Amaterazu tossed his spear with great might and precision. The saiyan warrior had intercepted the spear with only an inch of distance from it and his face. The spear was but a mere distraction as Amaterazu had already closed the distance between them. He struck the saiyan with a clean hook to his ribs. The blow caused Kakarot to drop the spear from the pain. Amaterazu took the opportunity to follow up with a kick to his face. Amaterazu retrieved his spear and continued his assault, swinging the spear in a horizontal motion at Kakarot. Kakarot swiftly brought his forearm up to his face to block the attack. The spear sliced a large cut on his forearm. He flinched from the pain but managed to ignore it. He was quick to react and shot a ki blast at Amaterazu who in response, smacked it away with his shield, redirecting it entirely. The small moment in which Amaterazu used to redirect the attack, created a perfect opening for Kakarot to strike him with an uppercut to his jaw. Kakarot turned around and back flipped mid-air, kicking Amaterazu straight in the head. The kick sent him crashing into one of the nearby constructs. Amaterazu landed on his feet, recovering his stance. Kakarot arrived on the planet-like construct, preparing to continue their brawl. Amaterazu commenced the attack once more, swinging his spear in a formal and precise fashion. The attacks were fierce and rapid, the saiyan warrior struggled to evade its fury. Amaterazu struck at Kakarot's leg, he raised it just in time, leading the spear to impale the ground. Kakarot used the opportunity to lower his leg again and applied his weight on the spear. His action forced the spear to remain stuck in the ground, forbidding Amaterazu from raising it for battle. Kakarot used the opening he created to kick Amaterazu in the face, sliding him back a few feet. Amaterazu stomped on the ground, a beacon of fire shot out from where Kakarot stood. He leaped out of the way but his sudden action left him defenseless. Amaterazu formed a gauntlet of fire in his hand and struck Kakarot with a clean punch. The blow buried him in the ground. Amaterazu darted towards Kakarot, grabbing his face and burying him deeper into the ground. A sphere of fire formed in the palm of which he held the saiyan's face with. He released the flames within the sphere, creating an explosion which blew up the construct they fought on. Kakarot didn't slow down from the damage and returned the favor with an attack of his own. He flew behind another one of the planet-like constructs and pushed it, using his flight to accelerate his speed. He held onto the construct and approached Amaterazu.

Kakarot found himself cornered, with no choice left, he gathered his ki together and let it out in one huge burst, destroying the incoming objects. He wasted no time and rushed to his opponent. The two clashed their mighty fists together, creating powerful shockwaves that shook the very foundation of the dimension they fought in. They swung at each other again, clashing once more. The force of their combined power smashed the nearby constructs apart. They repeated the action, swinging back and forth, each failing to land a significant blow. The color of the space around them shifted with each blow. They clashed once more and took a step back.

The heat that once scorched the universe was sucked away into a mysterious wormhole. It made its way back to Amaterazu who was still partaking in his back and forth exchange. The heat wrapped itself around the deity making it take a new form, with an even greater glow and power from before.
