Dale went in and bought the alcohol.
"Wanna go back to your place?" Stitch asked once Dale got back in the car.
"I suppose we can" Dale said, as he proceeded to direct Stitch to an abandoned parking garage right off Broadway near the bridge.
"It's okay for me to park here?" Stitch asked.
Dale chuckled. "Sonny, I live here" he pointed to a pile of blankets.
"You're homeless?" Stitch asked.
Dale nodded. "It ain't too bad"
"Man, do you need a job?" Stitch asked, as he took a drink of whiskey straight from the bottle. "I could get you in easily at the grocery store where I work"
"Do I gotta take a drug test?" Dale asked.
"No," Stitch chuckled, as he passed Dale the bottle. "You've just gotta show up and do your job. Those apartments over the bridge are decent. You could easily qualify for a studio apartment after working with me a few months. My best friend is moving in there to a two bedroom"
"Yeah, what the hell, why not?" Dale took a big swig from the bottle. 450Please respect copyright.PENANAcFxtHR4FT8

A few days later, Pixie took London with her to Stitch's house, and Sully answered the door.450Please respect copyright.PENANAd2rk2kCrZJ

"Hey guys" he said, as London put her arms out, and he picked her up. "What's going on?"
"I just am trying to find out why Stitch has not reached out to me once" Pixie said. "He has not even tried to see London, or even ask how she is"
"Dude, I dunno" Sully said. "He's at work right now. He's barely been home the last few days. He comes here to sleep and shower, but I have no idea what else he's been up to, and honestly, I don't care. That's fucked up that he hasn't tried to see London, though"
"Watch your mouth around her" Pixie hissed. "Anyways, can I leave her with you? I need to go talk to him. You're sure he's at work?"
"Yes, of course I will" Sully said. "And yes, I only know because he's got this week's schedule on the fridge. I don't talk to that prick"
"Thanks" Pixie got into her car and drove to Giant Eagle. She saw Stitch almost as soon as she walked in, training Dale in the produce section. "Stitch" she walked up to them.
"Oh, hi Pixie" Stitch said. "This is Dale. Dale, this is my fi- er, this is my daughter's mom, Pixie"
"Nice to meet you" Dale held out his hand.
"You too" Pixie shook his hand. "Stitch, I'm trying to find out why you haven't even contacted me about London"
"You said you needed space!" Stitch shouted.
"Yeah, from the relationship!" Pixie exclaimed. "Not from you seeing your daughter!"
"Pix, couldn't you have texted me about this?" Stitch asked. "I'm at work. Can I text you later?"
"Fine" Pixie glared, as she left the store and drove back to Stitch and Sully's house.
"Is he drinking again?" she asked Sully as soon as she walked into the house.
"Fuck if I know" Sully said.
"Sully!" Pixie shouted. "Not in front of London! Let's go out back so she can play on the swing set and we can talk"
"Mommy, I play" London said, as they walked out the back door.
"Yeah Baby, go ahead" Pixie said, as London ran to the sandbox.
"So, you really think he's drinking again?" Sully asked.
"Yes!" Pixie said. "He literally had not said one word to me since I told him I needed space. This isn't like him AT ALL. Even last time he was drinking, he was still involved with London."
"Look, Pixie, I don't know what you want me to do" Sully said. "I mean, I can call my parents, but they're damn near useless. They are in Spain right now. They're probably gonna be selling the house soon. I don't know what I'm gonna do"
"Wow, yeah" Pixie sighed. "Your parents have always been a little absent"
"You don't even know the half of it" Sully said. "My mom got pregnant with me like immediately after Stitch was born. That's why we were in the same grade"
"I'm 9 months younger than Stitch, are you a Leo too?" Pixie asked.
"Yeah, Stitch said I'm like a day older than you" Sully said. "My birthday is the 21st. My mom found out she was pregnant with me when Stitch was only a month old"
"Yeah, I'm the 22nd" Pixie said. "That's crazy. I couldn't imagine having another baby so soon"
"Yeah, you could that we really cramped Mom and Dad's style" Sully continued. "They were always leaving us with babysitters until we were like in 6th grade. Then they would just let us stay home alone. They didn't give a shit about what happened to us. One of our babysitters would touch us inappropriately, and when I told my parents, they didn't even fire her"
"Damn Sully, I'm so sorry that happened to you" Pixie said. "Stitch never told me about that"
"Yeah, it's not really something we talked about afterwards" Sully said. "Our parents failed to protect us. That's probably why we started stealing their liquor. It was 8th grade when Stitch started drinking on a daily basis. The babysitter who was inappropriate with us? She was our neighbor. She was 21, I was 13, Stitch was 14. Stitch would have sex with her in exchange for alcohol. Our parents found out, and all they did was move us an hour and a half away, thinking it would fix everything. Sure, he eventually stopped talking to Jennifer, and our parents actually didn't report her, and they told her they wouldn't, as long as she never contacted anyone in our family ever again. This bitch is a fucking pedophile that didn't face any consequences. That's how little our parents actually cared"
"Sully, he needs our help" Pixie said. "I know you're pissed at him, and you have every right to be, just like me. But us two and Muffins are all he really has"
"Fine," Sully sighed. "He should be getting off at 6. I'll talk to him then"
