We've all had at least one encounter with this kind of guy/girl/other in our life. What's so alluring about someone who is quiet? Well, the maturity. Most guys and some girls (or others) are rowdy and that comes off as childish, annoying, and tiring to put up with. The quiet people's maturity is alluring and it's a nice change.
A nice surprise we all love is their nice alluring voice when they do randomly and surprisingly speak.
Not only that but most people love a challenge. Especially when it comes down to breaking down the walls of a quiet person (*cough cough* extroverts *cough*). When you do break through their walls and finally see their smile that is just another reason to fall even deeper in love with them.
Although, the problem with this is that the quiet ones (introverts) suck at forming an actual relationship because... well.. they're quiet.
If you want to flirt with them it's best to start off small like complementing little things like their shoes or asking what they think of your things (do not show off when asking. Try to subtly pay attention to what they like and if you find a common intrest ask for their opinion on it.)

Key Things To Remember: A simple shake or nod of the head doesn't necessarily mean they don't want to talk it could just mean they don't like to talk. Don't constantly bother them and talk to them. Just like extroverts, introverts value their space (A lot more than extroverts actually).

- will be more talkative (not a whole lot but enough for you to notice).
- Better texter than a talker (if you have their number): This is because they can think through what they really want to say to you instead of the awkward silence of a real-life person.
- They also try to impress you with their actions if you notice after you start talking to him that he may start changing his style for the better this could be a huge sign.
- When you two do talk they start to subconsciously lean towards you.
- A very subtle sign but mostly accurate is when you two are sitting down. The feet subconsciously point to where the mind wants to go. So. If his feet are pointing at you...
If a quiet person doesn't like you or sees you as a friend...
- If it's a guy they are usually very inconsistent with texting and talking. They will only text in five words or less and never more than one text message at a time.
- They don't laugh at your jokes. At all.
- They seem distant or distracted when you are talking to them.
