Dear Thomas, I decided to return to home. When I was I realized the woods has given me protection from the sun because of those big trees, and the only reason you could be out in the sun was because of your cloak. I tried to get back before the sun burned, but it was too late. Once I got back I was already dying. Even though this may seem bad, all I can think is seeing your handsome face.
