Winter, is coming.
- Mance Ryder
"Why would you do that to Klaus, mother? You ken he has the vigor to automatically kill me, but you perpetuate to test him like a puppet. How shameless are you?" Apollo retorted, his right hand traveled along his scalp as a sigh slipped through his lips, then straightening himself as his eyes grimaced, "Why do you treat Klaus like a outcast and fugitive to our people? You're revolting, you're diametrical to what a mother genuinely is." He turnt his back, ambulating towards the door as his mother bellowed, "Don't you dare turn your back on me, Apollo!" She said, Apollo flinched, his eyes loomed behind him to envision his mother shot up onto her feet. "Don't you believe I have wrought strenuously to give you everything you wanted?"501Please respect copyright.PENANAYCe5DScwJL

"I, Everything I wanted? " He pounded his balling fist onto his chest, vigorously. "You prevaricated when you told him, I was going to overthrow him, IT is his time to overthrow the throne, and that is what father ever wanted, yet you proceed to go behind his word even after his cause of death!" Apollo pointed his finger towards his mother, as he grits his jaw, "You lied and told useless fibs towards Klaus, and he BELIEVED every pitiful word filled with disgusting revealing lies you have ever told him, You have told him, I was much powerful yet even with his appearance like that, he is much more powerful than I."501Please respect copyright.PENANAOQdIM2zQMm

Apollo felt exasperated when he spouted his words he kept within himself throughout the years, "This was all for you, Apollo." His mother recalled with an aloof tone, "Don't." Apollo responded, "Don't you ever, say that this was all for me, when you have lied your way into receiving things." Apollo faced forwards, directing his gaze towards the door before hauling his hand onto the knob, twisting it, swinging them open.
"I adore Klaus as my younger brother, yet he can never receive the same thing he desires from his own mother." Apollo stated resentfully, before furiously swinging the doors behind him.
"Diana, wake up, its the break of dawn." Stated Aspen before brushing a strand of Diana's hair out of her face, "Aspen?-" She murmured, with a slight yawn that awoke her from her slumber, "We're near the kingdom, heading down towards the Northern village of Nora." Aspen stated, Diana sat up, her eyes filled with fatigue as she rubs it away within the early light, "The Northern village?" She said with a soft rasp tone, Aspen sat near the crackling fire as the night slowly proceed to whisper away within the cold air. "Mhm, and we need some sources there in order for us to continue traveling to the western slope towards the kingdom, then head to the eastwards to meet the prince."501Please respect copyright.PENANAKbI1ye5AnT
"God, how long does this have to take." She replied, Aspen muffled a hazy laughter, "It will take a while, upcoming-queen." He rummaged through his leather bag, picking out a knife. "Don't ever call me that, until I end up wedding the prince." She scoffed, Aspen sat beside Diana, "Hm, And when will that happen, Princess?" He inquired, Diana gave a slight giggle, "It won't even happen, I'm sure of it." Aspen leant in forwards, peering down onto her eyes as Diana gulped, viewing his plump lips curve into a smile. "Really princess? And when you wed him, you'll surely miss this smile when you look at him." His lips curled at the end, Diana felt temptation built within her, envisioning Aspen's lips lean into hers with a subtle haste.501Please respect copyright.PENANAww4oJDf4av
"Aspen, you know we can't." She peered her eyes away from him, He tipped her chin demanding her to face him gently, "Diana, I've held back for too long, I still love you, Dammit. You put me under this spell, and I can't take you out of my mind because of it." He responded. "Aspen, we have to stop doing this-" Diana retorted, Aspen leant in to shut her up from talking, his lips against her luscious lips that made her grieve and desire for more, She pulled away, "Aspen, if they find out. . ." Aspen took sharp shaky breaths, "They won't." He slipped another kiss against her lips, sucking her tongue deep within his mouth, she moaned with pleasure, wrapping her arms around his neck pressing her body against his. "And you said you didn't like to do this." Aspen said, Diana grunted before leaning in for a more direct passionate taste within his mouth.
Aspen clenched onto her hips, urging his kisses back that she gave him as gifts, "Please, don't let me go." She said before pulling him into another kiss, the snow fell lightly onto her skin, Diana met up with his eyes, within his eyes held meanings, it was as if it were sending a message to her, Do you think, I would be letting go after an enchantment you put on me?501Please respect copyright.PENANA55bMpF71GN

Aspen traveled his hands onto her hips, squeezing them tightly as she gave out a husky moan, "Aspen, It hurts." She grumbled, proffering another kiss onto his lips before pulling away, her breaths were heavy, huffing and puffing against the collar of his neck. Within the distance, shuffling from within the snow made Aspen feel alert the moment he heard the twigs snapping in the distance. Diana leaped off of Aspen as Aspen quickly erected up onto his feet holding the grip of his sword, revealing it from his sheath. "Who's there!" He boomed, but the twigs continue to snap in front of him, as of out-bursting wolves were to corner him..
A child ruptured from the outline of the inked silhouettes of the trees, his hands rose timidly as he cascaded onto his knees, "Please! Don't hurt me!" He cried, his hands proceeded to rise from above his head as his knees hit the cold frosted floor, his arm seeped with blood, his body was pale, as if he stood and ran in the cold for over 15 minutes, but the blood that seeped onto his body, was warm and newly.
His face was as if someone had tortured him from the inside, the clothing he wore were described to be tattered, ripped up from the outside of the fibers that pressed along his skin, "Help me! I beg of you, they will come after me!" He proceeded, riding his arms from above his head as if he were to wave them in distress, Aspen knelt down, stripping down his fur coat as he settled it onto the shoulders of the poor boy, "Who is coming after you?" Aspen asked, Diana envisioned the words that came out of the boys mouth, but he could never believe the boy to say the words of it's crude cruelty.501Please respect copyright.PENANAGkiPyZpf7F

"The Serpent Posse, They are after me!" He bellowed, Aspen took a gulp of his damp saliva, wetting the back of his welting throat. "They killed my family, they burnt the whole village!" the boy regarded, "Boy, what is your name?" Aspen questioned, "Leon--Leon Hark," The boy answered.501Please respect copyright.PENANAzdZvbERNa6
Aspen roosted onto his feet as he stared towards Diana, "Alert, your uncle, up-north, the stronghold of his village, the rogues scamper around, we must be alert." Diana rose onto her feet as the fire crackled around her, ashes fell onto the snow as she quickly trudged towards the tent that stood onto the pavement, with a lantern that lit up the corners of the tent. 501Please respect copyright.PENANAowC6wHtL8n

"Uncle!" She called out, lifting the rags of the tent away from her eyes, from within the warm tent, stood the Grand Marshall and King Elrik, "What is it, Diana?" Diana gathered a musk of air, before exhaling, "The rogues, they have attacked a village up-north and we found a boy from that village, though we have not interrogated him yet." King Elrik felt his face stiffen, "Bring the boy, here." He demanded, "I need more information on the rogues, and their counter attacks before leading the group." Diana nodded, before lifting the canvas entry way rags away from her eyes, as she sauntered out. "Diana." King Elrik responded, She halted before answering to his call, "Yes?" 501Please respect copyright.PENANAhs6bCflIZ2

King Elrik gave a sorrowful expression before sighing, "Don't do anything rash." Diana scoffed before giving a youthful filled smile, "I won't, Uncle." she replied, lifting her arms to remove the trooping outside
Diana trekked towards Aspen who had knelt down and the young boy warming up within Aspen's fur coat, "What did your uncle say?" Aspen probed, "He requests for the young boy to step inside of the tent for some questionings, they want to gather any information that he has, before leading the group up-north." Diana stood as she knelt down, pressing her warm hands against Leon's cheeks, "Do you have a mere memory to recall before you ran away from the rogues?" Diana said, Leon fought back tears that had fallen from his cheeks, his chin quivered as he felt his whole body shook, "My family-" He recollected.
"What about your family, Leon?" Aspen said, Leon had an urge to look away, his urge to wipe his eyes that were blurred within his sight, "My family, was slaughtered in front of me." He murmured a whisper from within his gut as he mournfully let his tears run down his face and onto the snowy ground. Diana rushed her thumb onto Leon's eyes that poured forth tears, "You are brave enough to run away from the rogues, you have a strength of a lion, no wonder why your family had given you such a name." She rose up onto her feet, "You've used up the last of your strength to fend yourself from the rogues, now we will make sure you are safe, my dear." Diana promised, before grappling onto Leon minuscule wrist, steadily pacing herself as she escorted Leon.
"Uncle, the young boy is here." Diana regarded, once more removing the canvas rags away from her eyes, strolling into the tent that was filled in warmth, King Elrik's eyes gleamed down towards Leon that deemed up towards King Elrik, they made eye contact, King Elrik's facial expression continued to shape the young boy into standing up straight a little, fearing for his own life, "You must be the young boy, Diana had told me about, Do you have a name boy?" He asked, Leon hid behind Diana's leg, clutching onto her cloak; He shied away. "Leon Hark." He responded, before pressing his face against her coat. Aspen stood a close distance, crossing his arms as he patrolled near the entrance of the tent, overhearing and eavesdropping on the conversation.
King Elrik pressed his roughened hands onto the sides of the boys armpits, before lifting him up, setting him onto a small barrel they had been carrying for their trips, He then sat down near the boy, clearing his throat, "Do you have any recall on any of your memories before?" Diana stepped in to voice her information, "Based on the information Aspen and I collected, we found out that, his family was assassinated in the massacre of the whole village. Though he ran in pursuit of the rogues." She responded, King Elrik continued making eye contact with the boy who was filled with fear, "What did they optate from you?:" He inquired.
Leon encountered King Elrik's eyes before focusing on his feet that dangled and swung, "They wanted Alliances." King Elrik's jaw tightened, deeming towards the General, then to Diana, back towards the young boy, "What happened then?" He asked further within the question, Leon bit his bottom lip, digging his nails deep within her arm, "My father, declined the week before the offer of alliance, they issued a warning, within the whole week if we hadn't comply with their agreement, they will have further actions to killing the whole village, one by one without mercy." Leon held back his tears, and the motion of desiring to let out a battle cry, "They killed Kalista, mother, and especially father, then they moved on to grandmother, slaughtering them until there was no one left to take their final warm breath." He choked up within his sentences, proceeding to attack his bottom lip with his upper teeth.
""Do you know who sent them?" King Elrik interrogated but Leon shook his head gently, "The only thing I know, is that whoever sent them, was entitled as The Oracle." He recalled, then deeming up towards the general that had a quick short smug onto his face, his eyes stared deep within the young boy's eyes intimidating him with every stare he gave, Diana noticed. "This is the last one, where would the rogues stand guard?" King Elrik responded, Leon gulped once more as his lips grew dry, "They will be guarding the westward entrance, where my home stands, though there is going to be a small entrance I can show you all." Leon recalled, then quickly focused downwards towards his feet once more, fiddling with his fingers, as a petite wail came from his stomach, though He was hungry.
King Elrik gave a slight chuckle that whispered in between his lips, "You must be hungry after all that running, would you like some bread?" He responded before taking a piece from the table onto his hands, ripping it in two then handling it onto Leon's hands. "We will make sure you are taken care for." He also promised, Leon held both of his hands onto the piece of enlarge bread as he bit into it, munching it down as if there was no tomorrow or then. King Elrik perched onto his feet pressing his rough hands against Leon's head, softly patting it. "You've done well." He responded, as he roosted near the table, "It is best for the boy to show us the way into his village, if there are any resources or capture one of the men for interrogation later."
Diana nodded, "Of course, by then our travel should commence, though it would take several miles for us to haul some resources. Yet, if we capture one of the men that were behind this, I wonder what information we will collect in the mean time." Diana tipped her chin with her index and thumb. "We should prepare for the worst, General Kawan will prepare his men whilst you, Aspen, Leon, and I will enter the village with Leon leading, and that is it." King Elrik said, "We must prepare, fore there will be bloodshed."
Aspen proceeded to stand outside, crossing his bulgy arms as he gripped his jaw tightly, Yet, we don't know how strong they are. He thought.
Apollo branched toe to toe within the door, "Klaus." He called, yet no one answered, He knocked onto the door, with the index of his knuckle, "Klaus, I apologize." He proceeded to call out, "Klaus, it is not your fault-" in the middle of his sentences, Klaus swung the doubled doors open, "I know it isn't my fault, yet who should I complain yet compare that to unlike my older brother here, with his fingers wrapped around every little thing I touch." His smile turned into a complacent unworthy one, he formed it into a construct of a fake frame, "You know brother, I would've killed you afore even having father killed by mother, secretively. Yet, who am I to have blood shed onto my hands that is my brother?"501Please respect copyright.PENANAXEY7hzb2PC

Apollo sighed, "Though you would have done so, your longing for a demise of jubilance to the crown will make you a ruthless king. You must listen to yourself at least once! This all lead to Hestia's row!" His voice raised a bit, his jaw gripped, "Don't you dare! Speak of that name, ever in the kingdom, Apollo! In the moment when you chose to stand by me with our sister Chloris, to believe in me. You both choose to defy me, stand against me, and side with who I call my foes." Klaus rose his voice more louder than Apollo's tone, "You are my brother, Klaus." Apollo said once more before Klaus interrupted him within his words, Klaus made eye contact with Apollo, "I am not your brother, I will never be your brother, How could you have fallen so far behind, Apollo? You out of all of our 4 siblings, should have known that I am different from you all, no wonder they've called me a bastard's son."
"Klaus you are not a bastard's son-" Apollo responded, raising his hand to grapple onto Klaus' shoulder, Klaus avoided his hand as he shoved it off him, "Then what am I? A monster? A hybrid?" Klaus inquired, Apollo choked up his words as he said nothing in return, "I am just an inanimate object, mother uses me, no that wench, uses me as an experimental overpowering tool for this new ark." Apollo shook his head, "Klaus, even if you are from a different father, you are still my brother, you are my younger brother, that I proceed to dote and admire from afar."
Klaus stepped away from Apollo, "You are delusional, you amend me saying you care most of me, then end up standing with someone who I once call mother. This is what I misprize about you most, you are persistent, ill, and hysterically delusional, in the end Apollo we are both dragons. Once this ark finishes and this war is done, we're left infinitely and utterly alone in the madness we call our home, and one of us will lose the game." Klaus remarked, "And when that happens I will end you with blood shed, and I will make it my cause that you never knew every moment of happiness in that fatal heart." He said, "And then, let this new game begin, and our war within our hearts rage on, whilst we hold our grudges, and kill off those we once called allies. It will be a chilling story to tell to our late inheritors, and then will they realize, the 'monster' who they once called, will end up being the king who saves his land, either ruthlessly or powerfully, there will be no humbleness to his ruling." He gave a brightened firm smile, before swinging the doors shut, "Now excuse me, while I amend my cares else where." He said, his stiffened smile proceeding to etch onto his lips, that chilled Apollo from down his spine.
Apollo bit his bottom lip before clenching his fist, "This is no time to be wasting time frivolously, we will see who has the last laugh to the throne, and our inheritors brother. Then, he will see if your hatred for me runs deep within your veins." Klaus chuckled from within his chambers, Apollo heard from behind the door Klaus' own complaints, "It is pretty hard to pinpoint my hatred for you Apollo, it took as many years to quell the urge to kill a brother after he knowingly knew, I would be walking within a deathtrap of my own." Klaus poured himself booze within his cup, "Yet let's see when this game will rage on, and the ones who last."
Apollo's eyes glinted yellow proceeding to listen from the other side of the door, "And let the inheritors of the throne, play this game at will." Klaus responded before taking a sip of his cup.
