I have been thinking for a while and since I don't have any place to write the story and actually get some help, I thought why not write it here.
The idea has been swirling through my mind for a month and I feel like I should ask for help for research material because just like Fallen, this is very important to me. So feel free to give me research sites or books or anything.
Anyway, the story is called Anonymous. Being a trainee in the Psychology Branch, Ava Atkins gets an intern job at Breedwith Asylum where she conducts meetings with a group of five mentally handicapped or distressed patients. During those meetings, Ava unconsciously reflects her own issues and ideas through discussions about Dante Alighieri's Inferno and Purgatory, Dan Brown's Inferno and Giovanni Papini's Devil. 1112Please respect copyright.PENANApuE1ArbSZu
Now, four years after she quit that internship, Ava is a respected psychologist and therapist and became well known in the world after helping in numerous cases of angst and depression. 1112Please respect copyright.PENANAtCP1BSMhw0
During a nice and warm day of April, sudden attacks happen all around Europe under the name Anonymous. Based on the quote "Ideas cannot be destroyed even if idealists are," Anonymous threatens Europe, saying that they will transform the continent into a replica of Botticelli's Map of Infern.
With numerous people dying for a cause they may not even be aware of, with politicians blaming each other and a group of people who cause chaos for a so called righteous belief, a group of people are chosen to combat Anonymous. A detective with angry management issues, an Art teacher who's relying on drugs to relax his brain and a Psychologist who might be the reason behind Anonymous; these three are the only ones who have a chance at figuring the situation out and stopping anonymous from causing more damage in Europe. 1112Please respect copyright.PENANAU3bJaEPunl
So this is the idea and I really want the three characters to be different sides of Sherlock Holmes. The detective who's deduction skills are impressive, the professor who's using drugs to visualize better everything that's going on, using toxic substances as an amplifier and the psychologist who's very awkward and blunt and has a problem socializing. Each character is a part of Holmes and together make an amazing detective that can take on this story's Moriarty. There's also a Watson for each character, be it family, a student or someone who appears at the most opportune moment.
So, what do you guys think? Help would be amazing; new ideas and even opinions. I'm doing research at the moment so everything is useful.
