Good job if you managed to sit through the last yapping session...just a lot of feelings there.
But as u can see in the chapter name i would like to introduce the project 21
i read somewhere today that a habit takes 21 days to form .....so here is my plan : im going to form a set of rules follow each and every one of them for 21 days.......if one rule is broken i need to go back to square one and start the whole thing all over again. the rules are simple to make , but simple to break
1. an absolute sugar detox cus this fat ass needs to lose weight ( means im not going to ea anything loaded with added sugar i dont actually mean absolute i need glucose to survive)
2. study minimum 8 hours every day
3. write after i brush my teeth in the morning meditate for 12 minutes
4. workout for atleast 40 minutes everyday
5. wake up at 4.45 every single day
6. learn how to play the piano
i follow these rules only for 21. just 21 ...i convince myself.........if i can go on like this itself thats good.........if i cant then thats that
rules seem pretty simple..........like i will ever follow them
the amount of times i have made meticulous routines like this is not healthy
but something is different now, im going to update if i followed the rules and how the day went every day on this blog..........

oo kay i will update on project 21 everyday for 21 days....but meanwhile i will post some random things here and then, basically just talking about myself abt life in general
