A wake up call but the good kind
Nathans point of view
As soon as we got home with the babies I didn’t know what to do but when I opened the door Max took both the carriers from us and Jay put his hands over my eyes.
We walked a few steps and turned.
“I hope you like” Jay whispered in my ear as he lifted his hands
It was the babies’ room all set up and painted. The paint was light yellow the rug was a light purple two round cribs with names above the Attie and Emma. I kept looking around the closet was filled with baby cloths like onesies with stuff on them like coke a cola baby, Misfits twin set and other cute onesies then there was cute mostly red dresses. I looked down to see 20 pairs of converses in 2, 2 pairs of pink, 2 pairs of red, black, purple, yellow, white and a pair of Dr, Seuss thing one and thing two converses. They had girly shoes there too.
When both Attie and Emma started crying
I walked over to the carriers to flip over the blankets to see two small curly haired babies, Attie had one blue eye and one green Emma had my eyes and when there cried they’re noses wrinkled up, Emma has the underbit just like her dad. I feel like I did good.
“Can I hold Attie” Tom
“Can I hold Emma please” Max
“Yes boys clam down” Nathan
“Can you guys feed a baby?” Jay
“No” both of them said
“Well our going to have to learn if you want to be god parents or legal guardians” Nathan
“God Parents or legal guardians aren’t they the same?” Tom
“They can be but we are not using it that way” Jay
“We already know who they are if you want to know” Nathan
“Yes!” Tom, Max, Siva
“Will Max your Atties legal guardians and god parent” Jay
“Tom your Emma’s legal guardians” Nathan
“And Siva your Emma’s god parent” Jay
A week later
Nathan and Jay got back from a date for the first time in the open we ever one saw and nothing happened till the got home.
Max, Tom and Siva all asleep on the couch with Attie in Max’s arm in the middle Siva on the right with Emma in his arms then there was Tom and his baby boy that the girl dumped at our door step Tom named him Tristan.
