Dear Nova,

We are stars in the same neighborhood

Two assholes of celestial proportions

And I let my words spill out like a stream with the most unpleasant babble

Because I know you shine brighter than me

And I know that silence will put galaxies between us

You’ll know you’re meant to be brilliant like the others

Safe and cocky and selfish

Only reflecting your light

I don’t want you to leave

That deep down I’m a boring rock and I feel horrible about it when I’m around you

But still you make me feel explosive
