Ever since Alpha joined the Rox Gang, she would disappear once a week early in the morning and come back late in the evening. Every Rox member, including their Leader Sniper had their personal affairs so she was never questioned, all she had to do was report her leaving and arrival.
It was that time of the week and Alpha went on to report her departure to one of her seniors in the gang, Ruby. She barged in the room Ruby was located in and walked in on Ruby and another man.
"Don't you know that you should knock before ?" comments Ruby while Alpha looks down. "You're scarring yourself not us, Booboo and I could do it in public but mmh Sniper doesn't like it." she adds while the man, Booboo, grins.
"I'm h-heading out. That's all." replies Alpha.
"That reminds me..mmh..I also have to head out~" Ruby lets out a loud moan and her face reddens as she makes eye contact with Alpha. Alpha gets out the room and slams the door before she hears another sound coming out of them.
On Alpha's way back to the gang's placement later that evening, she crosses paths with Ruby. She's on the sidewalk on her motorcycle, one foot one the ground."Who was that ?" asks Ruby.
" Were you following me ?" replies Alpha, pinching the bridge of her nose.
"I don't waste my time on useless things. I saw you on my way back so I stopped to pick you up. Who the fuck was it ?"
"A friend damnit." Alpha climbs on Ruby's motorcycle and they drive away.
When they arrive, Sniper calls for Alpha and as she advances towards, Ruby grabs onto her arm. "If you lie to me I'll find out and you'll pay. Don't fuck with me." warns Ruby.
Alpha smirks. "You're already fucking with Booboo, don't worry I won't fuck with you."
"I'm serious." insists Ruby.
"Just as you're serious about Booboo ?" asks Alpha in an amused tone.
"He's nothing but a fun time for me."
"Does your brother know this side of you ?"
"Knowing him, he's probably already doing it."
"You two are gross." Alpha pulls away her arm and goes towards their Leader. He leads her into his private room. He locks it and they stay inside of there for over an hour. An hour later, Alpha stumbles out of the room and falls down on the floor. Ruby passes by and stretches out her arm.
"Why are you on the floor ?" she asks. She lifts up Alpha, who stays silent. "Are you crying ?"
"I'm not. Piss off." She slightly pushes Ruby away.
"Do you think I'm into wasting my breath ? Why are you fucking crying, you brat ?" She shouts.
"I'm not !" shouts Alpha. With an exaggerated sigh, Ruby gets back, lowers herself and checks under Alpha's skirt. "What the fuck !" cursed Alpha, pressing her skirt against her legs. Ruby gets back up and in that same moment, she rises her foot and kicks it into Alpha's left cheek.
"Fucking useless slut. Your name doesn't suit you ! All you are is Sniper's mistress . He uses you when his wife's not around. Become stronger ! Do you know how much I worked to give us women even a chance to show their worth in this gang? How dare you fuck this shit up for us women. Don't make him think all of us are just pretty faces that can be ordered around. Be a woman ! Don't stay a girl, grow ! Grow and become a woman that's as powerful as two men. Woman up, Evelyn ! Be the fucking Alpha your fucking name says it is you stupid bitch or else I'll murder you !" She lowers her leg and walks away without looking back at the state she left Alpha in.
For the following week, Ruby's words kept ringing in her head but each night Sniper came to escape his family, she was used. He'd get into her room, throw her sweet words and if she rejected his attempt he would strip her and force her to do things. She begged and begged but her screams only sounded like sounds of pleasure in Sniper's ears. She'd tell him things like: "I don't want to do it today... Please !" And he'll respond with: "Stay still until I'm satisfied..." Or "You owe me your life, this is the least you can do."
As the days went by, the pain got worse. Her body was aching but her head had accepted its fate. Sniper messed her up to the point where she saw his exploitations as a form of love. She became attached to him and deep in herself she believed that he had feelings for her–that he fancied her. Eventually she refrained from resisting him and became immune to the abuse.

On her way back to the crib from her weekly meeting with her anonymous friend, Alpha gets knocked out from behind. She regains consciousness in a cold, somber room. The only light that came through was of the moon that was visible through a petite window. It shone on her. There was also a table and in front of it there was a figure. She stayed serene, breathing shallowly. She also tried to move but her torso and upper arms were attached to the back of the chair and her thighs were tied to the seat. She squinted her eyes, attempting to see who was in front of her. She quickly realized who it was. "What are you doing ?" asked Alpha.
"She's from the Silvers gang." declared Ruby. Her back was facing Alpha.
"Who are you talking about ?"
Ruby quickly turns around. Her right hand is holding a knife firmly and she gets closer to Alpha. "You lied to me Evelyn. Your friend isn't just anyone, she's JJ." she says glaring with wide eyes.
"Why do you have a knife ?"
"Did you think I wouldn't know ?" Ruby grabs her right wrist and lifts it up, bringing the weapon nearer. Ruby eyes were different. She always had an ice cold look but the look she had on her at the moment was perilous. "Can you hurt her ?" asked Ruby. The weapon was getting even closer to Evelyn and soon it was placed on the surface of her cheek. Alpha tried to move but the more she tried, the more Ruby pushed the tip of the knife into her already bruised cheeks.
"Why ...? Why are you doing this to me ?"
"If you can't hurt her, I'll have to hurt you until you can." continued Ruby, and slowly but deeply she sliced through her skin, making a big "X" mark. Alpha's eyes began to overflow with water.

The next week, they met again. At their usual spot, at the usual time. This time, Alpha didn't report her leaving to anyone. Arriving at their weekly spot, Jessie advances towards Alpha. She's lying on her motorcycle, cap covering her face. "Are you sleeping ?" asks Jessie in an amused tone.
"I'm loving the wrong person..."confesses Alpha.
"You're in love..?" questioned JJ. She puts her hand on her friend's hat, wanting to take it off but Alpha slaps her hand off. "Ow ! What was that for ?"
"If Denzel...If Denzel told you to choose between him and I, who would you choose ?"
"He would never tell me to choose. What even is this question, Evelyn ?" She keeps looking at her friend's hat, waiting for her to take it off. "Who even is it that you're in love with ?" she continues.
"Our Boss..."
Jessie's pupils widen. "S-Sniper ?"
"Sniper" repeated Alpha.
"How ? How can you love a person like him ? He's too old for you too !"
"But he cares about me."
"How can you lie to yourself like that ?" She pulls Alpha's cap from her face. "What happened to your face ?"
She gets off the bike and towers over JJ. "Why'd you take it off ?" sighs Alpha.
"Who did this to you ? Did Sniper do this ? Did you do this ?"
"Are you even trying ? You never try to see my point of view. If you do not like something, I cannot like it either. I love Sniper, okay ?" she shouted. She turns around, climbs on her motorbike and rides away.
Walking to her room at the Rox's crib, Alpha passes by Ruby. "Where were you ?" she asks. Alpha ignores her and enters her room. "When I talk to you, you answer." orders Ruby, barging into the room. She has one hand on her hip and with her other one, she's pointing her index at Alpha.
"I didn't hear you.." Lied Alpha.
"Where were you ?" She repeated, this time in a more serious tone. She closed the door behind and got near Alpha who was seated on the side of her bed.
"I was out. I didn't want to walk in on you and Booboo-" Ruby rolled her eyes. She lowered herself and took out a small knife out of her sock. When she lifted herself back up, Evelyn had already backed up to the wall, behind her bed. "Back off." she adds.
Ruby advances towards the bed. "Fuck off Ruby !"
"My fault, I didn't hear you." She lies as she sits down on the side of the bed.
"You went back and saw JJ, right ?" asks Ruby. Alpha doesn't respond. She knows that if she lies, she'll get hurt. If she admits it, she'll get hurt. Ruby grabs Alpha's forearm and pulls her towards herself. Alpha's body becomes stiff while she keeps her eyes glued to the knife. "I thought I told you to stop. I don't see you hurting her, so why are you with her ? Unless you're with her to hurt her, don't be with her, Alpha." She lays the weapon on Evelyn's wrists.
"I will ! I will hurt her...Just please don't do it..."
"Can I believe you ?"
"Yes ! Yes you can believe me Ruby !"
"That's good to hear." concluded Ruby. She let go of her arm before slicing her wrists with the knife she had laid against it.
"I said I would !" sobbed Evelyn, grabbing her wrist with her other hand.
"What I'm doing to you is nothing compared to the wrath that will fall on you if Sniper ever finds out." She declares as she walks out the room, leaving the door open behind her.
"Close the fucking door, you bitch." grumbled Evelyn.
