四十歲那年生日前,醫生告知我得了帕金森病,囑咐我要多運動來延緩病程。好在我家附近就是公園,每天傍晚我總會去公園裏頭走走,行動不快的身體,讓自己有更多的時間去思考及觀察,將所聞所感投之於文字,當成公園散記,一方面活化大腦避免癱瘓及失智,也藉此娛樂自己,讓生活多一點樂趣!
