I’m currently sandwiched between two gangesters wearing black suits and hats in a hotel hall. As expected of Majestic hotel, a hotel for the rich of the rich, the hall was magnificent, everything was grand, be it the chandelier, or the furnishings and the massive variety of food in the buffet.

Mr. Carter, whom I’ve talked rudely, turned out to be a gangester boss (not just a random gangester) and afterwards, he said he’ll “repay the favor” and I HAD to wait until his meeting is over before he does that.
He told his subordinate, Natalie, a woman with similar eyes and hair to him, to “take care of me” and take me to the buffet.
(Is this my last meal?) I thought depressingly as I saw many of the gangesters taking food from the buffet in a carefree manner.
I saw Ms. Natalie coming to in my direction, and stood with a plate full of food.

(Not like I could say that out loud) I thought to myself. I was too worried.
I think she said “didn’t you get any food?”
”thank you, but I-I’m not really hungry, hahaha” I said with wry laugh. Like hell I can eat this expensive food for free! I don’t believe it! I’m not going to be tricked again! I thought that Mr. Carter is not too bad when I talked to him even though he’s a gangester, but here I’m being held for who knows why, and I might be killed! I shouldn’t have gotten involved with him! I should have ran away when I could!!
Suddenly, my stomach made a loud rumbling sound. How embarrassing! Why did you betray me, stomach?? Couldn’t you wait until we try to get out of this place?
Ms. Natalie laughed and made a gesture to the gangester beside me, and he got up. She sat beside me, with a wide smile eating.
That Terrible woman!! She’s doing it on purpose!! Eating in front of me, who’s starving! I glared at her, then looked away.

STOP!! Stop it! My eyes twitched as I tried to think about something else. My stomach kept growling louder and louder. My hunger was getting worse and worse. IT WAS THAT BAD!! The only thing I ate today was a dry sandwich in the early morning before the exam.
I looked in front of me, there were gangesters with food all over the place. My mood became worse.
(so...annoying...I wish you all get food poisoning!!!) I couldn’t help but curse those carefree people enjoying their meal, with me suffering in my anxiety and hunger.
I put my hands on my ears and closed my eyes. I tried to block all background noise from Ms. Natalie, so that I could calm down. I saw few gangesters wearing differently colored suits (yellow and red) and hats than Ms. Natalie approach us, and started to talk with her. I couldn’t hear what they said and I didn’t care, but they seemed to be on bad terms with each other. All of them.
I took a deep breath trying to think positive thoughts but...
(I’m hungry, but I can’t eat from this place. I can’t pay for this expensive food, so I can’t risk getting in money debt. Gangesters always trap people to join them by getting them into debt, and Mr. Carter wanted me to join. I’m already having trouble with Spencer debts, I can’t afford to...get into more...trouble...)
