The next morning, I wake up to Pennywise standing in my doorway with a grin on his face, holding a balloon.
I groan and turn away.
"But you have school, Bevvy." He giggles. "Go to school or you'll float too." He giggles again. "You may float anyway."
I look at him. "Do you know how to give people privacy? I don't care if this is your house or not."
He stops giggling and glares at me. I throw something at the door managing to close and lock it. Then, I get out of bed and get dressed. I grab my back pack and go downstairs. I grab a bagel and the cream cheese out of the fridge and make my breakfast. Then, I put everything up and head out the door as I eat my bagel. I wait for the bus at the end of 29 Neibolt Street and get on when it arrives. Then, when we get to the high school, I get off and immediately notice the main clique in school. The "cool" kids. The Populars. I roll my eyes and continue into the school. I go straight to the office and walk up to the desk. The lady looks up and says,
"Hello, how may I help you?"
"Yes, um, I'm new here. Today's my first day."
"Name?"
"Beverly Rose Phillipson. I'm in 11th grade."
She looks through a stack of file folders and hands me one. "There you go, dear." She smiles sweetly. "Enjoy your first day."
I leave the office and go to my first class, which is Chemistry with Mrs. Phlitts. I sigh and open the classroom door just as the bell rings. I let the door shut behind me as I look for an empty seat. I sigh in dismay as I notice the only empty seat is right in front of one of the Populars. I walk over to that seat and sit down, scooting up really close to the desk to get as far away from her as possible.255Please respect copyright.PENANAtGEMomuTs7

Later, during lunch, the girl I was sitting in front of in my first class walks over and leans on the table I'm sitting at and smiles innocently at me.255Please respect copyright.PENANAz772lJi7Je
"Hey, you'd have the perfect beauty to be a part of my little group if you didn't have orange hair. So, you could be a popular, but you have very ugly hair. All girls have to have blonde hair or golden locks with blonde highlights. Girls in this whole school are not aloud to have orange hair like me. I am the queen of this school and the soon-to-be mayor of this city. So, either change your hair or I'm going to find some way to kick you out of this school. And I will get away with it." She flips her hair over her shoulder. "Also, I am the only girl in this school that can wear designer clothes of any kind. My little squad of girls can't even wear designer clothes. I decide what you wear. And by the looks of it, honey, you're going to need quite the makeover. You're going to have to change your hair and your outfit."
"You going to make me?"
"Yes, I will." She taps her chin. "Aha, you can change your hair to dirty blonde with light blonde highlights and you can wear dark blue jeans with no holes, slightly baggie shirts, and grey tennis shoes. Capisce?"
I stand up. "No. You cannot tell me what to wear or what color my hair has to be. You do not rule over me. Got that? I am an independent young woman and I will not let anyone tell me what I can and can't do. So, eff off." I grab my tray of spaghetti and lift it up. "Here, why doesn't your fake face eat this." I throw it on her face and rub it in. Then, I get up and walk away, flipping my hair and flipping her off.255Please respect copyright.PENANA9xx4EKNok2
