"When one dares to dream, we project an impossible future. That is, until we act upon our dreams and make them actions."

Winston looked up from the scrawled note that had been shoved under his door. Dare to dream? He thought. There is nothing left in our nation to dream for. With our government, we have no hope of making any change.
