I continue it from where i left it on my last letter. Even despite the time i asked to make my research went up, I've chosen to keep on the labour until i consider it complete. For my honor, and also my friend's, not in a minor measure 

For three days i hid several innocent families from my commander's fury, and in that whole time, I've heard enough info to determine some facts that have been ignored.

First. The origin of hostilities seems to be an instigator from Poisonous Tongue, a clan wich had already caused some problems in recent times, as my partners and me informed in previous acts. As we already knew, this clan is founded upon tribal principles, from the Sierpen tribe. Tough i realized it had reached adepts from all other tribes. Its objective, tough unknown at the moment, seems to imply the death of many dragons worldwide, not as a goal, but as a part of something else.

As i expected, this clan has a little part of reason, that is why they result so convincing. It is impossible to ask for dragons and kindfolk to coexist and, at the same time, hold them separate ones to anothers. However, they still wrong. The law wasn't made for a dishonest purpose. The essence of the law was to be a step forward to a greater cooperation. Tough now, the law wich purpose was to serve as a step in a long road turned into a snare, a clamp, a mock of itself. The existance of the law is currently preventing the relationships between kindfolk and dragons to scale up for good, tough this was a logical output for it.

I apologize for this inappropriate reflection. However, I'd like that The Tribunal would hear it and take it into consideration.

Now, I'd continue this informative act.

After discovering the risponsibles, my next step is to find where they hide and take the leaders down for justice's sake. I'm going to do that in the moment i finish sending this letter. Perhaps that way i could stop the carnage that is happening outside the shelters i had to build.

For now, i have heard the following rumours at this respect:

The leaders are found at Jorhalt, due to this region being the one with the lower concentration of dragons in the world and, because of that, the safest one.

There's cells of the Poisonous Tongue being installed at the regions of Wyynhaist, Altamora, Suderbia, Rivierae, Skarmaal, Vulkanja and Keligrove. The leaders of this cells were named by the real leaders themselves, and it is said that they are great at combat. The number of regions matches the number of victims of the carnage that started all this. Seven dead dragons, seven regions to occupy, key regions if try to guess, as none of them is adjacent one to another, and all the regions are occupied by influential elders, like The Tribunal, in Altamora.

Other rumours, less credible but very loudy, aim to the possibility that every single one of this named Warlords had to fight against a dragon and kill it without help in order to get the title they have. This suggests they previously had expertise, training and preparation. If there rumours are true, the conflict could explode worldwide if nothing is done soon.

Tough, I'm only one. So i ceed to others the risponsibility to take care in what respects to this kindfolk, and to research for who are carrying put this rebellion.

PD: Before sending this letter, I've heard some new information from a doctor who insisted to stay anonymous. Seems like he studies something called the "Theory of the Toxic Ideas" referring this revolution as "a parasyte who infects those paying attention to it". He says this parasyte "expands its reach trough the mass movement, performing contagion trough a sentence or an idea, but only to those who are vulnerable to it"

Even if he seems to be talking about a figurative parasyte, there's something in his form of expressing it that remembered me to a given crisis i cant mention because it's a high secret. However, if my deductions are right, then another fragment of data i have recollected takes so much sense. And it's that it seems like the rebels refer to their greatest leader as "Q". May the reader discern.
