許多時候，我們習慣會在弟兄姊妹前為他禱告。那只是為了讓他感覺到有人為他禱告。重要的是，我們要有與神獨自禱告的時間。那是真實的我們與神相遇的時候。主禱文告訴我們的重要性是，將神擺在第一，求神的國與神的義降臨。願神行在我們當中。在其次才是我們當行的事。重要的一件事便是饒恕。神說了一切，只要我們不饒恕，什麼都是空。
