I open my eyes feeling someone messing with my hair. I look behind me and see Damon smiling at me "morning" I smile and sit up as the door bursts open and Alistair and a few of his cousins fall in. Damon growls and covers my body with the sheets and his body. "Heeeeey Damon, just wanted to see if your awake" "mhm, get out now" "oh come on we can't see the goods?" "goods?! what goods!?" I shrink under the covers as Damon stands up "you know the princess goods" "ok out all of you before before I kill all of you!" "Damon calm down" I peek my eyes out and see Baldrick grabbing his cousins and Alistair "let's go nosies" I look at Damon as he lays next to me and draws circles on my shoulder. I smile and look up at him and suddenly a pain comes from my right arm. "Ah" I grab my arm and look down seeing a black pentagon on my four arm. "Uh Damon?" I look up at him a bit confused, he looks at my arm grabbing his shirt and suddenly grabs my arm looking at the mark closely and touched, as he touched it I flinched he looks up at me and gets up and runs out the door.
Sir Hemlock looked at the mark as it reappear after going through the most painful treatment I ever felt "alcohol didn't work" "Holy water just made Damon scream in pain" "and acid will burn Dalila's skin" Sir Hemlock sighed "looks like it's actually a mating mark son" Damon let's go of my hand and starts freaking out. "What do you mean it's a mating mark!, she's the god damn princess and I put my mating mark on her, it was one god fucking night!" "Damon calm down" one of his aunt's put her hands on his shoulders and looks at him "it's gonna be ok, I am sure Dalila's mother would be more than happy to have you as a son in law" Damon looks over at me breathing heavy from freaking out he walks over and takes my hands in his "do you really think your mother won't mind?" "Well, I'm not sure, my father would have been very pleased" "and it will show that we can all get along" I look over at one of Damons uncles and smile looking up at Damon, who suddenly looks at the door and walks over to it and opens it, his cousins and brothers fall on the ground with Florance on top. "Dalila is gonna be part of the family!!!" I look at the door as Florance screams out.
I sat on the couch in my room looking at the weeding dress book that Lady Ambrosia gave me, that held pictures of vampire and demon weeding dress that only herself was worn but most of the female members of their family wore at their wedding marking some of the pages to go back to latter to show my mother along with Lady Ambrosia. There was a knock on there door and Baldrick came in holding a letter, "A letter came for you Dalila" I get up and grab the letter from him and open it immediately. I quickly read it and smile "and what is with the smile?" "I can go home!, the war is over!" "wait what!" Alistair pops in with Florance "it's over, it's all over" I smile hugging Florance.
"Dalila" I look up and see Damon gripping the letter tightly "what is it Damon?" I walk over to him and rub my thumb over his cheek reading through the letter and sat on the couch my hand on my heart feeling a thumb wipe away tears. "Dalila whats wrong?" I look up seeing Baldrick "I-I- I have to get married" there was silence for who know how long. I look up hearing the door open seeing Lord Hemlock "is every thing ok in here" I hand Lord Hemlock the letter it was quite has he read through it, "I see, hmm the prince of the south, I didn't think they the queen and king had a son" "I thought they had a daughter" "well it dosen't matter now dose it" I look up at Damon "Damon whats that supose to mean?" "It means our weeding is off, there is no use pretending this was gonna happen!" After that he left and I sat on the couch crying.
