Hey... so I hate to say this, but we lost Oliver too about a month ago, to yet another disease. Basically, he died from a form of mutated corona virus; the vet actually said that Oliver and Felix might have been from the same parents or parent (which would explain why they always stuck together) which would mean that they were both already genetically predisposed the mutation and they would have both died eventually. I guess it's a little bit of solace that they were able to live out their lives in a loving home. Doesn't make me miss them less... but still. Ok, so you know the drill... time to tell Oliver's story (it's quite short and simple).
So, one day my dad was coming home from I think the hardware store, when he saw two cats on the side of the road. He got out and tried to catch them both, but one ran off before he could get it. Oliver came home with my dad, and lived the next month in a bathroom (we had to get him fixed) with the two other cats we found about that same time. Then he pretty much rest slept all the time... until he started being unusually sweet one day and stopped eating. We took him to the vet... and we had to get him put down. RIP Olly Bolly
