The followingis a summary report pertaining to the status and development of the instructing officer's assigned team. This report is to include a basic synopsis of each candidate's demonstrated abilities, not limited to their understood aberrances. Relevant information to the candidates' development, such as their reliability, versatility, and general disposition should also be recorded.

Subject #1: Arthur Sturm
Performance mostly in line with expectations. Shows potential for improvement but far from the abilities of the Hurricane. Will further test candidate's limits.
Suffered medical emergency during training. Post-event examination suggests link between heart condition and power discrepancy between candidate and his father.
Disarmed combat development is progressing steadily- to be tested during tomorrow's readiness exam.
Generally agreeable attitude. Adapts quickly to new teammates. Follows orders well under most circumstances.
No major complaints. No disciplinary history.

Subject #2: Maximilian Allemann
Physical performance generally exceeds expectations. Developmental potential is uncertain due to bizarre nature of aberrance. Further investigation required to understand capabilities.
Aberrance likely enables high versatility. Candidate's stubborn nature is a potential contributing factor for lack of varies usage. More library time necessary.
Written test performance abysmal. Scheller reports that candidate is easily distracted during classroom exercises. Candidate frequently complains about non-physical assignments.
Usually positive attitude. Occasionally hot-headed. Frequently rash. Sometimes acts unintelligently. Works well with Arthur Sturm. Varied interactions with Magnolia von Wald.
Loud and generally obnoxious but rarely insubordinate. No disciplinary action taken at this time.

Subject #3: Magnolia von Wald
Candidate currently performs below expectations. Physical abilities unexceptional. Potential likely limited. Inconsequential when disarmed.
Though without her violin for nearly two weeks, candidate has made no effort to pursue alternate combat methods. Defensive strategies reliant on physical contact which is unreliable due to the candidate's unremarkable physical attributes. Occasionally demonstrates speed comparable to other low-level exceptionals.
Close-range and disarmed weaknesses may be offset by keeping distance from opponents. May require extra diligence of teammates to guarantee safety in combat. Whether or not the candidate is impactful enough to warrant such inconvenience yet to be determined.
Extremely disagreeable individual. Possible superiority complex. Referred to medical for psychological evaluation- yet to be completed. Resistant to new perspectives. Shows little respect to teammates with the exception of Arthur Sturm. Does not work well with teammates, including Arthur Sturm. Particularly hostile toward Maximilian Allemann. Will address if necessary.
Aggressive and often insubordinate. Some disciplinary action taken. Maj. Krieger has brought up potential for reassignment.

Subject #4: Gustavo Alvarez
Meets expectations. Potential limited by aberrance with niche usage case. Currently observing frogs' upkeep requirements to determine if might prove burdensome during field operations.
Disarmed combat ability adequate. Lacks notably enhanced strength, but appears to possess somewhat advanced reflexes and running speed- at least on par with Magnolia von Wald, likely exceeding. The frogs talk when he sleeps but meaning is yet to be uncovered. They might be laughing. What do they know?
Reliable and efficient. Though capable of self-defense, best suited toward stealth and assassination. Toxic frogs should excel at eliminating targets from a distance. Entry reports indicate two successful assassination missions before induction to academy. Need further clarification on this. Opening request for more information.
Acceptable adaptability. Works well with teammates. Often reserved. Appears willing to step in when necessary to defuse tensions between teammates. Leadership potential has been noted.
Follows orders as expected. No disciplinary difficulties. Claim made by candidate of 2nd Hunter Team that this candidate stole food from neighboring room. Allegation was dismissed by academy general staff due to lack of evidence. Potentially fabricated- if so, motivations unknown. Candidate was not made aware of incident.

General Observations:
Team displays general versatility and drive to complete designated tasks. Motivations vary.
Arthur Sturm and Magnolia von Wald's weapons were destroyed during their initial encounter with Maximilian Allemann. The weapon replacement order was intentionally delayed to give the candidates time to develop unarmed skills. Sturm has been mostly complacent and willing to cultivate hand to hand combat abilities. Wald has asked about the replacement time frame nearly every day for the past two weeks- sometimes multiple times per day.
Library time seems to be spent aimlessly browsing material unrelated to the development of the candidates' aberrances. May require additional guidance. Maximilian Allemann may be dyslexic. Issue brought to attention of medical but an examination has yet to be scheduled. Witnessed Wald returning to dorm room with multiple books. Have not verified contents. Must verify contents. Candidates must not read about their instructor.
Plan to obtain sidearms for all team members as a means of emergency defense. Will train unfamiliar candidates in usage. Wald should benefit in particular.

Final Notes:
I have agreed to confront the candidates under my charge as part of the scheduled examination. The 1st, 2nd, and 4th Hunter Team's, and Recovery Team's instructors will join me in this combat test. We will also be aided by Iron Knight volunteers in the service of the Army and Navy.
I have been instructed to complete a follow-up report after the conclusion of this exam. At this time, I have yet to be provided with the relevant form. Will inquire at commandant's office.
