Saint Lu Elementary School - 9 AM (3rd Grade)
William sat at the desk tapping his hand nervously. Today was the day of the test. And to make it any better, the test was about colors. William was scared he could only tell one color, red from the rest how was he going to do this? Ms. Franklin passed out the test papers. William tapped his fingers one by one. He bit the inside of his cheek. He needed to find a way to pass this test, or maybe skip it. He was very scared now. He answered the first question, Pink, Yellow, Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Orange. "Those are wrong." A voice came from beside him. A little boy with blond curly hair sat down. He smiled his eyes ocean blue. But of course, William just thought they were black and white. "Yeah, I have-" William had just begun to speak when the boy cut him off. "It's Yellow, Purple, Orange, Red, Blue, Green, and Pink." William wrote the answers down, "Still, I got r-red right." William said smiling slightly. "Do you not know you're colors? Are you dumb or something?" The boy spoke. "I'm color blind...." William said looking down at his hands. Biting the inside of his cheek. "Is it some kind of superpower?" The boy said curiously. "It's a-" William began to speak when the teacher spoke from behind them. "An Sickness, Luke you're not supposed to be sitting here." Ms. Franklin said. Luke The boy was Luke... "Sorry, Misses Franklin." Luke stood up grabbing a test paper before taking his seat at the back. Everyone finished at the same time. But William kept his paper. He thought maybe the boy tricked me. He erased the answers and put the ones he had before. The teacher collected the papers and recces started. They left with Mr. Oslen, while Ms. Franklin graded the papers.15Please respect copyright.PENANAhdAcBv6MXX

Luke and his friends walked up to William. "Are you a superhero?" "You're a freak." "You're ugly." "Can you see color?" The questions began to hurt Williams's head. "S-stop please stop!" William screamed he was angry. The boys froze, and William began to cry. Mr. Oslen saw him crying. And walked over. Luke and the boys played their part. "Are you okay William?" Mr. Oseln said. "He's sad he can't see the ball colors," Luke said holding up a ball.

A Walk Home - 3 PM15Please respect copyright.PENANAx8HwvUntS0
William was a walker. He only lived two minutes away from the school and riding the bus wasn't worth it. He walked home and felt like someone was following him every turn he took. He closed his eyes. He turned around and yelled hoping to scare off the person. "S-stop following me!" he opened his eyes to see Luke staring at him. "L-Luke?" he said. "My name is not L-Luke, It's Luke," Luke said. "S-sorry, why are you f-following....me?" Luke laughed. "As if, my house is in this direction," Luke said, putting his tiny iPhone 7 in his pocket. "Y-you live down here?" William said walking beside him. "Yes, I moved in when in yesterday," Luke said looking at William. "Y-you did? Y-your the boy with the teddy bear?" William said. "Shut up....My older sister gave it to me." Luke said. "Is she n-nice?" William said. "She...died....a long....time ago," Liam said looking down. "S-sorry," Liam rolled his eyes. "I don't need your pity." William shook his head about a thousand times. "I-I'm not pity..." William said. Luke raised an eyebrow. "I-I mean-." Luke cut him off and nodded "I know what you mean." Luke said, "So....when did you move here?" Luke said. "I-I was born here," William said. "That sounds cool," Luke said kicking the rocks up from the pathway. "So I guess I'll be leaving," Luke stopped in front of his house. William reached the beginning of the driveway. "Y-yeah, b-bye," William said. "It's see you later, you never say bye unless you're leaving forever," Luke said. "S-see you later," William said. "See you later, Stuts."
