3rd Person-
After a long school day, Tatsuya walked Hikaru to her dorm room. He didn't have to, but he insisted because she didn't know the school well. She had no choice. After all, his room was two rooms away from Hikaru's. So, I guess it was alright. Hikaru walked over to her dorm door. Room 493. The dorm was almost at the end of the hall and there weren't too many dorms that were actually up on that floor. There were only four other dorms up there. And at the top level. No nosy upstairs people, thankfully. She got out her dorm key and attempted to unlock the door, but it was already unlocked. She was surprised that her roommate had already arrived before her. Hikaru opened the door, and the place was huge. The living room was smallish and cozy, looking nothing too fancy. The kitchen was very well organized and already almost set up completely. You walked to one of the rooms and there was a tall male in the room looking around. He turned to Hikaru and almost screamed.
"Jesus Christ! Hikaru, don't scare me like that." The boy took a deep breath and walked right past her. She looked at the boy bewildered.
"How did you know my name?" she asked. He looked over at her and pointed to the bedroom door. She looked to see and there was "Hikaru Akai" written on it.
"Oh. Sorry..."She looked over to the other door. "Sukana Nikoia"
"Sukana...so were you roommates?" He nodded and started to unpack.
"Yeah, I know right? It's my first time having a girl roommate. If you are a girl, sorry don't want to assume. "He waved his hands.
"No, no, I'm a girl. Don't worry about your rights. And assuming you're a boy, yes?" he laughed and scratched the nape of his neck.
"Yeah, I'm a boy." They both laughed and then silence filled the room. Hikaru looked around and realized that they were a picture on one of the walls already. She walked over and saw Sukuna and herself standing next to each other at a playground.
"Hey, Sukuna? Where did you get this picture? "She dismounted it. and showed him. He looked at the picture and smiled.
"Oh, this was one of my friends when I was younger. Her name was Hikaru too. She I, and one other friend used to play in the park behind our houses. Man, I miss those days." and started to unpack again.
"Sukuna, that is me. I have this picture too. Wait here." She rushed over to one of her boxes and tore it open. She shifted something round and then grabbed a picture. Rushed over to him and showed him the same picture.
"What? No, you're pulling my leg. Hikaru? Really you this, Hikaru?" Hikaru smacked him and hugged him.
"You are still so naive Kia", Sukuna laughed and looked at the picture again in disbelief.
"Man, you've changed a lot, Hikaru. And the hair. What's new?" She looked at her bangs.
"Oh yeah, just something new, I guess. I dyed them this summer. Do you like it?" She questioned.
"Hell yeah, you look so badass. And what do you think of me? I mean I changed to, right?" She looked him up and down and nodded in approval.
"Yeah, you've changed a lot too. And I think you look a lot more confident. I mean you used to ask me to walk you home because you were scared of the dark and you used to wear those nerdy circle glasses." Hikaru lets out a laugh and he looks away in shame.
"Yeah, so what if I did or did, but I look better now, right?"He waved his arms up and down to show off his new style.
"I mean there was nothing wrong with it, but yeah, you look good this way too." He beamed at the compliment and hugged Hikaru.
"Man, I forgot how much I missed hanging with you." Hikaru agreed and they continued catching up with each other while unpacking and playing around. As time passed, they grew closer to each other once more. They ended up getting tired and had to head home before dark.
"See you tomorrow Hikaru". Sukuna waved goodbye and you waved goodbye as well and they went your separate ways. As Hikaru was heading to Tatsuya's room, she saw a luminous figure walking toward the women's restroom.150Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡSQ97rlPUOz
