In the Horizon.
Kuba kept sending a series of attacks at the gods, forcing them to defend. The god of fertility angrily controls a large amount of vine from the ground and directed it at Kuba.
He skillfully jumped to the side to dodge the attack. But the moment he landed, Barbarei was there. She shoots a lot of sharpened ice at him, but he was fast to react as he used his scythe to knock it away.
A cloud appeared above him on the summon of Maruyn who summoned lightning to strike Kuba. The place exploded, leaving a huge hole in the ground.
Suddenly, a black hole appeared on the ground behind Maruyn and Kuba emerged from it. He shoots his black flame at him and he went flying out of the Horizon.
The moment Kuba turned, he was directly in front of Indeego who opened her mouth about to shout. He knows an attack this close will do a lot of damage to him. So he quickly used his scythe to knock her away into the pool.
Barbarei controlled the water to ease Indeego's fall but Kuba didn't waste any time blasting her too away with his dark flame.
He turned to Yelenia who just turned into a giant vulture flying towards him. He waited until she was close before he grabbed the leg and stomped her on the ground, making her transform back into her normal form.
Ury screamed out a battle cry and charge forward. She faked using her sword to attack and when he blocked it, she used her other hand which she was using to hold a shield to slap him in the face.
He staggered backward as blood dripped down his left eye. She lunges forward again using the same tactics, but this time, he punched her and she went crashing back into a wall. She groaned and fall to the ground motionless.
The moment he turned to Geesorum, his scythe turned into a bird and flew away from his hand. But this didn't stop him, he kept running forward with his fist clenched.
Just when he was about to punch Geesorum, he fell to the ground. He turned to his leg only to see it fading away. He then recalled that Geesorum is the god of hallucinations so he shoots his black flame at him.
It sent him flying back into the smaller statue. Before he stood up, the scale the statue was holding fell on his leg, rendering him immobile. He pushed the stone away but still couldn't move because the stone completely squashed his legs. He just has to wait a few moments for it to heal up.
Kuba stood up from the ground. His scythe and legs have reappeared. He gripped his weapon tightly as he approached Geesorum.
He looked at Kuba with sheer terror in his eyes.
"What god are you?" He asked the raging man approaching him. He knows there is no way a mere mortal would have this much power. He had to be a god.
Kuba stopped in front of him.
"I am no god. I am Kuba" he says before driving the blade of his scythe into Geesorum's chest and blood splattered on his face.
"No!" Yelenia screamed.
He rub his hand over his face and looked at the blood on his hand.
"They bleed" he stated.
Suddenly, the sky turned black with tremendous thunderstorms. A god had died.
This didn't affect Kuba in the slightest. He glanced at the other gods before walking into the castle.
He kept walking forward in a specific direction. Ivanile had told him where to find the devils that were imprisoned millions of years ago.
He kicked down the final door that leads to a large room that had nothing but a cage as the ground. Inside it resided the ugly creatures, the devils. They were all struggling and pushing the cage trying to escape.
He raised his scythe and hit the cage with immense strength. But nothing happened. He did this a few more times before the cage was destroyed and the devils flew out of the cage and into the world. They have been freed. None of them attacked Kuba.
Meanwhile, Horon clashed his sword with Ivanile's spear. They both stayed that way, each party trying to overcome the other with physical strength.
"Why are you doing this?" He asked.
Ivanile smiled. "I just can't let you return to the Horizon. At least not yet" she stated
"I liked you Ivanile," Horon says abruptly.
She furrowed.
"You brought the idea to throw me out of the Horizon"
"It was for your good. The entity would have cleaned you from existence if I hadn't done that" he says.
She angrily kicked him back and lunged her spear forward but he used his sword to knock the spear away.
"I watched you every day when you were with the humans. Every minute and second you spent, I was in pain…"
"Okay stalker, " she said before shooting a black flame at him. He puts out his hand and a shield appeared in front of him to block it.
She stabbed her spear into the ground and it split open, giving way for skeletons to emerge.
The undead creatures emerged from the ground each holding a spear and charging at Horon.
His sword turned into a bow and all he did was pull the string backward. The moment he let go of it, an arrow magically appeared and pierced the skeleton's skull.
Suddenly, there was a loud explosion and the sky turned completely dark. The skeletons Ivanile had summoned turned to dust.
They both looked up to the black sky.
"Oh no," Horon exclaimed.
Ivanile grinned wickedly.
"Looks like a god has perished and my babies are free. My purpose here is done" she uttered.
"No! Ivanile!" Horon screamed while running towards her, but before he reached close to her, a black hole appeared below her and she disappeared into it.
Horon knelt on the ground and screamed. Making the ground below him crack.
