Chapter Three
Steve Christy saw Alice.
He saw her drawings.
'You draw well, Alice'
'Thanks, Steve. I just hope to do more when I have the time'.
'Was we good in bed...?', he asked her.
'We were last night', Alice answered him.
'You don't like it here', Steve said.
'It's just something I need to do back in California', Alice said.
'Is it me? Look, I know that you hate the camp', Steve sighed.
'No, I have other matters back home', Alice said.
'If you don't like it here after a week, I'll pay for the bus ticket myself', Steve said. Alice nodded, as they bashed and hit nails into the cabins with hammers. 'Okay. One week', Alice sighed.
'Thank you, Alice'.
***
'Okay, I'll be back at camp by dinner time', Steve said.
He drove the spare green Jeep back to town, as the weather changed.
***
After lunch, the campers saw someone in a motorcycle.
Officer Jon Dorf.
He had black hair, brown eyes, and wore sunglasses. He wore a Crystal Lake uniform, and was eager to everyone who was in charge of the law. But, he wasn't. Sheriff Earl Tierney was. He took off his sunglasses, and he saw the campers. 'Who are you? And why're you here?', he asked them.
'We're campers. I'm Brenda, a volunteer', she answered.
'I'm looking for Crazy Ralph. The town loony', Officer Dorf said.
'There's no one here who is crazy', Ned said. To make matters worse, Officer Dorf hated comedians.330Please respect copyright.PENANAkkL462xtmq
'Can it, Tonto', he said as Ned was wearing a full Native American costume.
'Hey, nice bike', Jack said.
'What are smoking, boy? Hash, marijuana. Weed'', Officer Dorf asked him.
'I don't do drugs, they're bad', Jack answered, lying.
The radio crackled.
'Officer Dorf. The Sheriff wants you on the Crazy Ralph case. Go to the Station. Over'. He nodded, as he grabbed the mike.
'This is Officer Dorf at Camp Crystal Lake. Ralph is not here. Over. Keep your chins up, and obey the law. I won't have any weirdness out here', he said. And, as as rode away, the campers laughed.
But, soon, they wouldn't be laughing at all.
***
Alice was sweeping the cabin when she saw the snake.
'BILL!'.
'Yes'.
'There's a snake here'.
He got rid of the animal.
Then Marcie said: 'At least we know what we're going to have for dinner'.
'Marcie! Marcie! Marcie!', the campers said.
They didn't have snake, they decided to cook steak with vegetables. And mushroom sauce.
***
Jack walked towards the lake.
'I have a dream in which the rain turns to blood. And washes away into little rivers', Marcie stated.
'It's only a dream. Hey, the storm is going to come like a son of a gun. Let's get to the cabins', Jack said.
And, as they ran to the third cabin after dinner, the thunder boomed in the blackened sky.
***
Ned, who earlier fired three arrows into the target, shocked Brenda.
'I don't believe you'.
'You're pretty when you're scared, sweetheart', Ned said in his best Humphrey Bogart voice.
She chased him back towards the cabins.
***
Bill looked around the cabins.
He had been in town, and knew about the tragedy that befell Crystal Lake. His parents were educated, and they worked there as school teachers. The stories of the cursed Christy family was legendary. Ghosts, bad luck, bad karma, superstition, was all in the files owned by Sheriff Earl Tierney. Bill knew what happened to the Voorhees boy, Jason. The rumor he heard was that his mother, Pamela Sue Voorhees, dragged her son out of the lake.
But, maybe, that was a tall tale for campers to be scared of.
He wanted to protect Alice from the horror.
***
Ned was near the camp.
He saw someone in the cabin.
He spoked: 'Hello. Is there anyone there?'', he asked.330Please respect copyright.PENANAeKc84znIsY
Then he screamed as the sharp knife slit his throat.
***
Jack was having sex with Marcie.
He stopped, as he smoked marijuana.
'I got to pee', Marcie said.
She covered her breasts, as she walked in her panties to the cold restrooms. Jack was lying down.
Blood spilled down his face.
He didn't have time to yell, as the killer attacked him.
***
Marcie grabbed a pink top.
And put it on, to keep her warm.
The light was on.
She stared at the glass window.
'Lizzie! You'll be the death of me!'.
She smiled.
The cheap green colored sheets swished.
'Brenda! Is that you?', Marcie asked to her friend.
But it wasn't Brenda.330Please respect copyright.PENANAJdpVRdtmNK
She walked to the sheets, and opened it.
Then she didn't see the knife...and her screams went unheard.330Please respect copyright.PENANAEO8bMGzHHC
