Eric's POV
She won't answer the phone at all. Not even to tell me to stop. That's how I know that she wants nothing to do with me. It's fine though, it's not the first time that someone has left me like this.
But ever since I realized this, I punched the punching bag in the garage. This helped me release my anger and made me more fit.
People don't question why I am acting like this because they honestly wouldn't understand it. Other kids walk past me in the hallway and whisper things about me. What they don't know is that the bad guy has feelings to, even if he doesn't show it.
After school I got to the mall to buy new jeans and shirts at Hollister., when I see Milly walking out of Forever21 with what looks like a million bags from different stores. And her hair is different too. Did she dye it!
Instead of going into Hollister, I walk over to where she is.
"Eric! I didn't expect to see you here. Grammy this is Eric." her grandmother says hello to me but I look at Milly
"I like your hair, Milly." I compliment her. Step one.
"Oh thank you. It was Grammy's idea." she smiles nervously then asks me " What are you doing here?"
I am not going to lie "I was just getting new shirts and jeans. Might get a haircut"
"Oh well it was nice seeing you" she says and begins to walk away but I stop her.
"Do you want to go see a movie or something with me sometime?" I blurt. I can't not see her any longer.
"Ummm.... I don't know. I don't want to use you or anything."
"You can pay for the popcorn, drinks and the snacks." I know that she doesn't want me to pay for it all.
"Okay, tonight at 7, they are playing Annabelle. We can see that." She is so informed.
"Got it. I'll see you then." Then she walks away. Time to get ready for the movies.
After getting a shape up Buzz Cuts, I go home to shower and get dressed but I can't help but think that Milly wont show up at the movies. I still shower and I still get dressed. I wait until 6:30 to leave, with hopes of seeing her again.
