Every recess and lunch we would gather around a tree, then we would proceed to eat the leaves off said tree. We where stopped by the teachers when we ate all the leaves of like, seven trees and bushes. And these trees/bushes were not small either.ย
The teachers held an entire assembly to ask if anybody knew anything about why all the leaves off the trees where suddenly disappearing. But all the kids in the club where sworn to secrecy. After about two weeks the teachers caught on and stopped us.
It still astounds me that we managed to eat that many leaves because there was only three kids in the club altogether.
