I have decided to break up the book into 3 parts, corresponding to where they take place in the three-act structure. The only reason is that It helps me focus and keeps my mind organized. We are soon approaching the end of part one, which should conclude the initial set/introduction to all the POV characters and the world. This is pretty simple and self-explanatory. I changed two names in the story—one on the Outline for the Wisemasters and one for a character first introduced in chapter 2. Najara's dad was previously named Tezcatoke, but I had received several comments about it being too hard to pronounce by my IRL friends. And I am inclined to agree. But last night's game was fucking painful to watch, I swear if Palat didn't catch two penalties back to back in the last stretch of the 1st, giving the Rangers crazy momentum going into the second, I'm sure I'd be writing about a very different game. From that point forward, it just felt like our boys were playing just not to lose, which blows, especially because we saw what the Devils are truly capable of when they're confident in the last 3 games.
