited to meet you,” Jimin shut his eyes and reopened them as he winked directly at the camera with a Korean heart gesture.
“There you go, ladies. You better be ready because these fine grown men will be back once again for the next live show. BTS, everybody!” The host man declared boldly with enthusiasm when the audience were cheering and shrieking simultaneously.
Hoseok and Jin chortled jovially and clapped along with Yoongi, Namjoon, and Jungkook, who were naturally waving at them.
Taehyung, on the other hand, usually does the peace sign with a soft smile. For Jimin, he slowly gazed down onto the floor, now that his curved lips were starting to quaver. He seems to be pensive about his conversation and the news about his friend, Eunwoo, getting into his official relationship. It viraled quickly. He wasn’t the only one who was curious, but his other friends were.
They would all like to know and meet the person one day. However, their schedules have always been frantic, so they have breaks every evening and late nights. Jimin was used to staying up the whole 24 hours and there are moments where he passed out from exhaustion, while his staff members are looking after him.
The conference room was all dark where all the business employees congregated at a huge circular table. The glowing object appears to show the recent footage that only they can see and the CEOs from the three most famous agencies, including Hybe are now in commencement.
“I must say, I’m quite impressed by your absolute stunt with Madame Philippine de Rothschild. The Baroness truly admired you for leading the Korean popular culture and activities in humanity’s aspects,” Jung-Wook said monotonously.
“That is why my interest in culture and wine makes people’s lives more enjoyable and enriched,” Lee Sung-Soo smirked in satisfaction.
“Same words from Lee Soo-man. You are all keeping up with the predecessor’s lineage,” Jung-Wook stated knowingly.
“And what about you? Didn’t you also make a pact with someone for you to obtain a higher position in your company? My, my, who would’ve thought that the nicest Jung-wook could be so avaricious,” Lee Sung-Soo said in awe.
“Oh, please. You both are indistinguishable,” Hwang Bo-Kyung rolled his eyes in annoyance.
“Gentlemen. We are not here to sit and quarrel about our malfeasance,“ Lee Kyu Tae noted.
“Why not? Surely, you are also an inferior man to even order your puppets to carry out your favors. I wonder how the Ladies Code are doing, even after they lost their two friends. Sad to think about,” Lee Hyunjin’s lips curved into a sly smile and went on. “Oh, that’s right. They were murdered by a hater, from what I’ve heard in the lovely grapevine.”
“I’m glad you mentioned that girl group because honestly, I could’ve done better to groom them,” Lee Kyu Tae thought out.
“You mean, procreating them?” Nam So Young corrected quietly.
“No. It is more like transcending,” Lee Kyu Tae uttered.
“Whatever you say,” Han Se Min snorted and guffawed.
“Hush, hush. Point your fingers later. Now, where were we? Some of you have emailed me based on your calculated formulas,” Si-hyuk recalled while folding his hands in a stern manner.
“I’ll go first,” Hwang Bo-Kyung volunteered as he began to recite the statement on the paper. “Basically, three groups will have their comebacks with their new albums, for as much as the two new groups will start their debut in six days. Furthermore, one idol from Blackpink will bring favorable outcomes to my agency, but a few ones from each group will be dismissed.”
“Alright. My turn. With regard to the girl groups; Twice and Itzy will have various changes in terms of their clothing style, vocal and rap lines, choreographies, and their concepts,” Jung-Wook said.
“One member from Shinee will also contribute accomplishments and great assets to my company as well,” Lee Sung-Soo concluded.
“As I expected. I’m ecstatic that we all have compliance with one another. In other words, all of us have agreed upon what will be advertised through the power of the media and technology. Mainly, music production is an important tool for us, so my left upper hand is going to guide us to our best wishes,” Mr. Si-hyuk said in a furtive tone of voice.
“Fascinating. Go on,” Lee Hyunjin curled his eyebrows in curiosity.
“Indeed. The aristocracy are counting on them,” Lee Kyu Tae said.
“Yes, it’s not only because of the melody that attracted the listeners,” Mr. Si-hyuk stated.
“What is it?” Nam So Young wondered.
“You are familiar with it,” Mr. Si-hyuk answered simply and snapped his fingers that beckoned the bright, yellow-hazel eyed figure, who stood up and held the book in front of them. “Ladies and gentlemen, may I represent you the repetitious necromancy. Isn’t that right, Hyun-Joo?”
“Yes, sir,” he said , leaving an enigmatic smirk on his face.
